Although this was my first time here and I wanted to explore, I was picking up something for work so no time to lollygag. So I rambled off the two items I needed, gave him the two SKUs that Brian had given me over the phone, and voila. Easy peasy. I guess I should've mentioned that I called on the phone to check stock on the items I wanted. Brian answered. He physically checked the shelves because the numbers in the system showed quantities really close to the amount I needed. He wanted to put eyes on the product in case any had sold since system updated. He confirmed everything was in stock, but said he was leaving in less than 10 mins. That's how I got to deal with Jonathan in person. As I got rung up at the counter, Drew (he was at the neighboring cash register) asked about one of my co-workers. Aww, isn't it great when workers remember their customers? All in all, great customer service from Brian & Jonathan. Bonus for Drew remembering my co-worker. Store is clean and well-stocked. Although their online inventory shows certain items as "in stock", I would call the store if the quantities are pretty close to what you need.

Not in my case. I talk with a store employee and explained my situation. She stated she could call close by locations for the product and have them hold one for me, if they had one in stock. She made a few calls and found a Jackery for me at another close by location. I'm super happy Sammi was working that day to help me out! She was amazing. I headed over to store #510 to pick up the Jackery. Just like Sammi stated, one was available. I talk with the store manager Juan and he set me up with the product. Juan was also a complete pleasure! Sammi definately gets a gold medal for all she did! And so does Juan. I couldn't have been happier with the help these two provided for me. It was a pleasure working with them!!! Thank you Sammi and Juan for the great customer service and help!

When we bought our house, the crazy folks who owned it prior thought painting half of a 300+ Sq Ft…read morebedroom burnt pumpkin orange with no experience and clearly no painters tape was a brilliant idea. It wasn't and for over a year now I've never wanted to be in our master because it didn't bring me joy, it gave me anxiety. But, we had too many other "these people should not be homeowners" issues to fix before we tackled the master. But, being super pregnant with no desire to let my newborn sleep in there, I ventured off to Dunn-Edwards with my little terror, I mean my sweet little two year old to quickly grab some paint cards that I could tape to my wall and stare at while I was in bed. Helena, the girl working quickly approached and asked if she could be of any help. I didn't because I just wanted in and out. But, unfortunately I didn't find the color that was in my head so I sat at her desk and rambled off my vision and showed her pinterest photos. At one point my child, who clearly has no stranger danger, crawled under the desk and sat on her lap. Normally, I'd quickly grab my kid but she was so kind and sweet that it allowed me to pick out some colors I liked while my kid sat quietly for a few minutes. I picked out a few strong possibilities and she threw in her personal favorite based on my wish list. They mixed up the samples really fast (it's possible they just wanted my kid who clearly should have been napping to leave already). When my husband got home from work he tossed them all on the wall and it was 100% the paint color the lady picked out. Mine were duds. I'm so greatful she talked me into getting actual samples because my choices were horrible in my actual bedroom and I would have ended up hitting up more paint stores. Instead, I was one and done. If you're in search of someone who can read your mind and pick out the right shade of blue/green for your island oasis bedroom, ask to speak to Helena! Also, go with Castaway. It's gorgeous in person.

Wow! We are extremely impressed with the level of service we received from Floor & Decor (F&D). Our…read morecurrent project was to replace wall to wall carpet in 2 bedrooms which we had purchased at this F&D 8 years ago. We were tired of the endless vacuuming of our labrador's hair and sleeping in an environment with a dust-collecting carpet. Due to health limitations, we needed to do as much "shopping " over the phone. Our goal was to compliment our existing laminate vinyl flooring which we purchased at this F&D 8 years ago. We were fortunate to get an inventory associate to go to the aisle and give us the SKU numbers so we could see the items on the F&D website. She flagged down Anthony, the Assistant Inventory Manager who took over the call, made a couple of suggestions based on his knowledge of the color/style of our current flooring. We made a plan to meet Anthony at the store. He was patient, extremely accommodating of our special needs and educated us about our various options. We took 4 samples home and were able to quickly rule out 2. We finalized our decision when Nick Nocero, salesperson for Floor One that would be doing the installation, came to our home to measure. Please see my review of Floor One in Mesa under that company name. Anthony remained extremely available and helpful by phone on subsequent days as we maneuvered through the process of Architectural Review Committee approval by our HOA (we live in a condo). Once the floor was decided upon, Victoria, the Design Center Supervisor got involved. She was extremely helpful in checking on inventory and finding thresholds to be a good match to the flooring. We also were told by the Floor One salesman that we may need colored caulking for the tile that would meet the flooring. Victoria looked at pictures we sent of the current color and suggested a great match. Pleasant and professional, we enjoyed working with both Anthony and Victoria. On the day our flooring was being picked up by Floor One (delivery is an add on it offers), it was pouring. No rain all Summer and on that Monday, it was torrential! Arthur in the warehouse wrapped the entire pallet of our materials in plastic shrink wrap. Part of the loading dock of F&D is covered so the Floor One box truck was able to load without the floor getting wet. Enrique, the Floor One delivery person (he's fabulous), coordinated with our installer Cesar (sensational)the delivery to later in the morning when the rain stopped. When the project was complete, we kept one box of flooring and Enrique brought 4 boxes back to Floor & Decor. The credit was on our credit card within 48 hours. We highly recommend Floor & Decor.

This is for FLOOR AND DECOR BUSINESS ONLY NOT THIS STORE SPECIFICALLY…read more I purchased Luxe Dune tile based partly on Floor & Decor's official online photos, which showed it as a light cream-beige. The actual tile is significantly darker and much more taupe. Because of that difference, the grout color I selected looked completely wrong once installed, and I now have to spend an additional $1,200 to have the grout professionally stained. I contacted Floor & Decor and provided comparison photos, receipts, and documentation. Instead of offering any meaningful resolution, they repeatedly focused on manufacturing tolerances, batch variation, and the fact that the tile was installed. My complaint was never that the tile was defective. It was that their own product photography did not reasonably represent the color of the product. They eventually acknowledged that they understood the issue was the online images, but still denied any assistance and said their decision was final. No reimbursement, store credit, or goodwill adjustment was offered. I understand that screens and lighting can affect color slightly, but this was not a subtle difference. Customers should not assume the product photos on their website are an accurate representation of the actual color.
