Professional and fast.. finished the job in the same day.. Cleaned after .. Very happy with the experience. I'll use them again.

Roberts Tree Care is excellent ! Curtis Roberts has handled most of the tree problems in our neighborhood for years - sometimes it's an emergency, sometimes we ask him to prevent an emergency. He's had his crew of smart capable workers for years. His prices are fair, things sre done on time and it's all cleaned up when he's done. read more

I'm am happy with Robert's Tree Care from start to finish. Robert arrived to my house at the exact time. He said he would for the free estimate. His estimate was very reasonable, and I decided to go with him. We scheduled an appointment for a few days after the estimate. His team arrived at the appointment time and exceeded my expectations with all the work done. Once finished, the crew picked up everything, and if their trees were not trimmed, I would not have known anybody was there because the yard was so clean when they left. I highly recommend Roberts Tree Care or anyone who needs their trees, trimmed or taken care of read more

I needed a dead tree cut down/removed. Robert's Tree Care came out and gave me an estimate. Within a few days, they were able to fit me in and remove the tree just above ground for a reasonable price. They were professional and responded to my concerns re: cutting the tree and removing it in pieces as opposed to dragging it across the yard. read more

Robert was very professional and very nice, I had used his service in 2021 and did an excellent job!! This job today was also excellent and professional! Their prices are very reasonable! I would and will recommend Robert's Tree Service to anyone!! read more

We've hired them several times in the past 5 or so years for various jobs, they were always prompt and professional, however just a few months ago, I asked if they were interested in trimming a few trees on our property, the owner said absolutely, we settled on a price, after several attempts to contact them via text and phone calls, they never responded, I'm a little disappointed in the last transaction, we're very loyal to local businesses and we refer good companies to our friends. Robert's Tree Care seems to have lost the customer relationship part of his company. Robert call or reply to this text if ur interested. Morada area BBQ. read more

Last year when Robert trimmed my trees I texted him to let him know follow up needed to be done. I never heard from him. A month ago he removed four trees in the back and two days later I contacted him to let him know I wasn't happy with the clean up and wanted the broken sprinkler replaced. Once again I have never heard back from him. He has always said if there is a problem, let me know and I will fix it. I guess his word doesn't mean much. I had to find someone to fix the sprinkler and I am still cleaning what he left behind myself. I have arthritic hands and am in my middle 70's so this has not been easy. I've recommended him to other people but not anymore. Very disappointed in him. read more

Robert came out to my house to give me an estimate on a removing a magnolia tree at our house. He came out the same day I called. He quoted me $1300 to remove the magnolia and trim two other trees. Robert was able to come out two days later with his team and finished the job quickly. After they were done you would have never known there was a 40 foot tree there. Robert and his team were true professionals. read more

Came out to my home caused a disruption with my neighbor, left trash in her yard. Lied to me about something so unbelievable, called the police and left the scene. Told me he couldn't finish the job with some excuse of showering. Told the police he would clean up my neighbors yard and fled the scene. Value wasn't worth the nightmare. Service wasn't worth the nightmare. Trees look butchered. read more

Very good service, nice guys/crew, efficient and responsive. Have had them twice now in a year...they are my go to tree service.

The first job you did for me was great, fair price, and job well done. All were very polite and helpful. I tried to contact them to do my fruitless mullberry tree but we could not seem to connect so I did have to get someone else. I do recommend their service. read more

They came promptly to inspect the tree that needed cutting and gave me a quote. I arranged with them to do the job a few days later. However, they failed to show up. Despite my repeated attempts, they did not respond to any of my messages (after almost a week). read more

Second time using Robert's Tree Care and I can share that the crew that was assigned to my residence this time was even better than last time. They were punctual, took their time to perfect every tree, followed all instructions agreed upon and more. When I reached out to Robert for the service, he was very responsive as he works better by text. He personally came in to calculate the estimate then returned with his crew the day of the visit to go over the project. In terms of value, I paid or the great quality of the work as he was flexible with payment options. Overall the service was excellent and definitely recommend this business. read more

Roberts crew did a great job trimming my huge mulberry tree and a few parasite trees.

Robert came out and gave us a reasonable quote for our large pecan tree. It had grown close to touching our roof and needed it to be cut down. Robert scheduled us in the following week! Due to high winds, we had to reschedule to another day and they came later in the week. Robert's team did an amazing job and completed the job in two days! His crew were on time and very efficient. I was impressed! I definitely will be reaching out to Robert again for future tree care! read more

Robert and his crew removed a 30 year old Bradford Pear Tree from in front of our house that had blight, ground the stump, and trimmed some other trees for us that were crossing into our yard from the neighbors side. The tree that was cut down was about 7 feet away from our roof so very close, and he was very careful in how the branches came down so as not to damage anything. Guy clearly knows his craft. There was a sprinkler as well right near the tree and he did a great job in avoiding that when grinding the stump down. Price was fair and he showed up on time, would definitely use his services again. read more

Absolutely amazing, we've used this company several times in the past, yesterday March 8, 2024 they cut, cleared, chipped and stacked a couple of piles of wood that I wanted to save. There was no mess anywhere in the area, his teams are professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough for doing an excellent job. read more

We had a tree in the front of our home that needed some trimming and 3 trees in our backyard that just needed to be trimmed up the fence line. We called Robert on a Friday he came out for a same day estimate, we scheduled for Monday. I was shocked at how quickly he had people out here since we had just had a lighting storm that had taken out several trees in the area. Thank you Robert you have earned my business and recommendations!! read more

Great experience. I called Robert and he was very prompt in coming out to give me an estimate. I had 5 big trees in the back that needed to be trimmed and 2 in the front. One in the back had to be completely taken out as I was having a new fence installed and Robert reworked his schedule to come out and do it the next day so they could get started. He was great to work with, communicated well and they were prompt and did an amazing job with everything for a very reasonable price. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them. read more

We were quoted for Tree services but then never heard back. After numerous voicemails. Finally had the appointment but the morning of...we get a call of cancellation. Then haven't heard back , even after leaving yet again numerous voicemails. Sad because our neighbors recommended this company but we (us and the other neighbor) just want the Tree Services done before winter. read more

I had called and spoke to Robert about 2 tree stump removals in Stockton. We set up an appointment for on site consultation and he came by. He stated he could do it on Wednesday, that morning I received a call and he stated could not come by but would definitely get it done on Friday or Saturday at the latest. I called and left a voice message on that Friday to confirm but no call back. No one ever came or called back and now it's Monday. I still haven't heard from anyone. This was a waste of time. Unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend. read more

Had a large dying evergreen removed from my front yard and 2 very large trees in front and backyard trimmed when some limbs started falling under their own weight. I called and left a voicemail for a quote and was texted back later in the day asking for more info and schedule a quote to come look. Robert was gave a quick estimate that seemed fair, and he even talked me out of removing one tree I was under the impression could be a threat to our in ground pool at some point. He and his crew arrived promptly at our agreed appointment time and they finished the job including grinding out/removing the stumpd of the evergreen in less than a day. Left no mess behind, and he and his crew were courteous and kind. Will definitely use them again! read more

I first got a quote from Robert. After talking to him I thought his prices were reasonable so I told him I was thinking of going with his services. I then later tried texting and calling him several times with no answer. This is highly unprofessional and I don't recommend his services to anyone. I will be going with my business somewhere else. read more

What a perfect job. I needed 3 mulberry trees and one juniper pine prunes back completely. The trees were approximately 30 feet tall and Robert's staff were able to take each tree down to 12 feet. The service works extremely fast and with professional results. After the job (and clean up) were completed, the owner stopped by, inspected the work and asked what else he could do to make the job perfection. We walked around the property and I told him that everything was done to specification (and then some). Will definitely use their service again. I actually had two neighbors who saw the professional work and wanted the company to issue estimates for their own property. 5 stars and highly recommended. The only suggestion that I would make to improve and expand their business is to accept credit cards. Currently, they only accept check or cash. With jobs as big as mine ($1,800), many people would need to spread out the payments over a period of time. But as for quality and workmanship, they get 5 stars and my highest recommendation. I wish I knew the name of the worker that looked the youngest. He used techniques similar to acrobats to get and trim the top of the trees. I've never seen such talent. read more

I highly recommend Robert's Tree Care. He answered the phone, made an appointment and showed up on time.
