Edward came out to take a look and gave me an oral estimate on the spot, then followed that up with a written estimate (by email) within a day. On the appointed day, Edward and crew were on time (actually, even a few minutes early), and got right to work. One person was in the trees, tying, cutting, and guiding them to the ground, while the rest got busy clearing and chipping. It was a full day affair, and they weren't done until after they swept the area clean of random leaves, twigs, and sawdust. Did some fall in the pool? Of course, but that was unavoidable, and they did their best to protect the rest of our landscape/hardscape throughout. I would not hesitate to use them again.
