It started out really good, Glen came out and took notes and would write up two estimates for two properties. Everything seemed good, Glen was going to send me photographs of one property when done and was going to get a permit estimate and have a quote for me on the other. Since I couldn't be at the first property that day I was waiting on the photos, that never came not even a phone call or text to say we're done with this property. I might explain that it took a little longer than they thought, and they needed another day, and that's the day I was waiting for the photos and text or call. I never did get a reply on the second property, no response at all. And they are just down-to-earth and relatable people. Scheduling is faster and easier than with other services I have used. The pricing is very reasonable. At the end of the service, there is a noticeable difference (improvement) with my trees that leads me to feel like I got good value. I have used other services that have charged about the same amount, but then left me feeling underwhelmed with how much difference or improvement there was. Glenn had to negotiate working with us and our neighbor, it's our neighbor's tree but we paid to cut it down because it was such a pain in the ass and was destroying our backyard and pool.
