On the day of the removal, Rod and his crew showed up early, got right to work, and had that beast of a tree completely removed within the 3-4 hour timeframe they originally gave us. They even helped us temporarily remove a section of our fence so they could get in and grind the stump, which was a huge help! My husband is elderly so a 40 year old yelling at my husband was not appropriate for the situation. They were saying rude stuff in Spanish until they realized I spoke Spanish too.
