1-star review I would NOT RECOMMEND this salon for gel…read morenails. I asked Tammy for Hailey Bieber-style neutral, thin chrome nails, but unfortunately the result looked very different--thick, uneven, and poorly finished. The polish appeared to be applied very thickly and cured with a lot of bubbles. One nail had to be redone, and the finished nails were noticeably uneven. Cuticle oil was also placed on the nails before they were put under the curing lamp, which left me concerned about the overall process. The salon also did not appear to have individual, organized nail stations, and I did NOT see LICENSED nail technicians CERTIFICATIONS, which is something I expect from my usual salon. Tammy was nice and polite, but unfortunately I was very unhappy with the quality of the service and the final result. I am requesting a refund from Butterfly Nail at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I get SNS and pedicures on a regular basis. There are a couple of really top notch people, but everyone does a nice job. I've read some of the negative reviews on here. I really gotta say, these people are honest, hard working folks just doing their best. They do provide an awesome service in my opinion. Occasionally they get busy and you might have to wait a while or they might tell you they aren't taking appointments that day. If you have a tight schedule, I would suggest communicating with them about the best time to come. Make an appreciate when possible and don't be last! If you're going to be late, give them a call to make sure they can still take you and let them know if you're in a hurry... they're responsible/sweet people. It's all about communication. Give them a try! They have every color you can imagine and you will love the work they do. Nails on point!!

I don't usually make appointments for getting pedicures, but I did last time because I wanted to be sure that I received my services from Holly. She has given me excellent pedicures in the past and takes time and attention with every detail. I was able to take advantage of the fall special again. I believe it is ongoing until the end of this month. Is an extremely luxurious edition of a pedicure containing every possible feature both routine and add-ons that you could possibly think of. Holly was busy finishing up a manicure. I busy myself picking up my collar and style. I chose the Cat Eye again. I just can't move past it. I fell in love with it last time and I really can't see myself getting anything different at least all the way through the holidays. It's just unique and lovely. There are lots of color options. The last time I chose a beautiful tan color and the cat I looked lovely in the middle. I only got it on my great toes. This time, however, I was celebrating my birthday-I chose Birthday Blue-as blue is my favorite color. I HAD ALL MY TOES DONE IN CAT EYE. It's quite bright-maybe not so age-appropriate-but I don't care. At my age I've been told I get to do anything I want!! ...no remorse no regrets. LOL TAKE A LOOK FOR YOURSELF AND SEE WHAT YOU THINK. PLEASE BE AWARE. THEY HAVE ALL KINDS OF NORMAL GEL AND REGULAR PEDICURE AND MANICURE POLISHES.

It's super easy to set an appointment online, you're greeted as soon as you walk in, little to no wait time. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I especially love their complimentary drink menu. You just scan the QR code at your seat and enter your name and then select your drink from a large selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. There is a two drink limit for alcoholic beverages. Which is very generous. All of the drinks are made there at their drink bar. Today's service was a first for me. I have never had gel-x nails, but my daughter recommended I get them. My nail Tech was Tran she was super knowledgeable when it came to the different nail options. I am super satisfied with the service, the experience and the outcome of my nails. I've posted before and after photos. I will definitely return :)
