Horrible customer service. To start he was 50 mins late for the estimate. Then on the day they are going to do the work he sends an injured employee, there wasn't enough space for the boom lift so he rescheduled. Then I have everything ready he doesn't show up. Rescheduled- provided estimate and I agreed to price-and said work would start 3 days later. No show no call no follow up. Never heard from them again. Communication is terrible. I called to get a quote and asked if a specific day was available I have kids and need to schedule accordingly. I asked to make an appointment and he said just call a couple days before and when I call he says can't do that day. I have had two trees completely cut down and one trimmed way back by Larry's tree care. The first time I had two trees removed from my backyard, Daniel and his crew came out and handed them like pro's and in just 2 hours were done and cleaned up like they were never there. On the tree I had trimmed back, all I had to do was tell them what I wanted done when they came out to do the estimate. We needed to grind over a dozen tree stumps at the last minute and Larry's Tree Care saved the day! . My hero's!!! Our 4 month kitten got out and climbed a very large pine next to our house. We tried for hours to get her down. Called the fire department and they suggested an arborist. Very fair estimate the trees that are on a property line the neighbor paid for last time I got an estimate to have them trim this time they were very fair and explained everything they came out and did exactly what I needed cleaned everything up and it was easy and fast and professional I asked to have the trees taken off my roof. Called Larry, super guy, and asked if he could help and within ninety minutes dispatched his most capable tree climber, Jose'. This man was a godsend. He was reassuring, compassionate and most important, very capable. Within twenty minutes, Jose' had managed to position himself within a few inches of our distraught, scared and beloved cat over thirty feet up in trees. He gently retrieved our cat and returned him to us after him being dislocated over 24 hours. Larry's tree service saved the day! Our (indoor) kitty had gotten out and before we knew it, she was about 25-30ft up in our neighbors large oak tree. After waiting 27 hours for her to come down on her own, we were left with no other options than to call a professional. Figuring they had the skills and equipment to reach such heights, an aborist was our only option. Although they were busy with other jobs, Larry sent his guy out promptly, knowing time was of the essence as the sun was hot and kitty was undoubtedly hungry, thirsty and weak. Within 20 mins he had hoisted himself up the tree and even though he was covered with large ants, he gently lured our kitty into her carrier and brought her down safely. We were beyond grateful for the skills, professionalism and most importantly the compassion that was shown to us in this situation. Hopefully the next time we call, it will be for tree trimming and not a cat rescue, but either way, these guys are now our go to arborists. read more

Larry came out to give me an estimate to remove one tree. He bid $550 if I paid with a card or $450 if I paid in cash. I had 3 other estimates given and he was the highest by far! Not sure if he over bid because I am a female and he thought he could take advantage or if he is just over priced.
