The customer service and the friendly employees found at this particular Wingstop cannot be found elsewhere. Believe me when I tell you, this place is the best... This is by far, my most favorite Wingstop location to go to. It's a bit small in size, the floors are kinda sticky depending on where you sit, and it would feel a whole lot more comfortable if they turned on the ac ... BUT!! I keep coming back for more because the employees are so damn chill. They are kind, courteous, and I've never come across a sour mood!! That's last part right there... speaks volumes! Whether it's takeout or dining in the establishment, my cravings are always satisfied and my belly is left full. Quality has really taken a leap here when it comes to the fresh veggie sticks and the wings have been less over cooked/dried out. 5/5 stars. Whenever I go to Wingstop, I usually just preorder since the wait times can be so long. This location can be a hit or miss, most of the time I have no problems with this location. However one time, my family ordered 30 wings online and they only gave us 20. We called back and they mentioned that we would need to wait another half hour just to get the wings that were supposed to be part of our original order. Always check your order before you leave to avoid this situation. Other than that, Wing-stop got solid wings, and their fries are great. Definitely prefer the bone-in wings over the boneless. I generally love Wingstop, but this location left me a little disappointed with my last experience. My bf and I came here b/c Wingstop was doing a BOGO on chicken sandwiches. There were a few people there and a few open tables and chairs. In the entire time that we sat there though, there were 2 of 5 tables that were "taken" by a big mess of bones, dirty napkins, and empty trays. Not sure what the set-up is, but either way it seems that there's no one coming out to at least clean or sanitize the tables or floors. The floor was really sticky where we were sitting. Honestly, I heard people say good things about Wingstop's chicken sandwich, but both my bf and I were let down. The sandwich reminds me of the school cafeteria. It was a bare minimum sandwich with a piece of chicken and a few slices of pickles. The chicken was VERY salty, and I ended up taking the rest home b/c I couldn't finish it. When a customer calls and tries to place a phone order they tell you to order it on doordash which I tried to do however I called back to let them know that because I was driving 45 minutes to get to Milpitas as I'm going to play Bingo I needed to place the phone order it wouldn't work. I didn't want to have to write this but this is the 3rd or 4th time now that we've been disappointed by this location. This USED to be a good Wingstop but we all think they've switched owners/employees because you DO NOT get what you pay for. Whenever you order a 10 piece or just any quantity, you get a mix and match of thumb sized chicken pieces with regular small pieces. Sadly, this place consistently seems to show that they think thumb sized chicken pieces count as a piece..... there's a huge problem if the 10 piece boneless order you get have chicken pieces that are much smaller than the cups of dressing. The garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, mild, and all the flavors are hardly ever seasoned correctly, so that's just 3x the disappointment. You used to be able to walk in here and expect to be greeted by friendly employees, but that's sadly gone now. The service has plummeted drastically - the workers seem to want to avoid too much social interaction even if it's just a greeting when you walk in or letting you know when your order will be ready... It's never been so disappointing here up until recently. The training of staff is extremely low. There's been a huge difference in overall service and there's been an obvious, almost too obvious, of a switch in staff or management. *** Since this is the 3rd or 4th time we've been cheated by the value, we will definitely keep posting photos of what you can expect to get from this location if they keep continuing to disappoint -- until you can all clearly see for yourselves that you won't get what you pay for at this specific location. Wings were dry as hell ... I'm disappointed I was expecting both sets of wings to be bomb. I ordered half bbq boneless wings and half buffalo boneless wings. The bbq had a lot of flavor but for some odd reason some of my bbq wings were tiny, I found that weird. Not only that but my buffalo wings ... they were so dry to the point they were crunchy and not in a good way, the buffalo wings hardly had any flavor they were so dried up. Also they were so dry I couldn't even taste the chicken in them. I will not be coming back to this location.
