I purchased a dog pool here with paw print art and it's been great and lasted 2 summers. This season I decided to replace with a new one. However the one I purchased this season has fish as the art. It's a thinner plastic and doesn't work well for small dogs. The art is peeling off in a weird way and making goopy mess. The sides just bend and folds the plastic making it tear easily. I will be on the lookout to see if they get any paw printed pools and I will change my star to five if they do. Dog paw pools and fish contractor pools are way different.

I went in this past Saturday to purchase a refrigerator to be delivered to my home. I was told at the time the delivery would take place 4 days later on that next Wednesday. Fine. On Tuesday I received a text stating the delivery had been moved to the following week on Tuesday. I called the store and spoke I guess with the Store Manager. I guess. He did sound real eager to help, but he passed it on to a person in the appliances department. The gentleman di call me back and said I could chose a similar model and have it delivered on Friday. Not the original date but 2 days later. That was better than having to wait until the following week. I was also lied to that a truck had broken down. Come to find out the Home Depot didn't even have the refrigerator at their warehouse, but were waiting on a shipment. So I said, just refund the money and I'll go elsewhere to buy the refrigerator. They could do that either, because in their system it takes 48 to 72 hours to cancel and get my money back. I was also told this manager was working on the backside to push it through, and I would get a call from him. This was last Tuesday. I called the store to get an update from the manager. I was told I would get a call back. Here we are Thursday evening, no updated call from the manager or anyone from the store. No refund, and no additional money to go out and buy a refrigerator somewhere else. Oh, and I was told the refund would come in a store credit. Why would I be forced to have to use my money to buy from the people who could not perform as promised? Made no serious attempt to rectify the situation or call me back with a basic update from a customer service standpoint. The fish stinks from the head down, as they say. It was my fault because I chose to use Home Depot. I don't believe I will be able to trust them in the future. Very disappointing and a very bad display of how not to making things right from a customer service standpoint. I had already made arrangements and changed my work schedule to be available on the agreed upon date of delivery. I explained that change was not going to work. Still being reasonable, BUT GETTING NO HELP FROM THE PEOPLE i SPENT OVER $ 1,800.00 WITH.

More times than not, I will travel valleywide and lose hope with the thought of "I'll swing by Ace and see if they have it" and every time, this far they have it. The staff are always incredibly helpful and generally assist even when I throw a "it's okay, I appreciate it" out there. For instance, on this trip, the gentleman directed me, I mentioned I took a peek and didn't see if and it was okay that I would cut my loss. He headed over and verified and found what I must have passed several times over. As far as the product? It was would have been offered elsewhere had they had it and at about the same price. In the past, I have been very fortunate to be looking for items that are on superduper clearance. Perhaps one of these days, I'll make this my first stop and spare days wasted with travel and unnecessary purchases that I am unlikely to ever return just based on the distance alone.
