Ordered takeout from bb.q chicken in Milpitas twice so far and each time has been a good experience! First time ordered ahead on the phone then online and it was ready for pick up at the time stated. Food was still warm, fresh and crispy when we got it. To me the quality has been about the same as Cupertino location which is the only other one I've tried! I really enjoyed the gangnam style (especially since I like the spice and I love garlic) and chak chak is really good as well. Similar to golden original which is a classic. I've had better at the Sunnyvale location, which you would think service, quantity, and quality would be the same given that it's a chain. It was not. And I'm always a sucker for rose ttekbokki. It was roughly $18 for an 8pc small order. And $16 + $2 extra to add cheese on the rose ttekbokki. Roughly around $40+ for two dishes. It's definitely more than enough food for one person. Their chicken wings were plump and fried to perfection. I loved the crispy outer skin, and the ttekbokki was just *chef's kiss* even added the sauce on to my rice since the flavor was perf. It comes with a good amount of fish cake as well. If you're looking for something with more spice then get the original. The rose version is a very mild tame taste. read more

It's interesting if you're not used to it but it's actually not bad. It went well with the fries and the sauce that was on top. This location is very new so I'm sure there's room for improvement. This was truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a food order. I ordered a Whole Chicken half & half with secret sauce, but instead I received the wrong item -- a hot spicy chicken that I cannot eat. To make matters worse, the radish was missing as well.
