If you call in a order to save tome thet still don't make the paint until you get there. Then u get to wait for the line to die down and be late to the job. Not good for contractors. read more

About a week and a half ago, I went into this shop after work (about 45 minutes before the store closed) because I needed a last-minute gallon of paint for a project that was happening the next day. I have had an interesting experience in this location. I went in there and quite honestly wasn't sure if the staff knew what I was trying to do. And truthfully, neither was I. I have looked for a color to do the interior of my house for about a year. I found a color I think is going to be right and inquired as to get a sample can before I had to go to a full gallon. It wasn't possible, which seemed odd, but it had been a long day and I just left. Today I went in to get an extra sample card and found, Patrick, who seemed to really understand what I really am trying to do. I also found out that sample "quarts" are available and I went home happily with one. If you do in, I would recommend, Patrick, he sure helped me! read more

I am NEVER going back to this store. I walked in and saw a young guy sitting in the office. He looked at me and went back to who knows what. I even said hi to him. Not a peep from him. I was there for about 30 minutes. There were also two other employees, one whom I guess to be the manager. Three people and NOT ONE person said hi, let us know if you need help, or thanks for coming in. Not a word!! The one who was sitting in the office came over where I was, adjusted something and walked away. He was 12 inches away from me and still didn't say a word. I walked over to Dunn Edwards next door, where I was greeted by every smiling employee in their store. I bought the paint for my entire house there. I have told our friends, our builder and everyone else about Sherwin Williams. I'm glad your business is that good, because I will not step foot in there again nor will I buy any paint. read more

Worst customer service I have ever had. I was told that the paint here was the best. When I went to have some color mixed for the darkest darkest black that they had which would be tricorn black I asked for a matte flat black the darkest they had the guy says it's tricorn. So he mixes it up I take it home I've already prepped my area which later on I'll have a comment about that. But my desk that I was restoring properly prepared and ready to be painted. I start painting and the first coat dries I go to put the second coat on thinking maybe it'll darken up because right now it really looks like it's a gray or dark gray. I halfway paint and I stop. Because the color was just not what I wanted I was so upset because I wasted my time prepping this desk. Just to have to re-strip it once again because it is not the color I asked for. I ended up buying a rest oleum nine dollar can which was fantastic it was awesome and so much blacker than the black that I was sold. I'm going to the store the next day and I tell the guy I need another paint roller and I make a comment about the quality or the look of the paint that I was sold which he was the guy that mixed it up and he said what color did you get I said I got tricorn black! He goes to his computer he start searching and he proceeds to tell me that no one in the past few months has Botton any of that color so basically he was calling me a liar! I said you were the one that sold it to me so what are you talking about he then told me that he is going over every single transaction in the computer and there's nothing showing that anybody purchased a tricorn flat black I said impossible I have the receipt at home then he proceeded to say that was my surface prepared right I said are you kidding me i'm not an idiot why are you talking to me like I'm an idiot. I'm so heated I end up leaving. I still have the cans in my truck because I know that Home Depot will offer to replace it or redo it but this guy didn't even offer to refund me my money or remake me a better color I would never recommend this place to anyone the customer service there is whack! What they need to do is train their employees on how to handle unhappy customers and not to treat them like they're idiots! Based on the reviews, my husband and I were leery about going to this store. We took a chance because we needed touch up paint and our house colors were on file here. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by David. It took him a while to find the colors and paint we needed, but he kept searching. Of course it would have been too easy for the colors to be stored under our address. He eventually found it under our painter's business name. David was very friendly and patient through this process and also emailed us the paint colors so we had it for our files. read more
