Foreman and crew were very professional and handled everything with precision and care. Thank you so much! We are 100% happy customers (-: We requested for all of our different palm trees, box shrubs, and podocarpus hedge to be trimmed back (all if not most were at least 2-3 stories tall). The crew was on time, extremely efficicent and communicative. Everyone was very mindful of our neighbors fence, property, roof line and powerlines. Everyone had PPE on and were so incredibly safe when scaling the trees and hedges. Clean up was very thorough. Majority of our fronds and hedge were processed by the chipper and hauled. Our neighbor was so impressed with the crew he also hired them on the spot to take care of his street tree. It is impressive how much green waste we produced that day. Luckily the city picks up yard trimings on the street so his crew broke down anything else we had to sizeable chunks and neatly piled for SJ GreenWaste to pick up. We will be happy to call them again for yearly tree maintenance service. read more

I'm so happy about the work done by Majestic Tree Service. Joseph was my point of contact and he was professional from start to finish. He set a time for the estimate, let me know he was on the way, and arrived at the time agreed. Joseph inspected my yard areas with me and had some ideas that I hadn't considered. He gave a competitive estimate, including an accurate timeframe when his crew would arrive. His team also arrived on time. They're equipped like professionals, including all their gear and grinders. They look like they've been working together for a long time as they were quite efficient. They collected all the scraps and blew away all the debris so my yard looks really clean. After they left, Joseph did a walkthrough with me to make sure everything was done right. Thanks so much. I'll definitely call you guys again when I need more work done. read more

The most unprofessional company I've dealt with in a long time. I contacted Magestic Tree Service for an estimate to replace two city-required trees under strict deadlines imposed by the city. The representative came out, looked at the property, and assured me they could get the work done quickly and would send over a quote shortly. After that -- nothing. No quote, no follow-up, no response. I understand if a company is too busy or simply doesn't want to take on a job. But ghosting customers, especially when they are dealing with city deadlines and potential penalties, is extremely unprofessional. A simple "we're not interested" or "we can't take this on" would have been far more respectful of my time. read more

Majestic Tree Service went and beyond my expectation. We want to trim down the trees and clear up some areas for concrete. They offered to check with PG&E to see if there's any lines beneath it before grinding the tree roots. They done an amazing job. Highly Recommend! read more

I highly recommend Majestic Tree Svc. Job requested were all well done, re removing old decayed big shrubs in front and side part of my house, also in the backyard; removing and grinding stumps, shrubs, big branches and leaves with their highly powered machine pushing back trees in my backyard to prevent them falling off and hitting other structures, and trimming two tall standing trees in front and side of my property. The crew left my yards absolutely clean. Thanks so much to the owner, Jonathan and his crew for excellent service. read more

Overall a good tree trimming experience. Joseph was on time, had good communication, and made good suggestions for not trimming a few trees that didn't need it yet. On the day of the trimming, the crew was professional, thorough, and cleaned up the site after they were done. Very satisfactory job on the trees and would use them again in the future. They are responsive to texts, provide detailed e-quotes, and accept fee-free e-payments like Zelle - features I always appreciate. read more

Really high quality service for an issue I was having with some of the trees in our yard. Gave me great advice and pointers on how to manage at very reasonable cost and never once tried to upsell me on something I didn't need. Just an all around great crew and a great experience. read more

They're amazing. They are fast, efficient, reasonably priced, and the crew was nice. They did a great job during clean up, even cleaned our neighbors yards due to debris falling into their yards. 10/10 would recommend read more

The service was reasonably well executed, but the price was not the best. The company also tried to asked me for more when I did ask to complete the cut and trimming on both sides of the fence. It did not leave me with complete satisfaction. read more

I had Majestic trim and clean up and trim a number of trees in a large hillside in backyard of my home in Los Gatos; the trees had grown in an undeveloped area and were untouched since I'd moved into the house seven years ago. Most of these trees were decades-old, including a big oak tree, and had tons of dead branches and overgrown areas that were causing several trees to start leaning dangerously. It was a two day job and Majestic did great work. The professionalism was top-notch; for example, they preemptively chose not to park their big truck with the wood chipper in my driveway for fear it might damage the driveway pavers due to the weight of the truck. I think the pavers could probably have taken the weight but they erred on the safer side, which I appreciated. This also required them to drag all of the branches down the driveway to the street (about 100 feet). And after the first day, there were a ton of small branches and pieces of trees all over the place, but they cleared all of it so the entire work area and driveway were basically spotless. A lot of services would not have bothered to do that since they were coming back to continue the work the next day; the fact that Majestic took that extra step is a very good indication of the quality of this business. read more

We have a huge Valley oak tree in our front yard and it was time to be pruned. Ollie and team did an amazing job reducing the weight of the tree!! They were very professional and friendly, and completely cleaned up after tree pruning. I recommend Ollie and team for any kind of tree service! Very happy with the service. read more

After getting four different estimates for a major job involving seven trees, I decided to go with Majestic Tree Service and I am so glad I did. They weren't the highest or lowest bid, but their professionalism and the final result were top tier. Interestingly, I didn't remember that I had actually hired this same company back in 2021! The fact that I independently and unknowingly chose them again several years later without immediately realizing it speaks volumes about the consistently high quality of their service. Communication with Ollie was excellent throughout. They showed up exactly on time for the appointment and managed to finish the entire job ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. The work itself can only be described as an art form. The team did an amazing job working on the trees. They weren't just hacking away but carefully trimmed and somehow managed to get the branches to fall without damaging other plants or fences. If you are looking for a tree service that combines reliability, efficiency, and expert craftsmanship, check out Majestic Tree Service. They exceeded my expectations both now and four years ago! read more

Excellent service! Joseph and crew were professional, punctual, and did an amazing job trimming the tree at our home. It looks much nicer now and they took care of extra things they found during the work, just because it was the right thing to do. They worked safely, cleaned up thoroughly, and left our yard looking great. The tree looks healthier and much better shaped. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again. read more

10/10 company!! We have used them several times over the last 5 yrs. Today was another stellar job! Joseph had his crew here on time and clearly communicated to the crew what was to be done. The crew works very efficiently and precisely while protecting plants and property from damage. They cleaned all the debris left from the work. It was a work from home day and there was very little noise or distraction from them. We highly recommend them for any tree work! read more

Majestic Tree Service is elite. I used them years ago and came back to them again this week for a project that I thought would take all day. They are so efficient they knocked it out in a matter of hours and left no trace that they were there. Took all the yard waste away and cleaned up very thoroughly. Walter and the team were amazing. They will always be my first call for tree, bush or hedge service based on service and value. read more

I had these guys out 3 years ago to prune my monster mulberry tree and was pretty satisfied with them, but wished they'd been a little more aggressive in their pruning. (My fault for not speaking up at the time!) Called them back in February, Ollie came the same day, took a look, and recommended we wait till August or September to do the pruning. Late August Jonathan came out to reassess; as a trained arborist he explained the best practice is to prune back 20%, but they could do more if I wanted. He showed up this morning with Team Kevin and we agreed on 'a little' more aggressive pruning. Kevin and his team did a fantastic job, they did exactly what I wanted, made a few modifications at my request, were incredibly careful controlling where the large branches fell, and left the yard spotless. I did not get any other estimates as I'd done previously; I chose Majestic because I wanted a skilled arborist to assess, and I felt comfortable with his thoroughness and patience with all my questions and his suggestions how best to proceed. Couldn't be happier, highly recommend Majestic and Team Kevin! read more

We gave our oaks their first haircut and also got various CA natives trees trimmed and opened. A dead tree was also removed. The team arrived on time and were very competent and professional in their engagement with me. They made sure they walked through all my needs and cleaned up well after themselves. read more

Great work at a reasonable price We had a tree outside of our home that was coming to the end of its life and needed to be removed before it fell over on its own. We neded some pruning work done on a tree in the rear of our home. The team from Majestic delivered. They were able to come out and make a quote in a few days (we told them there wasn't a rush) and complete the work by the end of the work (they would have done it faster if we wanted). I think they demonstrate a lot of care in the work and the satisification of their customers. The communication was good, work was well done, and they do a great job cleaning up before they leave. A few of the things that should be highlighted: - They understood our specific needs: We exchanged information in advance and then they talked to us when they arrived that day prior to starting work so we knew what we wanted. - Reasonable price: They are a great value for the work that they do. - Safe: I appreciated the level of care they took for ensuring their crew was safe and they were avoiding any damage to cars that were parked near where they were working read more

Walter has been nothing but amazing! Fast, great work, great communication, and reliable! Will use again for sure.

Joseph and the crew did an excellent job removing and trimming trees in our front and back yards. Highly recommended.

I called Majestic on Saturday for a quote to remove a 35-40' oak tree. Fabian came out Monday morning, gave me a quote in under five minutes, and told me he had crews available the next day. I explained that I couldn't do it that quickly because the truck parked under the tree had a dead battery. He immediately offered to give me a jump while I reviewed the quote. The price? Less than a third of what I expected--I was honestly shocked. It's now Tuesday. The crew arrived at 1:00 PM, had the tree down, everything cleaned up, and were gone by 1:36 PM. Literal rock stars. Do yourself a favor and call them first. You really don't need to shop around. My neighbor happened to walk by and mentioned he's been using Majestic for over 8 years--said their prices are always amazing. Thank you, Fabian & the Majestic crew. I'll definitely be calling you for the backyard next! read more

5/5 for Walter. He was great with communication and coordination of her work. Unfortunately the crew that came for the removal was in too much of a rush and destroyed several of our plants. I was glad that Jonathan brought a different crew out to clean up some of the stubs and dead branches that weren't tended to the first time. I'm bumping this up to a 4 star. I noticed some other areas that should've been cleaned up but they had already left. Had the crew helped spot and identify these areas proactively, and brought the lift to get to some of them, it would have been a 5 star rating. read more
