Please be careful when selecting Del Rio Landscaping. I tried to get a backyard design together. Got all the information needed plus plans and dimensions. Spoke with Andrew, we discussed a day to meet. He told me he was sick. So we chatted on the phone. A few times he told me the design would be ready for clients. Multiple times he lied to me and kept us dangling on a string. He eventully ghosted me and my clients project. He stopped returning my texts and doesn't answer my calls. I almost lost out a huge opportunity because he couldn't deliver. I asked for a scale design and 3d design. Hopefully he gets it together for future clients. Very unprofessional, a simple text or call stating you couldn't do what was asked would have been a whole lot better than getting ghosted and strung along. I have texts that I won't include. Del Rio Landscaping fully transformed our backyard from a patch of dirt and weeds into our dream hangout space. From our first meeting with Andrew through to the completed project, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Care was taken in every aspect, and they were always willing to listen to our design ideas and requests. We already had a design when we contacted them, and Andrew helped us revise and refine it to truly capture the vision we had for our yard. The crew was incredible the whole way through, and it was clear they are experts in their field. They demoed our old landscape, graded and installed drains connected to our existing system (even enhancing and repairing what was already there), poured and stamped new colored concrete to match our existing patio and walk, ran new irrigation for the dozens of new plants and trees they installed, built a gorgeous stone seating wall, installed turf, and beautifully lit the whole yard with spots, path lights, and bistro lights. Pictures do not do it justice. It is truly incredible in person, and we've already spent many an afternoon and evening outside. Our 3-year-old daughter is particularly in love with the new areas to explore. She was actually sad to see them go once the job was over since the crew was so friendly and said hello to her every morning before they got started. I am ecstatic with my backyard remodel, completed by Del Rio Landscaping. They built a beautiful redwood deck, which is an extension of my kitchen living area, with wraparound step. Add to that, concrete pavers, a gravel area for congregating, sprinkler and drip system, landscape lighting, planting box, and beautiful plants and trees bordering the entire yard. We contacted Del Rio Landscaping because our home needed some curb appeal as our large flower beds were a hot mess. ​We had overgrown weeds throughout and we needed plants/lighting. Since I'm totally clueless when it comes to plants, I needed a subject matter expert to tackle the project and essentially take the reigns while bringing my vision to life. Andrew and his crew at Del Rio Landscaping definitely delivered. We had a drip system & hard wired lighting installed throughout. They picked out some beautiful plants which, they didn't plant until I gave them the green light. Our home looks so much more beautiful now and we've received compliments from our neighbors. We were so pleased with the level of service that we are going to get a quote for fencing. I had actually purchased eco-friendly mulch that is made from recycled tires from Costco, and they were fine with using that instead of trying to get me to purchase mulch through them. Very professional and work was excellent and we were very happy with it. Use Del Rio Landscaping!!!! The experienced team does excellent work, with great customer service. We had a fairly large "refresh" project at our 45 year old ranch house. The team removed old trees, dug roots for weeks and always left the yard spotless at the end of the day. Andrew was resourceful to find all the plants and products requested, and was flexible as we determined the best placement for plants, trees and lighting. They took out the old irrigation system and completely upgraded it to drip and set us up for ease. The lighting has changed our whole yard, what an upgrade that is so worth the investment.
