Today was my first time going to Beverly nail salon in Georgetown and I must say I will not go back. Phoebe, the lady who did my nails kept cutting me with her little Dremel tool when she was sanding my nails when I said something to her about cutting me and asked her to please be more careful, she said "oh OK no problem" and then continued to cut me again. I asked for my nails to be coffin shape and she made them square and when I mentioned it to her all she said in return was oh next time you try almond shape. i've never felt more dismissed by nail technician in my life so I will not be returning to Beverly nail salon in Georgetown. read more

Absolutely terrible. I went here yesterday i originally wanted a French tip so I asked the price and they said it was $85 which was crazy to me. I ended up getting just a wine red and the lady was in a hurry rushing every step she didn't cut my cuticle, she left my nails thick , she left my right hand super crooked and didn't ask me how long I wanted them she just cut them to whatever length she wanted, she cut my skin and the cut has been stinging all day. I called in the morning to let them know and they said I could come in so they could do a soak off and a redo for no cost. Once I arrived here the lady who did my nails came at me aggressively saying it's my fault because she told me chrome was $15 more which I didn't understand what the point in that was because I didn't get chrome , and that she cut them short because I would've had to pay $3 more if I wanted them longer which I wouldn't of had minded paying but she never asked me how long or let me know the price. when I told her about how she cut me she responded with " accidents happen " she said she was going to get the manger , I don't know who the manger is but another lady came up to me and said if I want they will do a soak off , and then a full set for 15% off. Definitely do not recommend this place. read more

Very pricey!!!! Basic pedi is $45 and that doesn't include any callous removal...that's the next level pedi and it's $60!! Add gel and your basic pedi is $75!! For that price I'd expect the massage and hot towels to be more, just a whole lot more. It's clean and new and nice inside. Great choice of colors. Just way too pricey!! read more

I was referred to Gisele at Beverly nails after admiring a friend's nails for several weeks. She introduced me to a new product for my nails that I absolutely love! When my husband and I visit this salon, we generally do the VIP services. What I love about that, we never feel like services are being rush. They literally take their time and give you A+ services. We have had services from a number of females here and Jake and I will say, we have not been disappointed. Totally recommend the VIP services. I would say scheduling is a must, although they welcome walk-in. This place stays pretty busy. So, call first and schedule. read more

Just popped in here while I was visiting from out of town and let me just say, wow, great service, super clean and nice staff. I'm from California where you can't sit inside and have your nails done which has been totally depressing, so being able to sit inside(massage chair) with a beverage, was the most relaxing thing for me in the last 10 months! Prices are a bit high for a basic pedi in my opinion but the foot and neck massage included was way worth it. As soon as I move to Texas,I will be back!!! read more

Love this nail salon, but the past 2 times I've been in they haven't pleasured me too much. I guess as they get more busy they start slacking which is no good especially for regular customers. I always go in get the same SNS manicure & Gel pedicure. This last time i went was a day before Christmas obviously a busy day paid $110 Tab for crappy work. The guy who did my Manicure didn't even bother to clean my cuticles or anything he just went in as quickly as he could, 2 of my Nails dip already cracked which I'm so disappointed about. I honestly don't know if i should even go back anymore. read more

The only bad thing is they don't want to leave. Beverly Nail Salon takes good care of its clients. The provide a relaxing and pampering atmosphere. I look forward to my next visit. read more

I have been going to this salon for over a year now. I have been seen by Dao. When I first started to go there, I would always make appointments weeks in advance with Dao which took forever to get appointments with. Finally my appointment came!, to be disappointed that Dao kept passing me on to different nail techs when I made my appointments with her FOR NO REASON. Finally, she understood that I only want her to do my nails because I'd always be back the next day because someone always messed up my nails! Weather it was 2 different size or shaped nails. It might have taken Dao 2 hours for SNS each time but that's because she takes delight care for what she does. Not gonna lie- she does a good job on nails. She doesn't know any design so if you looking for that- she will turn you around to someone else! Something she's very good at too! First couple of times that I came to Dao, she always tells me that I am difficult! I asked how!? This place has maybe 100 different stands with great colors but when you go to pick a color- ITS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! So many times I just let it go with a huge disappointment. I am PAYING for this! I understand if this was 1-2 colors but this is EVERY SINGLE TIME! But I let go because GOD FORBID I'd change my mind! I'd get the whole salon talking or feel uncomfortable with the behavior. I explain this issue to Dao SOOO many times but obviously she saw me as a "difficult client". I explained to her that I own TWO Businesses! That if my customers will EVER be a problem I wouldn't have the gut to tell them anything when they are 100% right! Customers are right 100% when it comes to THEIR money and services they get! This is NOT how you make people feel! Ever since, Dao has been nothing but nice and more understanding to not make me feel like sh** every time I get my nails done by her! Now let's talk about JENNY! Rude Jenny! The receptionist who SCREAMS OVER AND HANGS UP at customers! Who tried to explain to me that "no one cares about your damn color because there are more important things out there like people dying and having cancer". Didn't even let me have a word out and HUNG UP on me in my face! I called back and asked very calmly "why are you hanging up in my face?" Literally her voice was coming out to the point she choked "because I don't want to talk to you!" (This is all recorded) And hung up on me AGAIN! This morning I called to move my appointment with Dao from today to another but she literally told me "I'm not doing your nails anymore because you complained about me picking your color wrong" I HAVE NEVER SAID THAT! All I said that I keep picking colors and they are not the same! So Jenny gets on the line out of no where because Dao passed the phone on to her without saying a word to me and says "this is not our fault! This is manufacture" you want another tech to do your nails? UHHHH I had my appointment arranged from 2! Weeks ago! And after the way you spoken to me YOU REALLY THINK ILL SUPPORT OR HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH BEVERLY NAILS AGAIN? So, here is what I was going to say on the phone before I got hung up on! "Sweet Jenny! Get to reality! Stop treating people like they are SH**! You are talking and working with people that may be dying, have cancer or battling with some sort of health issue! So before you try to correct the world. Correct your behavior towards the world you so seemed to care for! 2nd! I am paying from my hard working money to get my nails done that I pay for to have the color, shape and whatever the way I WANT! Not the way you will tell me too! This place is a DISGRACE!!! Avoid going in here! read more

I ended up getting an infection from Abby cutting my cuticles so bad with her dirty tools. I could squeeze pus out of every nail bed. I do not recommend this place read more

Last time I went to the salon to get a pedicure, they fill the pedicure spa with water soooooo hot that when I told them they got mad at me and then fill it with cold water. Then the girl that made one of my acrylic toe nails made it crooked and they got mad at me too for that. I was very unhappy with the service. And after that my daughter get the salon another opportunity today and the worst happend. They treated her like she couldn't afford the service, didn't make what she asked for and disrespected her. Don't wadte your money and time here. read more

On June 25th, 2023:( ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever had in my 30 plus years of nail/eyebrow and pedicure services. I called the day before for and appointment and was given 11am Sunday morning, great. I arrived early, 1045am. I stood right in front of the counter, where you pay for services, and was ignored several times. I understand there are customers before me, as evidenced by folks waiting to receive their services. Several people walked in and went straight to the counter, by passing me and the lady at the counter said, "Hello ma'am may I help you?" Granted the counter was without an attendant frequently, but what does that have to do with customer service? I have been to this shop 3 times and I tip better than how I was treated. Shame on me for respecting the hustle. I am a working professional, (Travel RN) and understand the grind. Not a waste for me but definitely for this establishment. Was I ignored because I was black, (only black person in shop, at the time), was I ignored because every other person in this world believes that black women are broke, uneducated with bad credit?? Whatever the reason one can possibly give for ignoring a 5'9'' black lady dressed in all black, beats me. If you don't want my business just man up and say so. "We don't serve blacks". Some advice for being in business in this capitalist nation. All money is green. My family owns several businesses, (for over 40 plus years) and I will never tolerate zero rate customer service. read more

I went into the salon 3 days ago, I was quickly rushed to sit. The tech began judging my nails because they had hair color on them. She began rushing my gel manicure.Usually you sit, soak your hands for quite some time while they slowly work on your cuticles, ask what shape you'd like your nails, file them, cut them, ask you to wash your hands- touch up anything missed before going into gel manicure. Well that Did NOT occur. She quickly soaked my fingers, barely touched my cuticles and cut 2 nails. Within 7 minutes she was putting on coat to begin gel process. I asked her to file my nails and she explained she does gel process first and file after. It made No sense to me. After completely gel she filed my nails and sent me on my way. In and out within 20 min. Here we are 3 days later, my nails are chipping and my cuticles look like trash. I was treated like trash there and I am so disappointed that I spent $47 for this. read more

I love coming to this salon. I always feel welcome and relaxed. They really want to make sure you are happy with the service provided. My suggestion... if you don't like something , speak up early. Don't wait until everything is already done! That's just silly and wastes their time and yours. Being a customer doesn't mean you get a pass to be rude. Be kind! It costs nothing read more

She was kind and checked everything along the way making sure everything was good for me. I always like to splurge on my pedicure and coming here made that even more worth it. Really bummed about this place because it's so close to my home. I went in yesterday Feb 16 and i got sat with Cindy or at least that's the basket she grabbed. She's an older lady, anyways i told her that i really wanted my cuticles to be cleaned on my toes and she did everything so fast, sure enough i had a lot of skin, which was noticeable after her cutting and she didn't even push my cuticle back. She messed up my nail polish and to fix it she gave it a third coat, i asked her to repaint them and she said the clear would fix it. All that to say it was a terrible experience. By far the worst job I've ever gotten done, i think i could've done a better job doing my pedicure at home. read more

I like going here because it's one of the only places that has actually been able to do both nails and feet at the same time. So more time in the massage chair! But, they over charge for every little thing. I got charged $5 for matte color, another $5 for design (a small line) another $5 for 2 types of colors for my daughter as she likes multiple colors on her nails. On top of the normal prices for standard mani pedi. In total almost $200 plus every time I go here. It's a beautiful salon and service is so so, just plan on paying extra for every little thing if you go. read more
