These guys were great ! So happy with price. I got 5 quotes and his was by far the least by ALOT. I couldn't believe it. Amazing work . We had a accident. When they were cutting the tree a huge branch knocked my fence down. They fixed it but two days later it fell again and took down even more of the fence. I called and they came the same day to fix. I thought since I had paid they would never agree to fix it. Since the damage was way worse then what they originally did. My fence was also very old. But they did. No charge. They had to buy new wood to replace my old rotten wood . This was far beyond what I would expect anyone to do. It was outside of his call of duty. He literally replaced my entire fence ! read more

Francisco and crew came on a Sunday. My yard and trees hadn't been trimmed in 5 years. Needless to say, they were out of control. They were efficient, fast, clean and trimmed everything to our liking. I will be calling back periodically for regular maintenance for sure. . Even though you gave me a deal, which is much appreciated, I am still a customer. I can deal with telling the owners that your guys totally removed the juniper bushes, small tree and the ivy even though they were supposed to shape the bushes, trim the trees and remove the ivy. The yard was to be sprayed and cleaned up. The yard was not sprayed for weeds nor was it cleaned up. I contacted the owner several times and asked for a receipt and to come back and spray the yard, this has yet to be done and it has been over a month and no response. As for the total removal, you told me that it was a mistake and you would see what you could do. That never happened. I chose your service due to the reviews on Yelp and it was all good. The type of service I received, felt like I was taken advantage of since I'm am an older woman. The only things I am asking to complete is spraying of the weeds and receipt for service. read more

I wondered if I should put four stars instead of five since businesses that only have five star reviews are hard to believe, but really, I want these guys to have it. Arturo and his team were great and we will definitely call them again when we need our trees pruned. We got three or four estimates for the job, and Arturo had the best price and was available the fastest so we went with him. Glad we did! Arturo and his other teammate were very friendly and easy to communicate with and didn't mind us having several check-ins during the project to make sure that things were going ok. They did end up cutting one of the trees a little more than we wanted or expected, but he said it had dead wood that had to go. The other tree was much larger but they just climbed right up like it was nothing. I appreciated that they were careful not to let falling branches crush the plants and flowers on the ground. Afterwards, they cleaned up all the debris, taking most everything with them except for some smaller pieces that went into our compost bin. Highly recommend! read more

(Tree removal and cleanup) Although it want a written quote, his was the overall best of about 5 interested contractors who responded. I there was no hidden charges. His word was good. On the day of the work, his crew of 4 were late in showing up due to other ongoing work. They had everything needed, chainsaws, wood chipper trailer and truck. The crew worked together efficiently and cleanup was thorough. Although the stump wasn't removed (an extra cost), they did score the top of the stomp with the chainsaw and coated it with liquid killer.
