I had some volunteer trees that needed to be removed from my backyard after being cut down. The trees were growing up against our fence and at the point where further growth would damage fencing. The only way to remove them from my backyard was to go through our house because of access issues with neighbor yards. Needed the work done the following day because of moving and they were able to accommodate the day and time I needed. 4 Seasons was quick to respond, came out to check on the work that needed to be done, and provided a reasonable quote compared to all other businesses I contacted (which were super high in comparison). They arrived at the time agreed upon early the following morning and made quick work of what needed to be done. Took them less than 25 minutes to cut the trees down further to be carried through the house and out to their truck. They also cleaned the yard of all tree debris and advised on how to kill the tree roots to prevent having further growth against our fence. Excellent service, communication, and pricing. Update- we have continued to use 4 Seasons to chop our trees, trim large hedges, etc., and super happy every time! 5 million stars!

This is an overdue update to my previous post. Unfortunately within 6 - 8 months my trees were putting out more shoots/ branches than ever before, which is the opposite of what I wanted. The trimming was to lighten the weight of the branches which it did dramatically, temporarily. When I had two different arborists come out to see what they suggested, they both said the trees were overproducing from excessive trimming. These trees typically need to be trimmed every other year. I asked Antonio to take out the extra branches. He said he would do it for almost the same price as the initial trimming. This did not seem right given it was as a result of his work. Most importantly there was a branch over the house that now was a danger due to the overgrowth. I had to reach out to him multiple times. We settled on an additional $75 for him to trim it. Antonio and his crew were terrific. We had a difficult job for them: remove a huge dead tree that was surrounded by a treehouse without damaging the treehouse itself or its concrete supports. Oh, and by the way, there were multiple utility lines -- including electrical -- going through the remnants of the tree. Antonio quoted us a fair price then set a date about a little more than a week away. But he pinged me a couple days later asking if he could do the job a week early, since he was in the neighborhood. We said, "Sure!" After he and his crew arrived, we watched them through our window. It was super-impressive. Antonio worked carefully and methodically to ensure that no pieces fell on the treehouse and he didn't hurt himself or his crew. Even so, he was a model of efficiency. He and his crew got the tree down to a stump in about three hours, including picking up all the pieces and depositing them in his truck and cleaning up most of the resulting sawdust. He left one little scratch on one of the boards of the treehouse -- that was it. I don't think anyone else could have done better, given the difficulty of the job. His stump grinder operator came out the next day. He was a bit late, but it worked out fine. He did an awesome job grinding up what was a massive stump and then smoothing out the leftover wood chips. And he did it without damaging the treehouse's concrete supports -- a tricky job with a machine that powerful and bulky. We've used other tree services in the past. But I don't think I'd use anyone other than Antonio in the future. He was that good. read more
