This is the least crowded Wingstop in the area. Food is predictable with wait times less than others. What plagues this and all Wingstops is the staffing. I am sure it's because of the wages in the Bay Area. We had to get someone to clean our table while other tables didn't get cleaned. read more

My coworkers and I ordered Thighstop through this location due to the aggressive marketing campaign and pure curiosity. This experience had me wishing I listened to my instincts and not wasted my money. I don't like to leave unfair low reviews but here we are. Food: When the food arrived, the wings were pretty coated in grease, the wings were tiny for what you pay, and the food was thrown in the bag pretty haphazardly. Flavors were as expected- salty, fatty, nothing special. Thighs were dried out and so small- a far cry from the pictures in the advertising campaign. Packaging- None of the boxes were labeled. As a doordash group order, this is pretty annoying because it is hard for us to tell which flavors/orders were which. There were no utensils, and not enough boxes for how much we ordered. I am not sure if they just flat out forgot three of our orders or if they combined them all into one box (they were all separate combos) but either way, it was hard to tell what happened there. Overall Quality: I actually used to work at a Wingstop and can't believe the level of quality here. It just shows how awful the management and higher ups must be here if they can't motivate their employees with proper pay or benefits. My old boss owned a franchise that offered competitive pay, and treated us with kindness/compassion. I doubt this is the case here. This has got to be the worst wingstop. I typically don't give reviews like this unless it's really bad. Here are Some advice, trust me you would be a lot busier. Unfortunately, the kids working do not know how to cook. I told them once - pls don't over cook, second they batter the chicken (lemon pepper) with so much seasoning, that it is soooooo salty. Been here 3 times during Covid and it's been delicious. It's not something for healthy eating - but the deals are pretty decent. Juan helped me twice and he was great. I don't get why this place got such low ratings. My experience here is nothing but excellent. After a DoorDasher stole my food (ordered food and then it shows I canceled it when it got picked up) I called here to see if there was a mistake. The person who picked up said dasher picked it up and that was it. I told them thanks and hung up. As I was going to call DoorDash, Wingstop actually called me back and said if I wanted I could come by in 10 minutes and pick up a fresh order. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he quickly made me a new order and I was still able to enjoy my meal. Wings tasted like any other Wingstop and were nice and big. I have an addiction problem. I'm a dedicated wing-eater, and I find myself at this spot almost every week to get my wing on. I've noticed that wings from other locations are overly drenched in oil and sometimes leaking through the brown paper bag. This wing-spot is consistent in their deep-frying, straining and tossing skills ...with an impeccable crisp and distribution of seasoning throughout all wings. Lemon pepper classic wings all day everyday! ...if I could. My second favorite would have to be their Louisiana BBQ rub. Shockingly, I haven't had their fries in a while. Those fries were the main culprits in making me full too early and too easy at every sitting. I now keep my focus on their wings along with their not-so-heavy veggie sticks. I'm getting used to those light and refreshing celery sticks, and lots of ranch (my preferred sauce) helps! Instead of fries, these palate cleansers make me feel better about myself after every wing meal. Since each order takes a while, ordering through their app is the best way to go! Let me just say that it's expected that orders will be wrong sometimes, but the customer service I experienced here was absolutely shocking. It does take 20 minutes for an order so I'll usually call first, that way my order is ready when I arrive. The cheese fries are fantastic. The cajan corn is never to be missed. This place is clean and nicely decorated with aeronautic posters and memorabilia a pun decor for the food they sell... I get it tho , perhaps they charm their way to people with these trinkets while they wait for their wings. We were greeted by a nice guy (who looks like the supervisor) and guided us in making our orders. We got the hickory smoked bbq and the garlic parmesan combo and plain french fries. We also took alot of napkins cause we're gonna get down and dirty with the wings. The wings we got were tasty however there was a pool... a POOL of oil in the bottom of our garlic parmesan. Sure it was tasty and crisp but too much oil ( about 3 tbs ) on the bottom was a turn off. At first I thought it was juice but no it wasn't (I cook and we used to have a catering business so I know food). Sadly I wasn't able to take a pic since my phone is critically low on battery (I save it for super emergency). Darn it... Hickory smoked bbq was ok and no pool of oil. My hubs has been wanting to try Wingstop for awhile. He was surprised to learn that there is one located not too far from us. We decided to have some chicken wings after church. We ordered the 35 piece meal. We had the atomic chicken, teriyaki and original flavor. My husband also ordered some veggies, season fries and beans. - The atomic chicken had some kick to it. My husband liked it better than Smoke Eater's because he was able to eat it and actually enjoy the flavor. - Teriyaki was too sweet and didn't taste like teriyaki. - The original flavor wings was OK. - Season fries, veggies and beans were good. Overall the food was OK. My husband enjoyed it more than I did. I'm not a fan... I can eat spicy but for some reason Wingstop made me sick ALL day.
