Arborn is certified to prune city trees so we gave them a call. Jose is a certified arborist and gave us good advice on the current "health" of the questionable trees and shrubs. I was hesitant to prune 2 30' tall podocarpus shrubs but they now look even better than before. This is a professional operation, he came with two large trucks, one was a bucket truck and another to catch the clippings from the shredder. Hector came over right at the time they said he would and wrote up a quote. Brenda, in the office, was great with communication. I had a few questions and they made sure we were both on the same page. Set up the job a couple of days later. Guys came over and made short work of it. Very clean work- no damage to sprinklers or pipes. Ground was level and ready for me to do some planting. They left the site clean and organized. Crew was super nice.
