Stopped in to pickup a part for my F150. Guys in the front were super friendly and actually chased down the parts guy. The parts guy put up with my micro management of the item sku and even opened the box so I could inspect. I had to pay $1000 for a tail light assembly and I think that's about a $200 markup above normal retail. I don't trust aftermarket with safety equipment related parts so sucked it up. On the way out stopping by the service desk to get an appointment with my part because my head unit won't connect to my iPhone and the airbag light is acting strange. I was informed that it's $280 to even look at it and a 3 day lead time once you drop it off. I wasn't even asked if I had an extended warranty which I do and they have used before on a previous service. I appreciate the honesty but that's a great way to tell me to go somewhere else because you don't value my business. I understand that time are tough but don't get greedy with the loyal Ford customers we are foundation of your business. read more

I bought a 2019 Mustang a couple of weeks ago. My salesman Anthony G. was very attentive! The car I liked didn't have the interior that I wanted so they sent my car to a company that was able to customize the seats and door panel, while I was on vacation and the price was right! I couldnt edit my orgional review so posted this one Ok I need to edit my review I apparently made it to quickly, So let me start off by saying the sales rep Kevin Wood was still awesome, now finance guy Paul Nichta another story I came to find out, He submitted for financing got approval stated they wanted docs IE last pay stub, W-2 etc normal requests, well then Paul mentions his wife wanted the SUV I was buying etc (more on that later) well i leave with vehicle signed docs etc the next day Paul asks me if my docs are fake which pissed me off to even ask that no dick they are not fake. He said finance company having issue wants me to go to my boss and get bank transmittal records for last months of my pay check. I call my boss hes like that's weird but whatever ill get them for you Monday so Monday comes he (Paul) is blowing up my phone wanted to know if i got those docs I did. But after talking to my husband about the BS (Paul says its all from finance company etc) we decided to return the SUV and go find another vehicle somewhere else, now here is where its interesting I go to another dealership use same amount down same docs same everything and what do you know the same finance company. Who accepted all my docs with no issues or questions on them, they wrote a loan for a more expensive car at a lower interest rate and lower monthly so I asked the finance guy at new dealership if we can call my finance company and we talked to them and they asked why I returned the previous vehicle I said what do you mean you guys had issues with my docs and wouldn't write the loan he (finance company guy) said no that never happened we (finance company) wrote the loan never questioned your docs dealership contacted stated you decided to return SUV. so why would Paul lie like that maybe because his wife really wanted that SUV is my guess (that part is purely speculation on my part) but they lost my business forever after that BS I would totally buy another car from Kevin Wood if he worked for another car dealership. But never at Bell Ford again Original review I went in on saturday the 21st of march to buy a used car, sales rep Kevin Wood helped me he was awesome the whole process was quick easy fully explained drove out of there with a great used edge, the finance manager Paul Nichta was awesome as well both guys worked hard to get me the best loan possible. would definitely go here again and recommend them to my friends. read more

i put in a request online to inquire about a Raptor i saw on their website, i was asking if they would match another dealers quote, the sales person informed me that they sale at MSRP plus their add ons. I asked to clarify that they would not go below MSRP and he said no and before i could even say thank you the sales person hanged up the phone on me. Super rude and would definitely not do business with them. read more

Why I continue to come here is beyond me. The service staff here is amongst the worst on the planet. Long on promises and short on delivery. Today I came in for a simple oil change. You have to leave your car now because they have NO IDEA when they'll get to it. I called to let them know I was running late and they offered to leave my key at the front desk. Wait for it... they didn't. After taking an Uber to Bell Ford they told me the service rep didn't do his job and nobody left a key from service. Shocker. This place sucks. I would love to tell you management gave a damn, but they don't either. They didn't even apologize and just said, I hope you didn't have to Uber too far. Wow. Just wow. read more

Thieves it's all I can say, they tell you one thing and sign another and pretty much the signature seals the fate, guy pretty much admitted that to my face, so credibility and honesty is out the window, the guys that work the front desk were very unprofessional and they don't have a private area to talk business so I had to get into argument for everyone to see, for 11 dollars they lost my business, my girlfriend was going to buy a car here but we will not be doing business nor referring Autonation to anyone. read more

I purchased a 2019 F-250 under 15k miles, Gold certified by Ford. I have had it and twice for the front and wobble and a vibration in the front end once in December once in February they've called me and asked me how my service was. Kimberly the customer service manager I told her it still has same issues. I've called several times just this past week I called on Monday spoke to Kimberly directly, oh I'm sorry I will get somebody back to you today. So It has been over 4 months still having the same issue no return call from Monday!!!! I've emailed over a dozen times still waiting on my refund where I had to rent my own car. Lyle my advisor said I would have this in two weeks. Worst service that I've ever had with a dealership I've asked for the service manager to call me still no return, on this last situation he did call me on initial issue, my salesman messaged me the other day I told him my issues. I am beyond done with this truck that has a front end 'Death' wobble every time I hit a bump or an uneven pavement this is a danger to me and my family especially if I'm trying to pull a trailer. I would recommend not using this dealership for service because every time you're told somebody's going to call you back or you respond to their email there's never a response. All I want is my truck fixed so it's a gold certified Ford And should be just like new according to Fords guarantee on their certification. Beyond frustrated!!! read more

UPDATED - My first review was a one star based on the complete failure to do the most basic of jobs by the service department, cutting and programming a new key for my truck. To say the least it was a horrible experience. The new service manager Scott reached out to me after this experience and fully understood why I was not satisfied with the experience and truly seemed like he wanted to make it better and earn my business back. We discussed that I needed a new hitch and break controller installed on my truck and he said he would send me a quote. The quote was great and beat the other quotes I had by a lot. I figured he really wanted to earn my business back so I set up an appointment with him for the install. I drop my truck off in the morning and they said they would need it all day so I used their shuttle service to take me back home (morning shuttle drive is awesome). They get the install done around 4:30ish. Once I get back to the dealership it was already dark so I did a quick look over and everything looks okay, so I take the truck home. The next day when I go out to look it over in the light I come to find out that they not only failed to install the proper connection for the break controller (7 pin and without it you do not have trailer breaks) but they also installed a class 3 hitch instead of the class 4 hitch I asked for (massive difference in towing capacity). Now Scott says he does not recall me asking for a class 4 and even if that is the case you do not need a trailer break controller for class 3 trailers as they do not have trailer breaks. So even if I did not say class 4 why would I be having a break controller installed? Should he have maybe clarify before installing the wrong hitch or a completely useless break controller? I also never got an explanation on why the 7 pin connection for the break controller was not installed. So now I have to drop my truck off for another full day again for them to install the proper hitch and the 7 pin connector. This time when I pick the truck up I make sure everything was installed and it was. Fast forward two weeks later and I am hooking up a 7000lb plus trailer to my truck. Once all hooked up I do my normal check to make sure all lights and connections are working and I find out that the 7 pin connector does not work. Not only does the truck not know a trailer is hooked up but I am missing one break light and the trailer breaks do not work. Back to the dealership again. After they trouble shoot the issue with their 7 pin tester they find out that the wiring for the 7 pin was never run. Scott tried to state that my truck was not built for this hitch but after informing him that my truck was built for it and that is why you can buy a class 4 hitch from ford for my truck he backed off that statement. He changed to the fact that the wiring was not run from the factory for the 7 pin, which I already new and that is why I needed the dealer ship to install it. He stated he was just use to plunging in the new equipment and it being good. This is where I asked him about the 7 pin tester they used to trouble shoot my truck. I asked why they did not verify the 7 pin connector the first time with the tester. He just said they screwed up. So they got my truck for a whole day again. Simply put the service department is a joke that put me and my family in danger by not properly installing the correct items and then verifying they worked. They wasted countless hours of my time and did not seam to care at all. STAY AWAY! read more

One of my company vehicles wa under warranty and I was told by the service department it was not, meanwh I was taking it to other mechanics to try and diagnose the issue, took it to one and he told me that it was un warranty so when i called back to bell ford the advisor told me your over by a few miles and he would have the service manager call me. After a few days i got ahold if him and he said give him a couple of days and would see what he could do. I never heard back and i left numerous messages and never recieved a phone call. Service is unaware of the warranty on vehicles and the management will not even return calls. read more

I went to Bell Ford this morning and was looking at the 2017 Explorer. The salesman And sales manager had me go into the showroom and did the credit check, came back and told me what was needed and what the payments were going to be. The payments were a little higher than what I wanted to pay, and asked if I could think about it. A couple of hours later I went back to purchase the vehicle. When I walked in he told me the deal was off. "We don't let our customers leave"were his words. I turned around and walked out. This would have been the 4th vehicle I purchased from Bell Ford and the 2nd my partner has purchased from Bell. Never, never had attitude like this. I am done with Bell Ford, I wouldn't give them the time of Day now. I knew I should have asked for John Randel when I went it. He was the salesman for my partners vehicle in July, everything went smooth. read more

I bought my car at this location, so I thought I would return when I needed a new battery. I knew the battery was bad, as I had it checked the day prior, but I was told Ford had to check it once again. I waited an hour and a half to be told my outrageous quote. I honestly laughed in the poor guy's face when he showed me what the total would be. The service center wanted to charge me almost $200 for my car battery which included over $60 for labor. Really? It's a battery.. it's not hard to change. Luckily I was told to go to a Firestone down the road, was in and out in 30 min with no charge for labor and a good battery with full 30 month warranty. read more

Took my truck in here for service the first 2 years I owned it and didn't have any issues. Recently there have been 2 recalls listed for the truck - windshield wiper recall and now power train reset. The wiper recall has been issued for almost a year now and I've asked Bell Ford to help me get it handled multiple times. The last time I called, the service advisor told me they wouldn't handle the recall unless the part failed - which is not the way recalls are supposed to be handled. After challenging him, he told me I shouldn't be driving in the rain in the first place. At this point I lost patience and told him I would take my business elsewhere. This didn't settle well with me so I went and talked to the General Sales Mgr, only to be fed lies about how he would follow up and help me get the recall handled. He never contacted me even after I followed up via phone call and email., after several weeks. Overall terrible handling and experience at Bell Ford. Ford and its dealerships are happy to sell you a truck, but they cannot service or warranty the ones they already have on the road. I purchased their premium maintenance package and get treated like a pest when I try to handle both recalls during routine maintenance. read more

I've been with Ford for 7 years, my family for over two decades. They swear by Ford, but I'm starting to question their opinion about it since I started having bad experiences with the car (2016 Ford Fusion) and the company over the last 3 years. Last night at 8:25pm my car cut off right when I got off the highway and wouldn't drive without an explanation. Brakes locked up and when stepping on the gas there was no engine rev nor acceleration. After waiting for 5hrs for a tow truck, it finally would drive. I dropped it off at Bell Ford at 1:30am and even wrote a note with an explanation of what happened and stated that I was driving out of town later that day. I also asked for a oil change and tire rotation for my travels. No one was keeping me posted throughout the day. I left work in the afternoon and it took me two hours to finally get ahold of my service rep who ended up messaging me at 2pm about there being no update WHILE I was on hold on the phone for 30mins trying to reach her. I sent a text back 40mins later saying I would be on the way shortly. At this point I want to just pick up my car and cancel everything. Immediately after sending that text I got a call from the service rep. The mechanic started working on it "two hours" ago. It's now 3pm, therefore my car wasn't even looked at until last minute. I asked if the the tire rotations and oil change has been completed and it wasn't. I was told two more hours and that it would be done around 5pm. And I am being charged a $200 diagnosis fee when they couldn't duplicate the issue, could find nothing wrong with my car, and didn't even do the oil change or tire rotations yet. I'm very late for my out of town trip and have wasted so much money and for nothing...I am disappointed with Bell Ford. How are you "number one" in Arizona and providing this type of service? I would not recommend this location and this is the final poor experience I will accept from Ford. I am definitely interested in considering other vehicle options with different dealerships because Ford has continued to let me down and always over charges. Stay away from here!!! read more

Customer relations manager recently responded to another review of mine where I noted a horrible experience at the service department which resulted in me having to call Ford headquarters in Dearborn, MI to complain about the situation, and having no luck there either. At least someone responded, just not sure if it was to help me or offer compensation or free repairs if I so asked, it was rather vague on their end in regards to what exactly Bell Ford was trying to accomplish in talking to me. It's definitely not "OH, so sorry" and my response "thanks, I accept your apology". The CR person was not sure or believed I was a customer, which I stated I had only purchased items through the parts department there, and inquired about service, then I was done after being rejected. I needed a warranty/recall part replaced on my 2013 lemon Ford Focus, was told in person, this is after calling and speaking with a tech first who couldn't help me, by the service manager last year that it's a minimum 30 day wait to have your vehicle diagnosed, then they have to get the part, which is on backorder, so who knows when. That's unacceptable, would have no car to drive and lose my job, no way. Now the vehicle is past the recall miles and I'm stuck with the FORD FOCUS LEMON, one of the worst vehicles Ford ever made... I was asked by the CRM "what can I do to help you", I guess they were looking for an answer like "fix my car for free", or something like that, so they could reject me again, unbelievable. So anyway, I found all the FORD MOTORCRAFT BRAND GENUINE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE WITH FREE DELIVERY AT WALMART ONLINE, so no need for Bell Ford or Ford in general at this point, they just don't care about customers, they just want to protect their money and incomes, I get it, I understand the bottom line. I hope I can trade this piece of junk car in soon or sell it as soon as I can get a better vehicle. 6 minutes ago I DO NOT RECOMMEND Bell Ford Service Dept. We took our vehicle to them for an airbag safety recall. After the service, the vehicle began to stall. They told us the stalling was due to a faulty alternator and replacement would cost $850.00. We got a second opinion and they found NOTHING wrong with the alternator. The situation has left us with 2 questions: 1. Did they intentionally lie in attempt to steal? 2. Are they not capable of performing their job adequately? Nonetheless, we are now EXTREMELY concerned over the quality of the airbag service they performed, and according to several letters from Ford it was/is a VERY dangerous airbag defect. Overall their personnel was rude and they have offered no real help. Still considering further options 12/16: Kimberly, wouldn't you be frustrated too?? Also, my phone number has not changed. No one from Bell Ford has tried to contact me. Several managers across multiple areas have my phone number, no one has tried to help. You have been given wrong information. read more

Blown away. Came into have a part put into my 2019 F150 that I bought through them. There was a few hiccups with my appointment time being honored and price I was quoted changes 3 times. I asked to speak with a supervisor because I was frustrated with what seemed like inconsistency and wasn't really expecting anything other than an apology . When I expressed my frustration with all of this. He was extremely apologetic, he listened to all of my concerns and frustrations, and overall I was blown away by his customer service. He let me vent and he made it right. Thank you for making me feel valued and treating me with respect. There is not a lot of that out there. And I'm sorry for putting that on your plate but I appreciate the professionalism. Thank you! read more

Seriously, don't go here for service. Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. They play games and make excuses. My car sat untouched for two weeks and that's with an appointment. Four weeks later they fixed 1 of the 3 problems, so I had to bring it back multiple times. Gave my vehicle back to me with a dead battery due to the interior lights being left on, so I had to buy a new battery. Interior had grease and dirty hand prints all over it. Just the biggest bunch of sh*theals you can imagine. I actually sold the car after having it serviced and will never buy a Ford again. Their cars look great but it's just not worth the headaches to follow. read more

Bell Ford contacted us after our previous review. They addressed our concerns and tried to make it right and gave us a loaner car. We had a meeting with the manager and the people involved and did find out there were parts that were not brand new that we were charged for and did find some discrepancies in their word and what they said they did vs what they really did. We took it back in and they "re fixed' a few things. During this process our starter and batteries burned out, both of which were under warranty. So we replaced the batteries prior to taking it back over and then they took the starter off and we went and got the warranty exchange and they put the new one in. They put in a new central control fuse module and did a few misc. things. It still runs worse than what it did before we took it in. It still leaks a very large amount of oil which it never did prior. Prior to taking it in we would only see very minimal oil leakage where we have it parked, now it's a very significant amount. Since it still has not been running well, we haven't drove it much. Today 01/26/24 was the first day we attempted to drive it anywhere far. We took it on the freeway, and it wouldn't go above 70 MPH with the pedal to the floor. Still not super impressed with their services, but they did attempt to try to fix some of the problems. Pretty sad that it had to come to this in order for them to believe us and do something about it. Just goes to prove a lot if you ask me. It was also mentioned to us casually that we were lucky because they were able to take a part out of another 6.0 that came in, my husband questioned it and the subject was quickly changed. They tried to rectify the problem but overall, our satisfaction with them is still poor. It shouldn't be expected for your vehicle to have more problems after repairs and not run as well than before the repairs. I don't see myself going back to them again. We appreciate them trying to rectify the problem but again under no circumstances should you leave a car repair company with more problems than you had to begin with. read more

Go to any other dealership besides Bell Ford, this was the worst customer service I have ever received, extremely rude receptionist in the service department refusing to schedule an appt for my truck for diagnostic test for a warning light that came on. She stated that even with an appt I had to drop my truck off for "3-4 days" just for a diagnosis of what was causing the warning light, that did not include repair time and I was on my own for a rental car!!! As I try and understand why this is the case the receptionist began heavy sighing and repeating the same thing over and over again w out answering my questions. We arrived at Bell Ford to look at a Mustang Mach E. We were not overly thrilled with the one we test drove but was looking at one in the website that we were told had been special ordered by another customer and had until Friday to either take delivery orcancel. Adam, or salesman was great at keeping us in the loop and did his best to get a decent trade in value on our vehicle. The reason for the one star review is Norm's mission statement is pure BS. When we finally sat down Friday morning the MSRP on the vehicle we wanted to purchase changed from 48,00o to 56,000. The sales manager just shrugged it off and said next year's vehicles would be more expensive and we have more customers in line if you don't take it. Ford's CEO is attempting to put a stop to privately owned dealerships of doing this very thing and I truly hope he is successful. A call back to Kevin in finance was left unanswered and subsequent e-mails were never returned. So much for Norm's customer service. Joe M read more

Working with the collision center at Bell Ford has been an absolute nightmare. When dropping my car off after my accident, I was reassured by Bell Ford that they would be communicative, responsiveness and helpful in getting my car completed. Since dropping my vehicle off over 3 months ago, I have NEVER received a single call for any update. I have been the one calling them, often with no call back. Even when I have called, they act like I'm an annoyance to even be asking. Each time I have called, I have constantly been told "I don't know" or "I can't give you a timeline". Updates are important, as this has severely impacted my work and I have been needing to provide updates to them. When I called last week, I was told that my car should be completed by the end of the week, they still wouldn't tell me an estimate of which day. When asking if I could receive some sort of a heads up the day before so that I can plan an Uber to get down and rearrange work to pick it up, I was told "We'll call you the day of". I called last Friday to speak to my repair lead, but he wouldn't take my call and the receptionist told me "Your car might be ready next week." If I would have known the way that Bell Ford would act, I would have never taken my vehicle to them. Avoid their collision center at all costs. read more

I took my 2020 Ford Explore ST (worst purchase I have ever made), to Bell Ford in December of 2022 before my 36k warranty ran out to get my window switch chrome tips replaced since the chrome came off a month after I purchased this brand new car. I also have to have the driver seat repaired because the leather is and continues to separate at the seams. When my NEW car was at 36,200 miles the front passenger window rolls down, if I roll the window up tight the window goes back down automatically, also the passenger side mirror is broke it will not retract in, it just spins around. ALSO I can not adjust the side mirrors out because the switch does not work. When I called Bell Ford they told me it would cost me over 1200. dollars to fix just my mirror, not the controls. I bought this car brand new. My first brand new car. Again, I took my lemon in for repairs in December of 2022, before my 36k mile hit. I am suppose to be working with Lyle, but I am really not sure. I have called 7 to 8 time to see if my parts have come in for my car. At first they said they could not find any orders. Then they say they will have this Lyle ( not sure if he is fiction or real) to call me. He has never called me back. My husband has also called and left serveral messages too. Still no call back. I can not tell you, the overwhelming disappointment I have in this car and the people at Ford Bell and Camelback Ford. I cannot get any answers or help from any. I have asked to speak with a manager but have never been able to reach one. I listen to their recording when you are put on hold, how they have excellent custom service, REALLY!!! I WILL NEVER REFER OR BUY FROM FORD AGAIN. I hate this car/lemon I bought. I will probable NEVER get my car repaired. I hope people read this before buying with them. Beware they are really nice when you are buying a car, just pray you do not need them to do any repairs to your car. I just wish I could file a compliant somewhere where they would actual care. read more

As we started the paperwork, I explained to the Sales people that my spouse and I filed bankruptcy last year, and we're trying to avoid having our credit ran through several banks as we've worked hard to bring out score up and plan on buying a house in May of 2019. I explained that I started an application with Ford Motor Credit and would prefer to just go through them. The sales guy spoke with the F & I guy, ran my credit, came back and suggested to allow them to run it through Ally bank in case Ford Motor Credit wasn't able to approve the loan. I agreed. He brought me a form that was a release to allow them to run credit. He assured me that they only needed me to sign the form so they could send my application to Ally. I agreed and signed as he seemed pretty honest. I ended up getting approved through Ally and completed the purchase. Several days later, I'm still getting credit decisions from multiple lenders totaling 11 banks that they submitted my application to. I'm very disappointed, hurt and regretful that I purchased a vehicle from Bell Ford. My chances of purchasing a home (which were not very high due to the bankruptcy) are very low due to the amount of inquiries. I hope that anyone who is in a similar situation as mine is able to read this review and be alert when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. read more
