Hands down great job!!! From the quote down to getting the job done we were not disappointed! Rod came in and gave us a great quote on taking down our oak tree and then also quoted us for three extra stump removals. They were great at working around our schedule to get their team out here as soon as possible and once they got here they got straight to work! I am extremely satisfied and will definitely use them again when I need them, I have lots of trees. I called them to get a free estimate, which they came over at no charge and gave me a free estimate, which seemed like a more than fare price. I made the appointment, and they came over and did the work on the scheduled day. When I came home, everything looked great, and they were even blowing the ground with an airblower to clean up. When I looked over the work, I mentioned to the guy that I noticed the neighbor tree hanging over the fence and touching my roof, and maybe he could come back and do it next time. He said, "I'll just have my guy do it right now real quick." He didn't even charge me any extra. They also removed a small tree that was starting to grow in my backyard and put stuff so it wouldn't grow back. They also put that stuff on the other trees so they don't grow back either. First, I cannot express enough how professional this family operated business is, in providing service. They go above and beyond any professional company I have dealt with. I hired them to trim back two of my palm trees, and they went above and beyond the work that I hired them for. They trimmed back another bush to have easier access to my backyard and did an immaculate job on trimming the palm trees. Not only did they take care of my yard beautifully they went to the neighbor's backyard with his permission and made sure that his pool did not have any droppings in and or around his backyard. A single tree removal was done by Clark's Tree Works, took only a bit over a half hour. Price was about half of what a similar job cost us about 10 years ago from another service company. They bring a truck with hoist and tree chopper to cut up remove the tree that they felled from your property. And chain saws for cutting the main trunk. And they take care with the stump too. I had a tree, about 60 feet tall removed from my back yard, it was massive.. I watched in amazement as they took this down. They used a rope to guide some of the longest branches as they maneuvered the branch between a metal shed and a beloved crepe myrtle tree. The branch was quite wide and ever so glently "touched" the shed as it fell. How did they do that?? damage free? I still don't know.. the branch fell perfectly. It was Sunday afternoon when the wind blew down limbs from high up on our next door neighbor's tree. We had damage to our roof, our solar pool heating, and our patio cover. The majority of the debris was at the deep end of our in-ground pool. I phoned tree services, hoping somebody would help us, even though it was Sunday. Rodney Clark was the only one to return my call that day. He arrived a little later in the afternoon, and quoted an acceptable price for work to be done on Tuesday (today). I expressed my concern about damage to the pool's equipment should the timer for the pump kick-in. Rodney climbed through the debris to the control panel and shut-off the circuit breakers, preventing damage to our equipment. On Tuesday morning Rodney and is 5 (yes Five) workers showed up about 40 minutes before I was expecting them. They went right to work without delay, removing debris from our rooftop, from the deck, and from the deep end of the pool. I was delighted with how efficiently it all took place. Our homeowners insurance had wanted some specifics from Rodney about the debris and where it landed. He marked that information on our receipt.
