The repair costs here are very reasonable and the turnaround is usually good. I have needed wheel caliper repair, starter replacement, windshield replacement, and tune ups. Don't ever go to this place. They lie too much. No customer service. They are not professional about anything. I do not recommend this place. Took 4months on my vehicle and when he picked up mu vehicle, they broke my window power buttons and never replaced everything they were supposed to. They only wants your car after that he will keep asking for more money to insurance company. only if he fixes all the way. I ended up getting rid of my car after month later spent almost 10 thousand on fix. This guy is unbelievable. Don't recommend this kind place to anyone. read more

Don't go to this place. Dishonesty and poor workmanship. He will never tell you what's going on upfront. He will work on your car and charge one after another, especially if you are a female. I'm new in town, 6 months ago my Honda civic started to make a weird noise. I went to this place following good reviews. First, he was misdiagnosed. He told me it was a water pump issue and changed the water pump, but the noise wasn't fixed. He told me it's a drive belt and we replaced it. the noise was gone. 6 months later the weather started to get warmer and I found my AC was not working properly. I went to another shop and the technician found they replace to shorter drive belt so the AC compressor was not connected. I returned to him and asked to replace the drive belt. It took me six hours waiting on the side that he said if he put on the correct belt, will cause the noise again. He was irritated about what he asked and told me that I need to replace the whole AC compressor otherwise it's dangerous to go on the road and he can't guarantee anything. When asked for a refund, he refused and said "well, go ahead and sue me." read more

Arnold is an honest mechanic. Seriously. That statement alone should be all you need to know about this place. It's small, dirty, and basically a parking nightmare when you go there, but it's the only place I will take my car for anything. I've been taking my car there for over the last 6 years, and there's been a few times when anyone else would have charged me for basically nothing. Came in for regular service and a check engine light. Grand (re-)opening under new management. Office and garage has been remodeled. Parking lot is still small of course. Reliable, fast, and great prices. Honest work and friendly staff. My brakes were squeaking so I thought I needed new brakes. But they inspected it, applied lube, and now it's fine. Arnold the owner did such a great job repairing our wrecked car it was UNREALl!!! My girlfriend got into an accident in our green Prius and totally wrecked the right front bumper, headlight, and fender. We contacted our insurance and unfortunately didn't cover this repair so this was all out of pocket. We first visited Aldercrest Auto Rebuild in Lynnwood and got an a estimate of $5000-6000. I was shocked thinking how cheap Toyota's parts are so then I asked my mechanic, Jae, from Japanese Auto Care. He then introduced me to Arnold who gave me an estimate of $1800!!! Honestly didn't expect the quality work Arnold did. From the body, the special light lime green paint, even the Prius logo that was damaged. Arnold is an artist and our Prius looks exactly the way it did BEFORE the accident!!! Our car was done the day before Christmas Eve so we had a wonderful holiday thanks to him! read more

So yesterday I get in my car after running an errand to find my passenger wiper arm isn't working. I call my usual mechanic who can't fit me in for days and wants me to drop off car where he can diagnose it and possibly bring it back another day if parts need to be ordered. I'm thinking that is too much time to be without my car for that problem. I call the Infinity dealer and they tell me it will be $140 to diagnose issue and then parts and labor on top of that....cha Ching... I hear $200. I'm in a parking lot next to this place so I called. He told me to bring my car on over. Apparently it was just missing a bolt that he replaced right there and refused to let me pay him. Such a kind, honest man. The parking lot is crazy full but I understand why. Will definitely be going to him for service from now on. read more

Just got my car back from Arnold. He and his crew did a great job repairing the body to a like new condition. Really nice job of blending the paint. His estimate was far lower than the 3 other places I checked. His final price was the same as the estimate. He estimated 4 days and that is what is took. The owner Arnold is honest and great to replace the brakes on my 1997 Mercedes E320. This is the second times that he replaced my brakes. The cost for brakes replacement is much lower than Mercedes dealers!
