Debris in our pool, ground and surfaces of backyard furniture and collectibles. Rude supervisor got mad because we tossed stuff back over the fence. He claimed we hit his back on purpose. My husband is elderly so a 40 year old yelling at my husband was not appropriate for the situation. They were saying rude stuff in Spanish until they realized I spoke Spanish too. Arborn is certified to prune city trees so we gave them a call. Jose is a certified arborist and gave us good advice on the current "health" of the questionable trees and shrubs. I was hesitant to prune 2 30' tall podocarpus shrubs but they now look even better than before. This is a professional operation, he came with two large trucks, one was a bucket truck and another to catch the clippings from the shredder. Hector came over right at the time they said he would and wrote up a quote. Brenda, in the office, was great with communication. I had a few questions and they made sure we were both on the same page. Set up the job a couple of days later. Guys came over and made short work of it. Very clean work- no damage to sprinklers or pipes. Ground was level and ready for me to do some planting. They left the site clean and organized. Crew was super nice.
