He was already mowing the yard next door, and since our yards adjoin, we thought it would be convenient for both parties. The plan was for both yards to be mowed every other Wednesday. Pablo completed the first mow, but I was unaware that he would be sending an invoice via Venmo, which I did not see. When Pablo arrived for the next scheduled mow, I had not yet paid the first invoice, and as a result, he chose not to mow our yard. We were outside, moving our dog's lead and bowls while Pablo was in the neighboring yard, but he didn't mention anything to us. He drove off without mowing. Afterward, my husband and I texted Pablo to ask what happened and why he didn't mow our yard. He responded that he hadn't been paid. This was a simple misunderstanding on our part regarding his payment method.
