When it comes with Lamb Chop and Kebob / lamb on stick, it's extremely dry, I told the waiter it's dry and guess what he told me? He said " you need to eat it ASAP. Otherwise, it will dry out!"... I got it, basically, I need to wait by the kitchen door in order to eat ASAP. Lol. Literally, we eat it right after they leave it on the table. ITS VERY DRY! Btw, some dishes need to wait for One Hour and 30 mins. So we had to give up on it. For the service like this, with the bad attitude that one of the waiter is offering. I was surprised by how long it took, but the wait was worth it! I ordered the signature leghman and the spicy dry stir fry noodles. The signature leghman was our favorite, the noodles were soft and there was ample sauce so it went down easily. The spicy dry stir fry noodles was tasty but was harder to go down, the red peppers were spicy and some were extra spicy. I would definitely come back here again.

The place has faux bamboo tile, brick and marble accents lining the walls. A small wall of fish tanks toward the back hides and serving prep area and storage for cases of beer. Separate men's and women's bathroom is through the curtained entry next to this area - nice and clean. They have really large tables - the largest being a round 15 seater. Out first was my Beef Noodle Soup - although I didn't order the spicy version of this it has more "spicy" than I expected. Unfortunately this is the majority of the flavor of the soup which I found a bit on the bland side. The beef chunks were throughout, but some pieces had more chew than I would have liked. I loved the Sauteed Cabbage - nice wok hei to this, nicely cooked and great flavor. My favorite dish of all we ordered. I tried the noodles with meat sauce and it tasted fine to me it had additional peas and carrots in the sauce. I also tried the Sour Cabbage with Pork Blood Soup which unexpectedly came with intestines that overpowered the other flavors in the soup. I like this section of Main St just north of the LIE - it is pretty convenient for me and I prefer to support the business in this area. I upped my review from 3.5 to 4 stars. Overall this is a decent spot, but my review probably matters little since I am not the target demo for this place - they seem to be supported by many regulars in the area.

The restaurant is huge with both indoor and outdoor seating under a tent so no reservation needed. Their menu is also huge with really affordable selections up to pretty costly (assuming for large parties) dishes. The service was nice and quick and our waitress was very nice and most of them do speak some English. When we went, of course we had to order the traditional lamb skewers, but we also ordered beef skewers, stiny tofu, sweet/sour napa, and a bunch of other skewers. The volume is a lot more than expected. The skewers were amazing! The price is very worth it in the end and we had tons to take home. If you are in the area this is a good one to try for traditional street Chinese food!
