This was our first time having rolled ice cream, and it unfortunately didn't meet our expectations. Rather than being rolled and packed nicely in a cup, our ice cream was loosely rolled and smooshed into a cup. Their new steamed buns on their menu were overcooked and dried out. We really wanted to like this spot, but this visit was an unfortunately a big miss for us.

It had ok flavor but needed more ice. It was lukewarm. Tapioca boba was as expected. For ice cream I had corrupt cookie. I was so excited to try rolled ice cream. Completely disappointed. I didn't taste cookie dough. I didn't taste fudge brownie and there was no chocolate syrup. The ice cream tasted old. Like it was left open for weeks. 4 bites and I threw it out. My daughter had the wake me up and she didn't like it either. Funny taste and like the ice cream was old or left out. Trashed after 4 bites. And the place is expensive My daughter also bought some cute little cositas. But expensive too. She picked up a pack of pens and they wanted to charge us 2.99 per pen??? Almost 20$ for a pack. Um no ty We won't be back here.

It is crispy on the outside, stretchy and cheesy on the inside. I also tried the brown sugar boba; it was a bit too milky for me, and I wished for a stronger brown sugar flavor, but the boba itself was perfectly chewy and the ice level was spot on. Their cinnamon churro mochi donut was soft, warm, and so good ..definitely a must‑try. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I'd recommend stopping by if you're craving something fun and different. I'll be coming back to try more stuff on their menu.

Having traveled to many places I find that gelato is overrated in America. I tend to be picky with my gelato but Lulus is so creamy and fresh. I usually did passion fruit and coconut but this time they did not have it so I did guava and peach/mango combo. It was delicious and I truly savored it to the last spoonful. The biscuits that they make are amazing and as far as every pastry I've tried so far I have thoroughly enjoyed every single one of them including the raspberry almond croissant and I don't even like raspberries so that says a lot! The service is great in the mornings but the last time I went in the afternoon I wasn't a fan of the attitude some of the workers had so I'm definitely sticking to mornings. (I chose not to tip because of how they greeted me and unfortunately this was the time the food was bad so I was very upset) Over all I love this place. I am all about an honest review. I love the decor and over all vibe of the place. I hope that one day they're able to expand a bit and have comfier seating so that people could stay longer and enjoy the atmosphere as well as continue to purchase more of their products!

They offer a variety of baked goods, beverages, and even ice cream that's all plant-based and organic. Part of the reason I've never checked Karma Cream out is due to the fact that they are 100% vegan. I am by no means a vegetarian or vegan and have typically found that vegan foods just don't taste as good. Although my preconceived notions were definitely proven wrong as I had two incredible baked goods from here! The cafe is quant and inviting. They offer plenty of seating and it looks like a great place to study. It is kept clean and organized as well. The service was super friendly and they seem to know locals well. The woman taking my order was able to help me decide on what to try, which I appreciated! Their baked goods appear to rotate, with some staple items and other seasonal/special items. The bakery case has plenty to offer between cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and more! Everything was super fresh as there were even workers bringing out freshly baked items to replenish the bakery case. I got the snickers brownie and a raspberry white chocolate macaron. I'm not going to lie, these items were a little pricey coming in at $10. I guess this should be expected when considering the ingredients going into the products. The brownie was recommended to me and it didn't disappoint. The brownie had the texture of a Betty Crocker mix, which I wasn't expecting for a all-vegan baked good. It wasn't dry and honestly had pretty good flavor. The whipped "snickers" icing on top was really amazing and complimented the brownie nicely. This wasn't an amazing brownie, but it wasn't bad either. The macaron was really good though and it was extremely reminiscent of a non-vegan macaron. I was the most impressed with this item and would recommend. The raspberry flavor was spot on and very fresh--delectable! Overall, I am glad a took a chance and checked out Karma Cream. The items I had didn't taste like they were vegan at all and were good. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere very welcoming. I really appreciated how clean it was too. I need to come back and try their coffee or matcha, along with their ice cream! I will certainly be back and look forward to trying more.
