Let me start with I'm blown away by these guys! I had an AWE custom exhaust system I needed to get installed. I'm a descent mechanic, but there was no way I was going to be able to do this myself with my car ramps or a floor jack. I called a couple of places in Bellevue, but they could not get me in for over a week, and I got quotes like $600.00 to do the install. I almost did not call Brad's because they were in Seattle, plus they typically work on Mustang's and Corvette's. And I have a Durango. I called them, they said we will call you back , usually we don't work on Dodge. Shortly after they did call back, asked how soon I wanted it done, and said bring it on over now. It took them 1hour. Charged $300. When it was up on the lift , everything looked great, and sounds much better than my factory performance exhaust. read more

I needed my gears replaced after living with A LOT of gear whine for way too long from a botched install from another *Mustang* shop. Brad and his team went above and beyond. The install was not straight forward, and the previous shop did some interesting things that made this install not super smooth. End result is AMAZING. The gear whine used to be so bad above 40 it would drown out my loud exhaust. I don't trust many people with my car, but would take it to Brads again in a heartbeat. I own a 2007 Mustang GT and asked Brad and his team to install a new hot rod air intake and some inside door panels. WOW, Brad redefines what it means to have customer service. Not only did Brad do a great job, he worked on my car after hours in the shop after all his employees had gone home for the evening just to get my car done on time. Brad is also extraordinarily personable and chatty which is fun. He gave me and my son a tour of all the hot rods he was working on and showed us the engines and bragged about the jobs. We did not ask for this tour, Brad just volunteered to show us and next thing we know we are getting a lesson on hot rod engines. My point, it is really fun to watch someone who is truly passionate about their work. Brad loves what he does and it shows, which makes doing business with him that much more fun. read more

Brad and his crew are exceedingly generous with their time and expertise; one day I hope to 'pay-up' with ongoing maintenance and project work to my C6 Z06, and 2011 Tahoe. What I didn't know is that they also do regular maintenance for regular cars for less than dealers (in my experience) and with higher end materials...AMSOIL in particular. I'm a pretty competent mechanic but had to bring in my C6Z for a low rpm surge issue that I couldn't troubleshoot. Brad and his team were able to figure it out and get me on my way. They accidentally damaged one of my rockers getting the car on the lift but completely owned the mistake and pointed it out to me before I even noticed it. They deducted the entire cost of the part and the labor to install the replacement from my bill without me even having to ask. They actually offered to order and replace the part but I declined because I didn't think it was that big a deal. These guys are honest and know what they are doing. What more can you ask for from a shop that will entrust to service your pride and joy? I know where to bring my car next time I have an issue I can't solve on my own. read more

I have a GT500 that has had some trouble with clutches and was recommended to Brad by the SVT Owner's association. When my wife and I took the car to the shop, Brad personally hopped in and replicated the problem I was having. I expected the car needed a new clutch. What I didn't expect happening was making a new friend. When they were able to get my car up on the lift and take apart the clutch, he called me and let me come down to take pictures (warranty purposes). Then, he even helped me make the warranty claim to the manufacture. Saying he has great customer service is an understatement. If you are looking for the best speed shop in Western WA, this is it. I am VERY particular about my car. These guys are the bomb. I bring my car here for everything. I have a Cadillac CTSV with aftermarket engine upgrades which I purchased from the East Coast. They know how to care for the care and work with the upgrades even though they didn't install them. Brad's is the best American performance shop in Seattle. Brad's provided custom work and maintenance to my truck from 2005-2013. They always have the best advice, do the best work, and the best bedside manner. When I moved from Seattle and my parts weren't in, they worked with UPS and Baer to have theme delivered right to my door in Phoenix. They posted pics of my build for me to follow and a video of my dyno run. When I was on the road they called me to make sure the truck was running well and kept me informed about my parts. I'm very happy with my whole experience with these guys. I had them do a header install and dyno tune on my Corvette. Everything from the initial questions and advice they gave me about what parts would work the best given my performance goals to the final tweaking went great. They even encouraged me to install the intake myself, which saved me a bit of money. I setup the work several weeks in advance and they kept their schedule, finishing in a reasonable amount of time. I brought in my 2015 Mustang and had them install Eibach lowering springs, Koni adjustable struts and shocks and Maximum Motorsports castor/camber plates and an alignment. I've had extensive work done at Brad's on my 67 mustang (including engine swap) and I have not experienced better work/treatment at any other shop. Also 2 days before I was supposed to drive my car across country from Seattle to Virginia, my carb was acting up.
