I had 3 large overgrown trees that had been the source for attention every stormy seasons heavy winds. One is a large cedar that was tall enough to fall on my house or nearby apartments. All were coming uncomfortably close to the electrical poles and lines outlining the property. I had hired someone the previous year to clear lines but they refused to touch the cedar, possibly due to size. I knew I would need to hire someone equipped and confident to handle the cedar as a base requirement. Daniel arrived within minutes of my call for a quote. He proved knowledgeable and assured me the cedar was not a problem. His quote was reasonable, especially considering the size of the job. We had Navarro Tree service come out this past weekend to take down 3 trees for us, remove a couple old tree stumps and trim our tree in the front yard. Let me first start by expressing my gratitude for the prompt quote appointment. I called and they came out the same day and when they came they were so knowledgeable, respectful, and their prices were extremely fair. We scheduled the appointment for the following Saturday (they accommodated my busy schedule). Ok now for the work. They got to my home promptly at 7am and ready to work. The team came in, covered my pool (which was so appreciated), and got to work right at 7:30am as promised. I saw nothing less than a group of hard working men who worked together and got the job done efficiently, timely, and as a team. They cleaned up every ounce of what was left behind, it looked as if they were never there, well minus the trees lol. At the end of the job they came did a walk around with us and I was being a little picky and wanted the front tree trimmed a little more. Navarro Tree Service truly are professionals, from beginning to end. I found Navarro Tree Service through google search amongst the 10+ different tree service companies in the area of Stockton, CA. I had called multiple companies, as most people would, and Navarro was one of the few that I called to answer and book a consultation within the next day. With the appointment set, I had met each of the different companies, who gave me all comparable quotes for similar services requested. One of the things that really stood out with Navarro was the communications. Salvador called me back (after leaving a voicemail) to book the appointment, and was in constant contact through the entire process until the time of the appointment. When he arrived, Salvador introduced himself, letting me know it was him and his brother Daniel that ran the business. So, I let him know that I had 4 trees in front of my house that I wanted to get advice on. He was able to identify and show me the problems the trees had and will cause, and gave clear instructions on what will be done, the time it takes to finish the job, and a very good price to get the job done! Salvador gave us several day/time slots the job can be done, as well as letting me know that everything is hands-off, where I won't need to be on site during the job (trees were in front, so no access issues), which made it very convenient. He was able to confirm the appointment, which ended up being the next day. The job was finished within the time he had estimated (actually slightly faster than quoted, said it may take up to 8 hours, and finished within 6). Back on the communications, he sent an image to me when his guys started cutting down the trees, and then one more after everything is cleared. It was truly a job well done!
