It is pretty self explanatory that you order, pay, then wait for your food. The dining area is always clean and there's usually music videos playing on their big screen. The wait time isn't bad at all. Just know that their fried chicken is hot and fresh once you get it so don't be too quick to bite in. My experience with BB.Q has always been positive. The food is always nice and fresh. I typically get Chak Chak chicken, the cheese balls, and occasionally I'll order their rabokki. The chicken consistently has just the right amount of crunch and flavor and the cheese balls best eaten fresh, so yummy! Employees are friendly at both locations. There's usually nice music playing inside the restaurant and a korean show on the tv. One of my favorite places to get korean fried chicken and tteokbokki when I'm craving it!
