do not use these people unless you want to be ripped off!!!!!!!!!!! they came the first day and completed half the job and did a good job. oneof the workers was using drugs in my backyard and talking to himself. the man came back one more time ask for $100 to go to the dumps and promised to finish the other half of the job, cleaned up the debris in the front yard he had left for days and hasn't been seen since. i paid these people $1300 and they did less than half the job, asked for a $400 dollar refund and have nt heard from them since, that was back min june 2024. i left a copy of my text message to baraja's tree service with no reply since june 2024. Also they backed into my neighbor's pillar near his walkway and have not returned and or contacted him to repair it and or pay for the damage! read more

After getting a couple quotes they were the best value. Trimmed up a huge tree and cleaned up my backyard nice.

This "company" has no concept of Professionalism & punctuality. I found them in those weekly newsletters for the city to get 4 stumps removed. No problem, they were cheap & quick but didn't clean up after themselves & left a lot of wood shavings everywhere (it's whatever tho). When we hired them for additional services like installing a dog run gate, fence extension & fence repair is where they didn't show up & were late all the time. We worked from home on 3 separate occasions where they didn't show up until 7 pm or even at all. After the work they did, they left an excessive amount of nails everywhere which could have injured our dogs. Worst mistake to hire them but you get what you pay for read more

Horrible!! I called Ishmael to get a quote and he was prompt to respond to assess the job. However, he failed to show up and actually do the work. I talked to him the morning of the job and he said he would be there is an hour. We are now at four hours late and he stopped answering his phone. Highly disappointed. read more

Buyer beware. I will not hire this guy again. His estimate stated two workers for four hours to complete the job. The work I paid him to do included grinding two tree stumps. After paying him in full, it took him a month to finally come back and grind two tree stumps. While he was trimming my trees, he broke my security light at my garage door. He promised to come back and fix it but it's been almost seven weeks and the light is still broke. He doesn't answer his phone or return my calls. At this point I'll have to buy a new light and hire an electrician to install it. Ismael is unprofessional and makes promises he doesn't keep. On Jan 20th, I paid Barajas Tree Service in advance, at his request, to trim 3 trees on my property. He trimmed out two of them and left the third untouched. He promised me on numerous occasions that he would do the third tree, but, he never came back. He has my money in his pocket but the work was never completed. Note* He did come back and complete the work. He stated that the transmission on his truck went out and it was very difficult to replace/ repair it. I would use him again as his prices are pretty reasonable but no money in advance of the work being done. read more

In my opinion you would be wise to use another tree service. Barajas tree service dumped logs on our property and promised many times to pick them up but never did. I needed a Queen Palm timming and rounding. The Palm is located in the back corner of the garden behind a rock waterfall. They trimmed the tree, smoothed out the trunk and left zero debris, I mean nothing at all, no bits in the pool, no trace of debris from back of house to front AND they were $300 cheaper than the first quote I received. read more

I contacted Barajas Tree Service this second time. They did a good job removing a tree in my front yard. Called them back; came out to give me an estimate for removing tree in backyard and trim a front tree(canceled because it is a city tree). Told me he would be out here on Wednesday 9/13 at 12:00--to go over the removing of tree. Came over at 10:15 instead. Was not home. I called and he told me he would be out on Thursday, 9/14 at-7:30 am to remove tree. Did not show up. I called at 9:00 am; left a message--no response from Barajas Tree Service. This company has no responsibility of time, schedules, or call backs. I did call the weekly paper that he had his advertisement and told the owner of this situation. Messed up disaster. I had a tree removed. They left my whole backyard a war zone with cut and leaking water pipes, debris and trenches.They had promised me that they would complete the work in 1 afternoon. However they did not turn up on day one. They took 4 days to complete the tree removal. Very unprofessional, low quality work. Use them at your own risk! read more

Good price, Very poor service, Poor quality work and Incomplete job. Trashed the yard and left the tree stump in the middle of the yard. Unfortunately My trusting wife paid him in good faith that he would be back the next day, as he so promised, to pick up the tree stump he pulled out of the ground, Left me with busted up sprinkler pluming, ripped up the lawn. Been calling and texting him daily for a month. Obviously not a man of his word and has no conscious about taking money and not completing the work.
