We had a very good experience with Top Tier Tree Care and I highly recommend them. We needed a tree removed along our fence line and we had been putting it off because we do not get along with those particular neighbors and just didn't want to deal with them. However, after another year of cleaning up sticky sap from our front walkway. We decided it was time. We got three estimates for the work from different companies and Top Tier came in at almost 30% less than the competitors. As positive as their good price was to us, the reason that we ended up choosing them for the job was because they were more than willing to deal with our neighbors and ensure that they could get the tree down without any issues. After they spoke to the neighbor and got permission to be in their driveway while the tree was being removed, we set an appointment. We took the day off to ensure we would be there if there were any issues but when they arrived, our neighbors vehicles were still in their driveway. The gentleman in charge told us that the neighbor had agreed to move the cars and he would talk with them and try to get the cars moved as quickly as possible so that we could get the tree cut down. After a while,, he returned and said that not only did the cars in the driveway not run, but one of them belonged to someone not at the home. The gentleman from top tier agreed to help the resident push the vehicles out to the street on the day the tree was removed to ensure they were not damaged, however, they still had to wait for the owner to come remove one of the vehicles. ... I hope it's clear now as to why we had been putting it off ... They scheduled a new date for the removal a week or so later but we were unable to be at home on that day. They kept us apprised of the removal and on our return home there were no issues. They did a great job on the removal, and they were saints to deal with our neighbors who wasted their time not being ready and causing us to have to reschedule and wasted their energy having them help push non-operative cars out into the street. We found out later that our neighbors actually negotiated some sort of deal with the company as well to get some of their own trees removed at the same time. We definitely spread our praise of them through word of mouth and have seen them a couple of times since then in the neighborhood. You should absolutely contact them if you need work done. Another fantastic job! Work was done quickly and efficiently! I had a neighbors tree root which was coming up in my yard and growing another tree. I asked them to remove as much of the root as they could. This was tricky work as the root was right next to the fence. They were able to grind and cut away a significant amount of the root and bring it back down below the surface. read more

I recently had an issue with a redwood tree that was getting out of hand. The tree's roots were getting dangerously close to my home which was certain to cause foundation issues in the future. Tony's team safely removed the tree without harm to the structure and removed every possible visible root and some that weren't.
