He acted surprised .. then said " oh I forgot" can you give me your address again? I asked if this was his norm for doing business and he said "no" . I got stuck in Oakdale with my grandson and text him I would be late which means we would have to reschedule due to it being dark. I felt horrible about it. I asked for him to please acknowledge my text that he received my text. he NEVER got back to me. he never answered his phone. I really hope there is nothing wrong with Charles. I really do. But this is just bad business.

They did an amazing job. Cut them down with precision and ground up the piece and then they ground the stumps all out which was amazing to watch. They were completely gone and so needed as we extended out 2' to have the driveway parking area wider. We would highly recommend them for your project to remove any trees or if you need trimming.
