Avoid this store because of the lack of customer service. There is only one lady working those and she does not care about customer service. I stood waiting for over 20 minutes as the next customer and took so random person. I drove to the store on Camelback and was helped with wonderful care. A friend and I went in for several things and had the best customer service I've ever received in a store. Denise and Nic took a lot of time helping us find the information on a previous order we had to find the color names and finish. Buyer beware! Came in on 12/20/2021 to purchase 10 gallons of paint. Provided exact color code for Dew 394 Cascading White in EXT E/S (eggshell). Coy Jackson who was logged in on the register as his manager Brett took the order. The 10 gallons were mixed in flat instead of eggshell! My painter sprayed 3 rooms and didn't initially notice the difference until it dried. Now Coy refuses to refund the paint cost, which is the bare minimum I'd expect as I now have to pay my painter to repaint the rooms. No apology and just lies about how he verified the color with me 3 times. We'll see on the security cameras on Monday. I would at least have apologized for keying in the order incorrectly. Be humble enough to admit you made a mistake and take care of the customer. Always a good way to roll! read more

I came here to this location several times around June 2020. I like this location cos I can also visit Costco. The girls at this store are very knowledgeable and helpful. Seems like Dunn Edwards hires a lotta women to work in their paint stores. One thing that did bum me out is I brought in a 5 gal bucket of old paint that I wanted to shake up and match, and one employee took the lid off, and did not put it back on, just laid it on top of the bucket. Another employee didn't know the lid was not secured, and tried to put dolly under the bucket and move the bucket, and the bucket tipped over and spilled onto their floor. A lot of the paint was lost onto the floor, at least $10 worth if not more (which was my loss). I was bummed about that. But accidents happen. What is interesting is it is 1 door away from Sherwin Williams store. read more

When we bought our house, the crazy folks who owned it prior thought painting half of a 300+ Sq Ft bedroom burnt pumpkin orange with no experience and clearly no painters tape was a brilliant idea. It wasn't and for over a year now I've never wanted to be in our master because it didn't bring me joy, it gave me anxiety. But, we had too many other "these people should not be homeowners" issues to fix before we tackled the master. But, being super pregnant with no desire to let my newborn sleep in there, I ventured off to Dunn-Edwards with my little terror, I mean my sweet little two year old to quickly grab some paint cards that I could tape to my wall and stare at while I was in bed. Helena, the girl working quickly approached and asked if she could be of any help. I didn't because I just wanted in and out. But, unfortunately I didn't find the color that was in my head so I sat at her desk and rambled off my vision and showed her pinterest photos. At one point my child, who clearly has no stranger danger, crawled under the desk and sat on her lap. Normally, I'd quickly grab my kid but she was so kind and sweet that it allowed me to pick out some colors I liked while my kid sat quietly for a few minutes. I picked out a few strong possibilities and she threw in her personal favorite based on my wish list. They mixed up the samples really fast (it's possible they just wanted my kid who clearly should have been napping to leave already). When my husband got home from work he tossed them all on the wall and it was 100% the paint color the lady picked out. Mine were duds. I'm so greatful she talked me into getting actual samples because my choices were horrible in my actual bedroom and I would have ended up hitting up more paint stores. Instead, I was one and done. If you're in search of someone who can read your mind and pick out the right shade of blue/green for your island oasis bedroom, ask to speak to Helena! Also, go with Castaway. I went in for some help with paint selection for a furniture refinishing project. I had no clue where to start. The color consultant not only helped me pick some awesome colors, she was very knowledgeable on which products were technically correct for the materials I am working with. She was very patient and friendly, and she went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed to get the best results. When it comes to expertise, Dunn Edwards is light-years beyond any big box store. It is definitely worth making the trip in for any project, big or small. read more

I just bought a new house that needed to be painted on the inside from top to bottom and we were covering a gold brown color with a light gray. Zack at this location was wonderful, he helped us pick a paint that would cover that color and explained the differences in paints. He educated us on which glosses to use where and how much paint we would need. I had know idea there were so many options. The paint worked out perfectly for our house. I would recommend going to see Zach with any paint problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable, just what you need when taking on a project. read more

I am a painting contractor and work valley wide. I have been in the business for over thirty years and work with mainly Dunn Edwards, my favorite store was the Camelback store because they were efficient and very good with color matches, as time went on and new personnel had come on board the service was not as good as it once were, I was very discouraged and had started to do business with Sherwin Williams. I discovered that a new store had opened on Thomas rd. (Arcadia store) and decide to give it a try to see if this store was better to do business with and then I saw Lugo at this store which I was happy to see him because he is very good, has a lot of knowledge of all products and he is very friendly and helpful. I had come in with quite a few colors to be matched and this was a very high maintenance client I was dealing with, I asked Lugo and another girl that works at the front to make sure that these colors be as close as possible and the girl that helped me said that they will do the best they can, she took the colors to the tint area to start the process and not only that they were able to make the colors perfectly but in a timely manner as well. I went back to the tint area and asked who had made the color matches and discovered that Anna Ruiz had worked on those color matches, I was so impressed because she takes her job seriously and takes pride in her work. The colors were amazingly perfect, such an incredible match that I was so grateful because not only my client was so impressed but it made my job much easier, therefore I earned more business from this job. I can say that this is now my favorite Dunn Edwards store. Great job Anna, Lugo and the other girl that helped me as well. Excellent service, great personnel. read more
