Got an oil changed and Song checked my tires and cleaned my windshield! That was so nice! Daniel was also great and knowledgeable giving me recommendations on oil. read more

Called and was told I didn't need an appointment for transmission fluid. arrived and told I do need appointment, soonest they had was a week away on Saturday. Told them I had to be somewhere at 1pm and said they gave me a 9am appointment. this appointment included breaks and transmission service. it is 12:40 and I'm still here. they haven't even done the transmission- they had to do a refund cause they didn't get the fastest part of the job. End of story is don't believe what they tell you on the phone and plan to leave your car all day. I was there waiting and often found no one working on the car. read more

Another great oil change done here. They always level off my fluids in between oil changes for free if needed, which is really cool. read more

Jiffy Lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Seattle, Washington

The West Seattle store is really my go to place for any car servicing. They are knowledgeable, unfailingly nice, always with a smile. They have identified problems and given me options, never pushing me one way or another. I have no hesitation in recommending them. read more

Great service, fast and helpful!! They were able to also change out my head light. Friendly people working there. read more

Niya was very polite respectful and professional, addressed all my needs and the team performed my oil change swiftly and efficiently!

My wife called to inform me of the large oil stain in front of our home. I just had my work vans oil changed here. I crawled under the van and noticed oil dripping off the filter. It was loose. I tightened it the best I could with my hands. They redid the oil change again. They asked if I could wait for the other cars in front of me to be worked on before they fixed their mistake? Junior and Chris were really awesome. Welcoming but also quick and to the point, just the way you want an oil change to be. As a women I often feel as if I'm trying to be oversold on things, but this was just what I needed for the right value. Definitely coming back! read more

Chris and Junior were great when I got my oil changed today. Welcoming and kind, and helped me understand my options with other service recommendations given my car's mileage. I'll be coming back here in the future. Decent price too! read more

Arrived around 2pm on a Tuesday and no line and a couple cars currently in the stalls. Someone greeted me within minutes and told me it would be a 15 minute wait. 40 minutes later I'm still waiting with no updates. Ended up leaving because I couldn't wait all day. Avoid this location. read more

John, the general manager, greeted me and helped me get into the garage quickly. He offered me water and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for the oil change. I was more than happy to rate my experience at Jiffy Lube in West Seattle. read more

Great staff! They work fast, they were very efficient and the wait was not even noticeable. They made sure to be as detail oriented as possible, bringing up issues for me to keep an eye on. This specific Jifflube is where i trust all my cars' regular maintenance and oil change. Thanks guys!!! read more

Jiffy Lube west Seattle is always on it! great speedy service and they keep their systems very organized.

quick and affordable oil change service. Been there the last two times, no complaints

Chris and the team were great! Super welcoming, helpful, and quick to make sure my car was running well.

I come to this location every time my car needs serviced, I think it's the best location in the Seattle area. They're always efficient and don't try to up-sell me on things my car doesn't need. read more

Fast and good customer service! Chris and Justin parked my car for me so I could grocery shop while my car was serviced. Thank you!

Great service ! great attitudes. didn't pressure you into anything you didn't want will be back read more

Muy buen servicio me gusta por que me dan siempre la información de lo que necesito cambiar de mi auto

Poor poor poor customer service. I pulled in expecting to drive myself into the empty oil change bay and after 8 minutes the gentleman with the beard and tattoo's comes back to my vehicle and tells me he was waiting inside at the computer for me to get the oil change process started. I reminded him he didn't communicate that with me and in all the other visits I've made here (20+) I've always pulled in my vehicle myself. He said something about customers not responding to his hand signals and almost getting run over so he won't be allowing customers to drive in anymore. That's great but at the least you have to communicate that to your customers who aren't aware of that new policy. It's hard to believe that Jiffy Lube doesn't equip their employees with the basic fundamentals of customer service. And leave your attitudes at home, there are too many other oil change shops to choose from. read more

They broke my tire valve stem completely off then told me it was cracked. $120 repair because of careless work.

Went in for my usual oil change. Excellent service, all the time. Great value for service done. Staff was friendly and efficient.

So, as it turns out, I prefer going to Jiffy Lube versus the free lifetime oil changes that I received when I purchased my car. How can that be, you ask? Convenience I say. It's a close neighborhood shop and I don't have to drive all the way to my auto dealers and wait in line. I can get in and out at Jiffy Lube and not even leave the comfort of my vehicle. The guys at the shop give me upgrade options and the last time they provided a quote for my brakes. I'm usually in and out quickly, they provide me with a sticker so I know when to go back and even helped me reset my Acura reminder light for oil changes. I pay for a bunch of memberships, like AAA and they offer a small discount for that, which is nice. The guys at this location are all pretty hardworking, professional and take time to be thorough and safe. Can recommend. read more

I've been coming here for years and always had a positive attitude experience! Everyone I've met is knowledgeable and helpful.

Went in for an oil change about a month ago. Incredibly kind and attentive staff that were good at explaining things in layman's terms and informing me about everything. A young guy who seemed relatively new took care of me and made the experience great. Very quick and efficient and had me pulling out of the place with a smile on my face. Pointing fingers isn't something I enjoy doing ever but fast forward to today when I took my 2011 Honda Pilot into the shop for maintenance on a check engine light. I was informed whoever changed my oil last damaged the oil pressure sensor and also caused a leak. I had been driving for the past month with little to no oil without having any indication what so ever. Some pretty serious damage has been done to my engine. I'm not mad at all at anyone in particular however it upsets me a place I have came to multiple times before has made this mistake now. Im not advising to not visit this business but I do advise getting a second opinion after having work done here. This was my first car when I was 16 years old and now 8 years later it might just be time to say goodbye to my car because of one detrimental mistake. All in all, I'm happy to be safe and something worse didn't happen. I hope they are able to implement some way to have multiple employees to review the work being done. read more

Outstanding Service... I frequently have my oil changes performed at this location and am always extremely pleased with the remarkably prompt, kind service. This afternoon, perhaps the best I've ever received, prompting this review... I was greeted by Amy, who was patient, kind and detailed in her assistance. She is a very real asset to this JiffyLube location (or any other...). I've also worked with Kevin, Joe, Max, Bronwen, Joe #2, all service technicians, each highly competent, kind and expedient in their excellent efforts. I won't take my cars to any other place for services. Why would I... I'd give 6 stars if I could. M- read more

Sent email about my recent review to Jiffy Lube. Hope the owner replies. After driving my car off lot, multiple problems appeared. I will wait for a reply before I give clear update on my car. read more

I had such a great experience with Jiffy Lube of West Seattle today. I initially went in to have my headlight changed. Upon removing my battery to access my light, Josh noticed the negative cable port was broken. This made sense since my car was having issues keeping a battery charge recently. Josh went above and beyond to fix everything for me as well as changed my light. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Car stuff can be stressful for me and his assistance put me at ease. Jiffy lube is lucky to have such a hard working, dedicated employee like Josh. I will continue to give my business to Jiffy Lube. Thank you Josh! read more

Simply the best! Super professional and helpful -- none of the attitude/condescension you get at the other oil change shops. The whole operation is clean and quick, and the employees are friendly and cooperative - both with the customer and with each other. Whoever's running this show is doing a great job. read more

Quick and easy oil change. They communicated well and made the process easy. Team was straight forward and of course they offered other products but it wasn't forced. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes on a Saturday. read more

Today i cane in with an unusual situation. My Japanese import is having problems getting enough fuel. Both Max & Ulysses were so helpful and even though i could not get serviced there they walked through my situation with me. Definitely will refer everyone here because of this extra attention. Will definitely be coming back! read more

Waited in line 50 mins to find out they stopped offering conventional oil, which forces customers to use high mileage or synthetic. A sign advertising this seems reasonable but after waiting 50 minutes and having no easy way to back out since people are behind you pretty much committed me to paying the outrageous price of $95 for an oil change using synthetic blend. Nothing to with the employees, just shady business practice, common for jiffy lube. read more

First time at the location and I will 100% be back! The person I spoke with both on the phone and in person (Ulysses) was extremely knowledgeable and even went above and beyond by giving me specific recommendations on places for other servicing for my unique model of car. They were crazy busy and still gave great service so don't be a jerk if you have to wait a little longer than you planned. Give them some respect cuz they are over here doing work and doing it well! read more

Went in to get my oil changed the employees were fighting and screaming at each other. I decided to stay because I really needed an oil change. At the end of it all I got home and had a major oil leak. My husband had to fix the issue and add more oil. I would steer clear, I don't they know what they are doing at this location. read more

Been here a handful of times and every time the job is done right - clean, efficient, and helpful. No big pressure to up-sell - they simply provide options and give recommendations based what they see under the hood. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Did my breaks and rotors here only to find out a month later all of the rotors have pad transfer on them causing a loud squeak and none of the wheels to move freely, was told boss would call me to talk about next steps but still haven't gotten a call.?!?!? read more

Poor customer service. Nobody greeted me here or asked what I was looking to get done -- just started opening up my car and shouting things. At one point a dude yelled something like "bay 1 start!" from behind my hood and then seemed mad when he had to clarify he was asking me to start my car?? He shouted "hey!" to get my attention. Like bro, you haven't said a single word to me or made eye contact with me...why would I think you're suddenly talking to me? I'm a young woman and it infuriates me that I can't get an oil change without feeling this way. It's such a low bar to just communicate clearly with people :( read more

The team at Jiffy Lube are amazing! Very professional. An employee named Ulysses went above and beyond for me. He walked with me to my car and checked my car battery because it was dead. Ordered me a new battery, walked it over to my car on the street and installed it . In addition he brought over an air compressor to inflate my very flat tire so I could drive to Les Schwab to get it repaired. The most kind thing that's happened to me in a long time!!! Thank you so much for being such a good fucking human being read more
