This is the second time we have used Andrew and his crew. We had some Italian cypress trees that were 4 stories tall that needed to be removed from a very tight spot in our back yard. They took great caution in making sure that our pool was covered so that excess debris did not drop in it. They did a great job cleaning the adjacent yard that sustained some of the messy droppings, and that neighbor commented that he was very impressed with their service. I would highly recommend them; prices are very fair and a nice group of guys to work with. They were very respectful of our property. The job they do is dangerous, and physically challenging. One star is only for posting purposes. They did our neighbors trees and left a mess on our side after they told us they would clean it up. Debris in our pool, ground and surfaces of backyard furniture and collectibles. Rude supervisor got mad because we tossed stuff back over the fence. He claimed we hit his back on purpose. My husband is elderly so a 40 year old yelling at my husband was not appropriate for the situation. They were saying rude stuff in Spanish until they realized I spoke Spanish too. What an amazing Service! We had a 70ft dirty palm tree in the back corner of our backyard that was over our pool that we needed removed. They gave us a great price, were on time, safe, professional, fast, and took great care to clean up. The were cutting my neighbors trees. As they were cutting the tree, droppings were falling all over our cars when I mentioned it to them, One of the guys became very rude used racial comments and left debris everything. my two children were home and thier comments scared them. They are extremely aggressive. Our neighbor has been one of peace, however they brought chaos and no regard for the neighborhood. read more

The Tree Guy owner, Andrew, was extremely knowledgeable about the tree and shrub types: how they grow, what maintenance they need and gave very good suggestions on what needs to be trimmed and removed. Andrew and his crew tackled the 2 day project with ease; which included the removal and trimming in the side and back yard of various trees and bushes, as well as trimming two huge eucalyptus trees in order make them more stable and safe. I would highly suggest using Andrew and his team! I highly recommend The tree Guys, for tree removal. Andrew came by the same day I call for an estimate to check out what I needed done. He gave me some great advice on what I should do. His estimate was lower than I expected. And lower than other companies that I had called. His workers were here on time, friendly, worked quickly and safely. My back yard is fairly small and they took great care to not damage any of my other plants or landscaping. They removed two trees, ground the stumps, removed the debris, and left my back yard cleaner than when they came. Great company to work with. read more

I hired Andrew to come trim some oak trees at a property I own. When he came out to give me a bid, I was impressed by his knowledge and passion for what he did. He talked about the beauty of the trees and how he would not just trim them but shape them so they would grow properly. He also was able to re-home a tree that I wanted removed instead of just cutting it down. I was out of town when the work was done and he gave me before and after videos of the work we had discussed and then showing the completed job. This is the kind of company that anyone would want to deal with. Jessica was very responsive from the beginning. She even responded despite being on vacation with the family. Even while on vacation she got me a quote and communicated, letting me know she would let me know when they would be able to come out and do the work. I told her to enjoy her vacation and reach out to me when she was off vacation. Upon returning, she reached out as she said she would and scheduled the appointment. On the day of appointment, Andrew showed up and cleaned up both palm trees and cleaned up the mess he made in cleaning up the trees. He went above and beyond even taking out other branches that were stacked on the side yard and removed a small dead tree for me while he was here. I am giving The Tree Guys 5 stars because of the communication, the quality of work, and the value. When he comes over to see what or which greenery needs to be cut, trim or destroy, he will give you his honest opinion and approximately the cost with removal. The real cost comes when you receive the email invoice from his wife. His price is reasonable and there is a senior discount available. On the day of the execution, there were three workers who arrived near 9 am and got through within two and half hours of trimming trees, shrub and tearing down a dead tree. They did their job and cleaned up the trims, branches and trunk. Excellent clean up! Adrian worked along managing the team. I recommend The Tree Guys to all home owners. I needed two of the trees on my front yard trimmed and cleaned so I went and asked around for info and estimates. They have replied promptly and scheduled to come and give me quotes on how much it'll cost me to do this. I decided to go ahead and do business with them. Andrew actually took the time to listen to what I wanted done and how I wanted it done. Now, my trees are fully trimmed and cleaned. Those leaves won't be littering my yard and pool come fall season. I reached out to this company because reviews were good. They said they would come to tracy and do quotes and i waited all day and didnt speak with anyone. The next day i did get a quote for service i never discussed. I never had opportunity to speak with anyone about what i needed done. I have reached multiple times since to clarify and have had no response. This is pretty unprofessional and disapointing. From start to finish, I was impressed with my experience with Jessica and Andrew of the Tree Guys, LLC. Andrew came out on a Monday and gave a very competitive estimate. After comparing bids, I decided to go with them because they stood apart from some of the others, who simply showed up, gave a number, and then left. Once we agreed to a day and time, they were able to push me up to an earlier date after another customer required a re-schedule. Communication was fast and simple, as was the job completed at my home - the removal of 2 sycamore trees and the grinding of the stumps.
