Starting with a soft ring of the doorbell at 8am and reconfirming the scope, the 2-person team set to work with gusto. Two hours later, they were joined by a third person who brought a truck to remove the cuttings. I was impressed that both the crew lead and driver separately sought my permission to park in the driveway. All 3 exhibited an outstanding work ethic and were careful to protect the house and cables. I would not recommend this company. Juan will come out for an estimate however he will send a worker out to do the work. These workers don't speak a word of English so communication is through Juan on the phone then he relays the information to his worker. We requested a tree trim and the worker cut half the top off and topped the tree. Our once full of leaves tree is now bare. Also Juan may be license but none of his workers. If Juan is actually on site may let them do the work but if he's not there I wouldn't let them touch anything. read more

Unfortunately, the response was slow and erratic the second time I tried contacting Juan for a job. I was hoping to work with him and the crew again given their last good job. I have decided to move forward with another vendor instead this time. My feedback is that it is OK to have a busy schedule but should be more direct and clear with the customer so that the customer can move on and get on with their business with other vendors. Both should be understanding of each other's situations and not cause delay. I keep getting asked to provide availability with no confirmation whether anything works and felt strung along.
