I sent my car for a fuel pump fuse or relay damage and once the car was working the owner of the shop MAURICIO CANJURA drove and abused my 1994 toyota supra to the point that he hurt the engine, tires and the clutch system. When I ask him why my car was throwing white smoke from the muffler, he denied it all but in latter months after I finished the engine repair that cost me around $35,000 dollars; I found a video where he was abusing my car making explosion and popping from the engine. Note. I never gave permission for him to test drive my car. I won't recommend this shop for anyone with common sense of how car is taking care of. Up to today June 2026 he is denied his responsibility even that I have video where he abused my car. read more

They were one of the only local shops that would do work like this, but they did it for a good price and guarantee their work. My good old Ram drives like a dream....the engine seems stronger than new. This is great place that I've ever experienced in Seattle. I had a suspension issue with clunking sound, and I've been to 3 different mechanic shop to solve this issue. Those 3 shops are also great and reliable places, but they were not able to solve the issue. I'm pretty good and familiar with the understanding of car mechanical parts, so I had some opinion back then. The three shops told me I'm wrong. (FYI I'm driving Hyundai Sonata 2013 and I know a lot of knowledge about this car because my dad also has it as his second car in other country. We share many knowledges about our cars.) Then finally my friend recommended me to go to this place. He's kinda picky person but he STRONGLY recommended Taskar Garage. Mechanic (sorry I forgot his name) took a glance and he said exactly the same thing that I was thinking. I threw some more questions to clarify this but he was very confident about his opinion. The customer service at the place is repulsive. I've never in my entire life had a business owner speak to me the way this man has. I missed one phone call, ONE and he yelled at me about how he's "called all day" for me to pick up my car. I apologized even tho the kind women I spoke to earlier took my cell phone number down? I never received a call. I'll admit, the problem with the car (wiring) was fixed, my car has been giving me a lot of problems lately. However my check engine light is still on? On the phone we made SURE everything was fixed. "Everything" as in...something as simple as reading a code and turning it off? Welp, I called and guess who immediately started yelling at me? :) Apparently checking for things such as a maintenance light or check engine light only comes with an oil change? Lol wow. Shady. You'd think they'd want to go above and beyond to make sure everything works properly before sending it off..I guess on the phone he says "you want me to work on wiring problem. I do that." Thank you sir, never ONCE did I disregard the work he did on my car. Never once did I say you didn't know what you were doing! But if I'm paying a professional shop to look at my car I'd hope they could at LEAST turn it on and see there's a multiple codes going off?? The issue itself really isn't a big deal at this point. My car starts again and I'm happy with that. He told me I could drive all the way back for them to turn it off, nah. This mans literally not capable of having an adult conversation without getting angry. Final thoughts; I'm not undermining this man as a mechanic at all. However, It is very clear they do not see the importance of respect & communication to their paying customers. I was totally prepared to write a good review but this ruined my whole experience. BEST MECHANIC EVER!!! All the time was looking for good mechanic, who would not charge me as my car costs and I finally found him. He was working on my work car - Dodge Grand Caravan 2012, and I was surprised for the quote what I got. I think you'll never find better pricing and quality and the service in the city. Misha is great in communication. The alternator died in Dodge and I had to work the next day. So, he fixed it in the same day when I called. I'm so thankful him for it. The team also is great. They are doing almost all the services, what are possible (from oil and filter changes to engine and transmission swaps) If somebody is interested in rebuilding transmission or engine, they have the company with which they are working for 10 years. And as Misha said they do also good priced (rebuilding transmissions around 2000$ with 3 year warranty) and qualifying services. Highly recommend Taskar Garage!!!
