Just recently moved out here to Lackawanna.. I'm very close to this location, ordered from here and received delivery at my address a few times no problem... On March 23rd ( Sunday ) called to place an order over the phone just to be called back and told they have never delivered to my address( not true at allll).I also work at OLV nursing facility and have ordered from my job as well.,,.MY CARD WAS STILL CHARGED FOR A TRANSACTION THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE . The manager was rude, & inappropriate and speaking with a false sense of arrogance, he needs to be told A refund is not the same as services never rendered.. The manager told me there was nothing he could do and that I would have to wait the next couple of days. I explained he is not caring and very crass, he repeated the same rhetoric, offered no apology for the inconvenience, did not adjust his tone or try to make it better.. He did not want to listen and was making moves to end the call without any resolve. I had to speak very quickly to alert him that my money allows me to be on the phone longer and the fact that he took my money from me allows me to be on the phone longer. he still hung up ... Chase bank graciously stepped up and informed me that more and more merchants do not realize situations like this are to be handled delicately and swift! TERRIBLE TREATMENT FROM MANAGEMENT... I have experience in management and I have never treated anyone the way I was treated this evening. I go above and beyond that is what management is suppose to do and you are representing Bella Pizza.. have an obligation on both ends... Not sure how I am a resident of Lackawanna but can not get service but will hold money that does not belong to them.. Had a similar situation happen with skip the dishes and my money was refunded back to my card instantly. Again this situation was not a refund and my experience was supposed to be handled correctly to give me the response that goes with never ordering to begin with.. not my fault that Bella picks and chooses which parts of Lackawanna they will service! read more

I ordered pizza and wings not burnt and over cooked and I received a burnt pizza and over cooked wings and the manager would not refund my money. I had to file several complaints with the BBB and am still waiting to be refunded. The owner could not be reached conveniently of course and nobody would give their real names. Do not buy pizza or wings at the bella pizzeria in Lackawanna NY because you will just get burnt, overcooked food. read more

This restaurant has great pizza, great subs and excellent chicken wings. The Asian style chicken wings are a must try! I would recommend this pizzeria to anyone in the area, whether it's to dine in or takeout. They do have delivery, but there is a charge. During lunch and dinner the parking lot is usually packed, which is a testament to the quality of the food they serve. read more

Well first and foremost I've always liked Bella Pizza but today I've probably had the worst service I could have possibly gotten. I ordered my large pizza and 20 wings at 4:34 I was told 20 mins. I get there a little early as food is usually done early. I get there and wait beyond a woman who orders food at the counter then I pay for mine. As I sit there she receives her food before me. So I figure I'll wait another few mins like the girl ( a young blonde haired girl) probably was waiting for something as I'm trying to justify the wait time in my head. I make eye contact with her multiple times showing that I'm still here. But she just looks away grabs her tips and leaves then I finally reached my anger point and ask someone else and she grabs the food that has been sitting there for 20mins apologizes and I leave the time was now 5:20. By the time I finally get my wings and pizza home my pizza is luke warm and my wings soggy. I would've complained there but I was already too frustrated. I just want to say I will probably not be going back to Bella ever again. read more

Eaten there several times... food is always excellent and staff is nice. Lunch Slices are HUGE, and overall there food is some of the best in the area. read more

Their entire menu is delicious. Growing up with it has given me the privilege to try just about everything they have and they do it all right. No other pizza can compare to Bella's. I refuse to get pizza from anywhere else because it's the best. read more

Based on Fox E review i ordered a take out pizza and was hoping for something special. Picking it up the restaurant and it was designed good with a dining room and separate room for picking up take out. All glass wall inside between the rooms which was nice. Service was good. That said the pepperoni pizza was underwhelming. No taste to it. I consider it at best average or below average. read more

Always great takeout! Love the pizza, still a good buy. Nice people. Usually very busy but they move people in and out really well and my orders are ready when they say. read more

I recently had Bella Pizza cater a party for me. The food was just incredible. It was delivered to my home. It came hot. Everyone was impressed with the BBQ burgers and Italian sausage with peppers & onions. The baby spud potatoes and baked beans were fantastic too. I would use Bella again in a heart beat to cater my parties. Very, very pleased with the food and service. read more

I just started eating here because I now work down the road. There has been two times I went there for lunch break, and was cashed out by a woman with a long blond ponytail. She was kind of snobby; unfriendly, rude to another customer. A couple of us who were waiting agreed that she came off as unprofessional, and it really wasn't even busy enough for her to feel rushed by anyone. It made my experience very unpleasant and I do not understand why she is at the counter when there are very nice girls who also work there. Otherwise the food and service are great! read more

Do not pass it up. If you love pizza they are to say the best doesn't cut it. Their pepperoni is spicy with just the right amount of kick. Bread sticks are awesome with butter and parm on top. Go once you'll be hooked! read more

The best pizza in the area. I wish I could leave it at that and feel satisfied, but now I must include personal experience and long, convoluted similes to complete this argument. My first personal experience was pizza night with Fox. Now, I don't think that Fox is a spokesperson for Bella Pizza. When Fox says something is good, Mrs. Bella Pizza is not slipping him a twenty to say good things about this pizza establishment. Fox truly wanted me to have the best pizza in the world. Thanks, Fox! So, like a Pizza Knight in Shining Armor, Fox whisked me to the corners of South Buffalo to indulge in oh-my-god delectable pizza. And oh-my-god delectable pizza it was! First, you enter the ordering area and they place this giant slice of scalding pizza on a paper plate. Then, you go into this dining room area to eat said scalding pizza. The dining area is very clean and they are constantly monitoring the tables and cleaning around you. There's at least one person cleaning at one time. I thought that was a great thing to see. Bella Pizza is like a woman. First of all, if you didn't know what "Bella" meant, it means 'beautiful', which every woman in the world is obviously beautiful so that's the first point of this long, convoluted simile. Still with me? Great. BP has sweet, but not overbearingly sweet sauce. It's twinge-y, with a soft kick. Bella is decorated as another slice of pizza; a slathering of sauce and a slight spread of melted cheese. But when you taste the combination of cheese and sauce, your mind is blown. Again, BP is like a woman. Outwardly, Bella Pizza can be beautiful, but it's not until you consume the pizza that BP's personality comes out. You can see dimensions you didn't think possible; how does that sauce mix with that cheese? How does that slice of bread give such a wholesome perspective on life and it's myriad of combinations? Why do I just want more more more after just having one slice? She's a mystery, that Bella Pizza. I recently went back to Bella because the first experience was so captivating. With the first bite, I rekindled all of my feelings and love for this amazing pizza... like meeting an old lover on a porch swing when the sun is setting and you're drinking lemonade (I'm looking at you, Nicholas Sparks), Bella is like coming home in ways you never knew were possible. Still with me? No? Okay. read more

This place is shit hole never get your order correct most ignorant rude unprofessional workers & manger wow . But I see why the workers are the way they are the manger straight asshole. I called tell them they send me burned pizza they talked to me like I was piece shit very condescending!!!!! Major disappointment. used to have great pizza. Ordered recently and it was nothing but crust and Charcoal

I've been getting Bella for almost 20 years, and I'll probably stick with them for the next 20. The Pizza here is far better than any other pizza in WNY. It makes Imperial pizza seem as if it came out of the trash can. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because the wings are always soggy unless you ask for them extra crispy with sauce on the side. Highly recommend if you are looking for great pizza. Ask for it well done. read more

Crap very rude staff ignorant teen girl with a attitude I'm a retired marine was treated So poorly I'm surprised there still open if they keep treating customers like this they won't not a family friendly or vet place for the price go somewhere else read more

When I moved back to New York we ordered pizza and wings every Sunday for Bill's games. Had no complaints until the Sunday when our wings were undercooked. My mother called to let them know and the manager was rude and disrespectful to her! I vowed from that day to never order from Bella again. That is not okay. read more

So beyond annoyed! I'm 9 months pregnant, was working for 14 hours straight, and hadn't eaten in over 11 hours when I ordered from here. I work at OLV and the workers here order all the time. The delivery guy went to mercy hospital even though we clearly told him the address and the receipt when I finally got my order said OLV on it. I waited over an hour to get cold, soggy, nasty food and had to pay for every penny! I don't know why but I even tipped the guy and now I regret it bc it was clearly all his fault! Prob too stoned to do his job properly! I will NOT order from here ever again! read more

I used to love this place but haven't been there in about a year or so. Went this past weekend. I was shocked. Idk if their under new management or what but the place needs some serious Clorox action. Could barely see out of the windows. Their seriously understaffed. Pizza was so greasy and undercooked. The couple workers that were there were friendly but man clean the place and hire more help. read more

The Lackawanna location has the best bread sticks I have ever had (don't go to the Hamburg location, they're rock hard).

Need to update the "everyday specials" part of the menu. Lg Pizza & 20 wings says 22.99 and is actually 27.99. Add 3.00 tax, 3.00 tip & delivery charge of 3.00 and it's about $37. Pricy, but man was the pizza and boneless wings worth it! read more

Love the food, but food not ready on time. Ordered pizza & a salad for noon pick up, & it wasn't ready until almost 1230pm. Staff admitted it was put in when I got there. Half my lunch break spent waiting, with no apology. read more

Great food at a good price. Pizza's to die for. Recommend for those with good appetite.

Best pizza around! I get it every time I come to Buffalo. Flew in last night at 11pm and it was waiting for me when I got to my brother in laws. read more

Food there is great. I love that they use the thick pepperoni on the pizza. The wing's there are good and the chicken fingers are huge.

What a disappointment. Large Pizza with cheese and pepperoni, undercooked and chewy crust. Anti pasta was the worst. Lettuce was shredded to the size of shredded cheese; couldn't tell where the lettuce started and cheese ended, had one slice of salami that was the only piece of meat in the anti pasta and that was it -- no peppercini's, no pepperoni, no ham. What happened, used to be the best place to go read more

What a joke. Menu reads one price but since it's Sunday an the Bills are playing price was $12 more for what's listed on their own menu !! Gotta admit their pizza is great but the wings blow but would have been worth it for the pizza not at $56 for a large and a bucket though total RIPOFF, sry Bella you lost another customer ... read more

Loved the cheese pizza. Spicy wings were ok, maybe I should've had the barbeque or some other flavor. Service was quick and seemed very welcoming, although I did order carryout. Would go back again just for the pizza. read more

We have great pizza in Buffalo, no doubt about it. But something about their sauce, fresh ingredients and nice service that places this one ahead of the others. thanks! read more

I think Bella has the best pizza in town. I recommend the double cheese and pepperoni. I read a couple of other review before I wrote this and have to agree with what they said about the wings get them extra crispy and half sauce and they are great. Service is always on point. read more

I spent 6 months working in the Buffalo area a few years ago and discovered Bella. They have absolutely the best tasting pizza I have ever had in my life! A bit greasy, yes. But hey. It's pizza! I would usually have lunch there 2-3 time per week. Wish I lived closer (I'm 5 hours from Buffalo). I've got a hankering for a couple of slices of pepperoni right now! :) read more

Went there today for lunch. Got a slice and 5 wings. Pizza was sloppy, greasy and scalding hot. Not a big deal everything tasted good and served the purpose for about 30 minutes. Why I will never go back isn't the food, it was the service. This blond serving takeout was so unfriendly and rude. I should have thrown the hot pizza in her smug face. I will never go back and pass the word that some of Bella's people suck. read more

I order from this place very offend but last time I order from them they where beyond unprofessional & disgusting!!!! I order a large pizza for my kids when I received it was burned not eatable the cheese it's self was close to black!!! So I call them to explain that my pizza was burned instead of getting the appropriate response apologies gizing having another one send out what i got from them was mind blowing being & unexpected they where condescending rude ignorant straight disrespectful. Then I asked speak to a manager he gets on the phone doesn't even wanna hear me out right then hangs up!!!!! WHY are they the mad ones ppl??!!!?? Honestly I'm still in shocked of it!!!!!! Make sense? When they where the ones that send a costumer a burned ass pizza they knew god dam well nobody would eat pizza like that but they end up being the upset ones being rude ignorant disrespectful hanging up on my face more then once telling me go somewhere else not call there treating me like piece of shit to them. Then after being hanged up on good 4 to 5 times I asked if I can speak to the owner they told me YEA OK hang up on me again wow it didn't make any sense to me at all!!!!! I have never ever in my life got treatment like this from anywhere!!! This place is a disgrace should be boycotted for how they treat there costumers like crap & so they can learn how to treat there costumers with respect & value & appreciationl they honestly don't deserve our business!!!! They need serious reality check!!!!!!! Cuz they fail to realize must need a reminder that if it weren't for we the costumers Bella wouldn't be where it is today we pay there workers, bills, pay checks, produce, nice cars house the life style there living nice vacations the whole nine yards!!!!!! We are reason why it's still up & running to this day!!!!!! No COSTUMERS = no MONEY = no BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!! They need to seriously humble themselves really fast cuz the way there going treating a loyal costumer of there's years like that is not good look for them just not good for them period. How they are is unacceptable shouldn't ever be tolerated cuz there established pizzeria they think they can treat & talk there costumers in any type of way that's not how it works they should now better then that!!!! There costumers service is despicable & should be very embarrassed ashamed of themselves!!! They will never get my money or business again like they told me don't come here anymore go somewhere else I already did they where more then glad happy appreciative to take my money!!!!! Bella is not only ones that have good pizza around they need understand that there's many other place to go!!!!! Lackawanna Branch - Ordered a Fried Baloney Sub with Fried Onions. It came with NO onions. This was the 3rd time in a row the order has been eff'd up. 1st time RAW onions. 2nd time NO onions and this time NO onions. Even though each time I have them REPEAT the order to me. I never called to complain before but 3 times is a bit much. When I called and spoke to "JOHN" he said the girl that made the sub has worked there a long time and swears there was onions on it. I told him to come pick it up and see there are none on it. He said to just eat it. (Seriously??) He also said if this is the 3rd time it is wrong I (and I repeat "I") must be ordering it wrong. (Again, Seriously??). I told him to deliver me the one that I ordered and he said "Just eat it" and hung up on me. So.... we called back and spoke to someone else, they were going to send a new one out after much deliberation and they just called back and said they are totally out of baloney. smh I will NEVER order from them again. It's a shame. I have every intention of letting the owner know how they treat their customers. read more

i never really understood what the big fuss was about their pizza, i think it sucks! it's way too greasy and the sauce sucks.
