Just picked up a large pizza just cheese and 1/2 was extra cheese They charged $30 even - what? Did your prices go up this week ? It was like he pulled the amount out of the air / paid cash Pizza was ok Feels like he ripped us off hmmmmm read more

This has been on the list to try for awhile and the night finally presented to us. I called for delivery, super nice staff, and said it wood be under an hour. Halfway through, apparently they heard the numbers for the card differ and it couldn't process. Super apologetic and nice, and nice to get our actual info. Said it would be out shortly for delivery, and they were spot on. We got the pizza and wings about 20 min later and it was PERFECT! NY style thin crust and soooo many pepperonis and olives that we were in our glory. New regular place for pizza here! read more

REVIEW # 31 PAPPACENO'S NORTH BUFFALO RD. ORCHARD PARK, NY SCORE 7.9 "A little taste of heaven" After a long game of golf at Bob-O-Links, we found this place about 5 mins away. Walked in, wasn't blown away by the dining room but at least we had a spot to eat inside. Service was decent and it costs just under $20 for a small pie and a can of coke. The Pizza was very good, cooked perfectly and the ingredients were spot on. I'd definitely recommend this spot if you're ever in the area! Comment where I should review next! read more

Horrible experience. Hair in my pizza with my first bite. Worst part is the manager was annoyed when I showed her. Acted as if I was bothering her. Didn't offer apology or compensation. I had to ask for a refund which she begrudgingly provided read more

This place is great! Salads, pizza, and subs are top notch and the family is very friendly.

Hair in my takeout order. Gross. I threw the whole order in the garbage. The place appears to be dirty as well. We won't be going back.

I think Pappaceno's has the the most underrated pizza in WNY. Nice sweet and slightly spicy sauce. Gooey thick cheese. And perfectly made pepperonis. Curst and thick and has nice crunch to it. A REALLY good chicken finger and turkey club sub. Wings are OK. Plump. Flavorful. Staff could use some work. I get it, the computer isn't working - it sucks. That doesn't mean you should ignore patrons or be rude when picking up food. read more

Pappacenos has never disappointed us. Their pizza is delicious, service is great. They have a few items on the menu that have become family favorites. In particular, the chicken Parmesan dinner is one of the best values I've ever found. We love to get this as take out for elderly family members, as it tends to easily feed 4 people modest portion sizes. Elite tip, order a side of their homemade sauce, and splurge on a couple homemade meatballs, since pappacenos only charges $1.25 each with your dinner! read more

Very bare bones pizzeria. Barely any place to see what they sell. No real choices other than a cheese pie or pepperoni. Good amount of cheese on the pie. Pie itself was ok. Nothing great but wasn't bad either. read more

This is one of the first Pizza places I tried when I moved to Orchard Park and their butter crust that they have on their pizzas is out of this world good. Never ever had a bad meal from the them. My go to place! read more

OK, I can PROVE this place is owned by the mafia. But first let me tell you the slices here are excellent. I was here on a Pizza tour in late 2014 and then again about 3 months ago... fantastic slices. Delicious. Some of the best pizza in the Southtowns. Good service too. But I need to tell you how I can prove it's owned by the mafia. Here goes. Bear with me. Remember that Rolling Stones song? You play it backwards and you hear some devil worshipping crap? Or was it another band, I forget. Stairway To Heaven? Whatever. THIS IS WORSE. I can PROVE the devil wears not Prada, but Pappaceno's Pizza. In his tummy. As in the mafia runs this place. As yourself my friends. What is PAPPACENO BACKWARDS? ONE CAP... PAP. Obviously, blatantly, this is a description of the preferred means of shooting-style execution employed by the "Family Men" mafioso head honchos here. They only need one bullet... BANG. One cap. PAP. Scary. All that aside, this is one of the BEST PIZZA SLICES IN THE REGION. It's absolutely awesome. I love Imperial and Mattina's, but this one is up there with the best of them. I think it must be all of that secret Mafia seasoning. What to get: Slices. It was part of a Pizza tour of the Southtowns, so I was already getting full by the time I got here, and was already sick from one of the other slices (I'm looking at you, Ricota's.) But thankfully, this pizza was so delicious, that it made me hungry again. It definitely gets full marks with an emphasis on "full". It's juicy, doughy, luscious, and sexual. OK maybe it's not sexual, but you know pizza can be romantic. I mean, there's even a song about it... take another little pizza my heart now baby... and of course Britney Spears once propositioned her fans... "you wanna Pizza me?" If you're a fan of Buffalo style pizza, which in my opinion is some of the best pizza in the world, then you need to get your rectum down to Pappaceno's post haste, and give this slice a try. Also Franco's on Eggert in Amherst, and Pizza Heist too. But don't try and heist the Pizza from Pappaceno's. It would be suicide. Because if you do. They will shoot you. And they only need one bullet. ONE CAP... PAP. . read more

Pappaceno's 4151 N Buffalo Rd Orchard Park, NY 14127 United States Located 45 minutes outside of Buffalo NY, this pizzaria is a go to when you stop in Orchard Park NY. When I first came in this place, you can tell from the warmth and homey feeling that this is a mom and pops place. They serve different kinds of traditional pizzas, pastas, subs and finger foods. You can either dine in or take your food to go, either way, you will receive great customer service. For appetizer, my sister-in-law and I ordered wings , in medium heat and a side of bleu cheese. The wings was huge in itself can be considered a whole meal if you eat it alone for an order of 10. For our entree, we ordered baked spaghetti with meatballs and fried dough with melted butter and powdered sugar. Let me tell you guys something, even a restaurant serves simple food, it has to be perfect; and you know what?, they nailed it. The pasta was cooked perfectly and it pairs great with the baked melted cheese. This meal came with homemade garlic bread and a side salad. The fried dough was fried right as well and the butter that was on top was evenly coated on top. Moist and delicious, it can be considered as either a savory dish or a dessert. A must go especially at lunch time, I would recommend this place hands down. read more

Very good pizza. Round pie with tastybsauce and good crust. We Always get it whenever we're in OP.

I love Pappaceno's. It's got a nice, old school pizza joint vibe and aesthetic, and the food is always amazing. I'm not really into wings or the various other appetizers that are popular at pizza places, so I've only ever had their pizza and pasta, but both are really good The service used to be hit or miss, but has been gotten way better over time, in my experience. I think this is probably my favorite pizza place in OP. read more

Great place for pizza. Pepperoni is a classic that they do well. Crust is very good. Subs are decent, but this is a pizza place. Service is as expected for local pizza joint. read more

Pappaceno's is definitely not my favorite pizza joint in WNY, but since moving out to the Southtowns, it does the trick. I think their sauce is a bit too sweet and their pepperonis don't have the same spice and crisp as pepperonis are traditional Buffalo pizzas, but when I'm in a pinch and/or having guests over, it's an easy go-to. (I dislike Cappeli's down the street even more, so I stick with Pappaceno's.) I also like their mozzarella cheese bread, which is on their menu, but only one employee there seems to know what it is. Any time we call we have to describe what it is, even though like I said, it's on THEIR menu. Their garlic parmesan chicken fingers are pretty good, but they always end up burnt so we typically just order hot fingers as they're pretty hard to mess up. My other gripe is the price; their pizza is WAY too expensive. I'm talking $70+ for a cheese sheet pizza and some barbecue wings. Yikes! I'd gladly pay that for some of the WNY pizza mainstays (we all know who they are), but not Pappaceno's. Boy oh boy, I can't wait to be back in the Northtowns with all the best pizza joints! read more

We ordered a pepperoni pizza and wings. I though both were very good. The pepperoni had a little toasting on it, which was fantastic. The wings were delivered hot and crispy. The pizza was delivered super-hot too! Their delivery fee is very fair. We will be ordering from here again for sure! read more

I am very disappointed in this restaurant's policy when it comes to older gift certificates. I called to see if they would honor it and they said they would not. Someone paid hard-earned money on this gift certificate and for them not to honor it- just does not sit right with me. I probably will not be ordering from this restaurant again. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

gross i asked my for mayonnaise on my royal sub. there was more mayonnaise than meat id rather pay more than get gross shit. maybe they though it was funny $10.00 for a stale roll toasted with mayo will never get my money again read more

I don't think I've had anything here other than pizza and wings but with that being said, pappacenos pizza is in my top #3 of all the pizza joints I've tried in WNY for sure, Great sauce ! And dough is always perfect, overall wonderful place to grab a pie. read more

Flight cancelled. My first thought after *$%!*# was...now we can get more buffalo wings!!! And we did. Along with some slices of pizza. Got them to-go and took them back to our friends' home for some Superbowl watching. The wings here were amazing!! Better even than Just Pizza. The pizza was just meh...way too thick of a crust, it was more like a meal, with the world's weirdest tiny thick pepperoni's. Ate it anyway, I mean it was still tasty. Just not AS tasty. The wings though...everyone loved 'em. We got the blend of drumsticks and wings, spicy. And it was spicy!! Spicier than Just Pizza. Great bleu cheese for dipping. YUM. My husband loved finishing them off the next day, cold from the fridge. Great way to end our visit to Buffalo. On the way to the airport the next day to try heading home yet again...I wondered how well wings would travel. read more

Love this place, the most underrated za' joint in OP. The white pizza is awesome. Cheese pep tastes great too. Been going here for around 15 years and the food has remained super consistent. Subs and chicken fingers/wings are really good. I remember going here when I was in high school and getting a two slice special during open campus my senior year. Also my buddy used to live in the neighborhood right behind it so we used to order up some food and eat it all drunk. Good times. Only thing keeping it from being five stars is they have dial up internet, which sounds weird but they only have one phone line. I've had to wait for a person taking an order to get off the phone before they could run my card to pay. Not a huge deal just a bit odd. read more

This place is horrible. A sheet and a bucket was $73. The pizza was pathetic the wings got one star. The menu had the "party pack" for $54 + tax. My cost was way higher from the printed price ... and the food sucked! I will never go back to this place. I try to give them a try once a year - but it just never changes. The longer drive to Picasso's is worth it! read more

Pizza is mediocre, wings are decent but not the best. I ordered the Jalapeño poppers and even asked if they have cheese or cream cheese filling, the lady was descriptive as if these were made fresh to order... order was delivered and when I received my jalapeño poppers, they were the TGIF brand sold in your local grocery store freezer. Damn near $6 for 5 poppers when I buy the TGIF brand in family size box for the same price. Go figure ‍ read more

Been a customer for twelve years and thrilled they don't make a cracker crust pizza! It's always perfect, especially on Wednesday night -- discount pizza! Love the chicken fingers and royal subs and turkey club subs with real recognizable bacon! Staff are efficient and polite. Nice selection of bottled and canned sodas, even diet! My kids live out of state and when they visit we have to order right away from Pappaceno's. Only 4 tables to eat in at, but it suits us. We all put the phone number in our cells! read more

I ordered two pizzas from here recently because it was on my way home and thought we'd try somewhere new. I don't think I would order again...there are way better pizza places in the southtowns. The sauce was too sweet and they skimped on the cheese. I like a thicker layer of cheese on top and this was way too sparse. I didn't try anything else there but the pizza was just ok. read more

Not the best pizza I've had. New to western NY. Still looking for good pizza. Lived in Chicago and NYC. This is challenging !

We order from here regularly, by that I mean at least once a week. When we order we order big, sheet pizza every time. Rarely do we get a not so great pizza, their food is consistent and great. Lately we've been branching out from our usual order of sheet pizza & fries and tried their beef taco, eggplant parm sub. Their subs are always good as well, we've had turkey, turkey club, cheeseburger. All in all their food is consistent and great. The owner is pleasant and even throws in a free two liter of soda almost every time we order which I said is pretty much every week and we always order big. Great local place, great food. read more

We like their pizza when we are in the Southtowns. I will still drive to Bocce, LaNova or Leonardis in the Northtowns if I can but when in OP this pizza is the best. Their crust is perfect, the sauce has the right amount of spice and is not overpowering. The BEST reason to order pizza her is their pepperoni. It is charred to an absolute perfection. read more

Was back in town and shopping in OP with my wife. Stopped for a quick lunch and had a great chicken finger sub!

We wanted to try something different, so I drove about 15 min To give Pappaceno's another try. I've had their "sheet" pizza during football season. It was different. So I was open to giving it another shot. Pizza is sub par. Very bland. Crust is cardboard like and lacks flavor. Sauce had little to no flavor. Had better pizza at gas stations tbh. Customer service was also sub par. I literally stood and waited in front of older lady at counter for about 3 min before I was greeted. She was doing paperwork, and it made the whole experience awkward. With hundreds of pizzerias in WNY I wouldn't revisit, or recommend. read more

Love this pizza joint. Everything is tasty, from the pizza to the subs. Staff greets me by name and is always friendly.

It used to be a good small pizza place who too pride in the product they put out. In the In the last few months they have messed up 6 out of 8 times. They have plenty of excuses but don't bother to correct. I am tired extra for ingredients that either aren't on there or you get very minimal. For example tonight I got 8 pieces of hot peppers on a large pizza. That is right one pepper per piece of pizza. Then they forgot onions all together but they took it off the bill. Gee you think?? I have been a customer there for almost 20 years not anymore I will go out of my way to go to a place that gives the customer what they order. read more

Best pizza in orchard park, fast and friendly workers and they delivery as well. Always quick and friendly!
