They've won our future business for any trailer needs we have. And no, we are not related. :)

I purchased a pre-owned Toyota 4Runner here in March 2025 from a young woman in sales and just…read morethought I should finally leave a review! I was looking for this exact spec of Toyota 4Runner and saw they had one online, so I called to confirm it was still available. They promptly answered the phone, which is something a lot of dealerships don't do, and I was able to come in the same day to take a look and test drive it. I don't like to browse around--I knew exactly what I wanted, so if I'm coming in, I'm most likely purchasing unless there's an issue with the vehicle. My salesperson was awesome, super nice, and came along on the test drive with me. I noticed the alignment was off, so she was able to set me up with the service center to get a complimentary alignment. The car was otherwise perfect and exactly as shown on the website. The main reason I'm giving 3 stars is the negotiation process. I told my salesperson upfront exactly what price I needed to be at in order to sign. She would go back and forth with her sales managers and come back with a number, telling me it was their lowest. When I said no and reminded them of the price I had already given them, she would go back again and come back with an even lower number. This happened several times. After about 30 minutes of going back and forth, they eventually agreed to the exact price I had originally told them I needed. Because they ultimately did get to my price, it honestly made the whole process feel like they were just trying to see how much more they could get me to pay. Being told multiple times that a number was their "lowest" and then having them come back with an even lower number after I said no felt frustrating and, honestly, kind of like they were trying to rip me off. I want to be clear that I don't blame my salesperson personally. She was very nice throughout the process and seemed to be going back and forth with her sales managers and bringing me whatever numbers they gave her. My issue is more with the negotiation process and how it was handled. Aside from that, she went above and beyond for me. We signed the paperwork that day, and the following day she was texting me and helping me get approved for a lower interest rate than my bank was able to offer, which was awesome. She also came in at 8:00 PM on her DAY OFF to deliver the car to me because my schedule was tight. That level of customer service really stood out to me. Overall, I love my 4Runner and I'm happy with the vehicle I purchased. My salesperson was fantastic and did a lot to make the experience work for me. I just wish the negotiation process had been more honest and straightforward from the beginning. I would still consider purchasing from here again, but I would definitely recommend going in knowing your number and sticking to it.
