As a business owner myself I take pride in my work and customer service so, to experience such a disappointment from this company is truly unfortunate. I have tried multiple times to work a resolution out with them and even contacting the corporate office. Not only did they never return my call or email, they never showed up on a scheduled date and time that I had arranged the time off work to wait for them. The manager tried to deny the mess up on their end stating it was the paint I ordered, when clearly it was not which I have proven and had went to extra lengths to prove this by contacting another store and showing them and they agreed with me. I purchased another large sample size of the color I ordered to further prove this point and that distinctly shows the difference. I even went through Dunn-Edwards to have them color match the color I wanted and all other colors came out what I want and further proves that is paint was mixed wrong. All the professionals I discussed with had mentioned the reason the paint appeared the color I wanted when wet and dried very blue is either the wrong base or sherwin williams mixer added to much blue tint. Unfortunately, when I tried to resolve this issue with sherwin williams they ignored my complaints, wouldn't even give me the paint I ordered as a replacement. I have spent over $5000.00 and now I have to turn to legal action Unfortunately. Everyone beware of this place. Attached is the color I have on my house that I didn't order and you can clearly see the sample of what I ordered doesn't match. Clearly one is blue and I ordered green.
