I called close to 5pm on a Friday afternoon for urgent help to repair…read morea 1" water line to my back yard water faucet, which I had broke in half attempting to remove a dead tree stump. The owner is very kind and was patient with helping me over the phone on how to shut off the main water line from the street, since the water line directly on the front/side of the home is not tied to the water line that I broke in the back yard. His crew arrived promptly, and repaired the 1" line in less than 20 minutes. Even with the ground soaked in water, muddy, and a tree root running directly over the water line. The two gentlemen quickly removed the tree root, shoveled the earth and water around the broken line, cut/cleaned the existing line, and applied a new section of 1" PVC. I am so grateful to Cervantes Landscaping, for their professionalism, quick turn around service, and knowledge in their field of work. They were able to start the next day which surprised me but greatly appreciated it. I was concerned about safety and branches falling. The quote was on par with another company in the area I called. I appreciated the clear communication and attention to detail on the work day. They discovered a large branch that was in bad shape which was out of scope.
