Converted the galvanized valve system to PVC pipes and pressure came back to the sprinklers. Now the two lawns are flush green. I also got drip irrigation installers with the same team to protect my plants. All is working good. One sprinkler had threading issue and Angel fit that also fixed. I would recommend AP Neta for irrigation for lawns. Thank You Kiran

His estimate seemed very fair and we gave him a job of repaving our entire driveway, steps and patio around the entire house in 2024. His crew worked efficiently and neatly (considering the amount of demolition needed before the paving) and was in and out with the entire job done in about 1-1 1/2 weeks. Juan made many useful suggestions like putting up wired lights and having some lights under the steps to light up steps better. We were thrilled with the entire job and I think it has added a lot of "curb appeal" to our home. He recently added a shiny sealer to our job to protect our pavers and that too has added to our home's curb appeal. Juan is also a very personal and friendly guy to work with! He comes with our highest recommendation!

Thankfully no serious damage occurred other than a large tree branch crashing down onto the front lawn due to gusty winds. A quick Yelp review helped me find Rays Tree Service. It's no wonder so many others have rated Acevedo's Tree Service stars! Ray was at my house within 30 minutes to review the project and provide a very competitive quote for the job. We actually decided on additional work to trim and prune the entire tree. Ray came back the very next morning, a half hour earlier than expected to begin the work. I stayed home to watch the entire job. It was cool to watch him study the job and explain the game plan to his assistant. He was very careful around the neighbors property and especially the surrounding telephone pole wires while getting his aerial lift high into the tree. After cutting was completed, all the debris was placed into the wood chipper. Final raking and leaf blowing cleaned up the area nicely. We were very happy with the results and will definitely use Acevedo's Tree services again in the future!!! Thanks a bunch Ray.

They are extremely hard workers and very easy to communicate with. So far, I've had concrete poured in the side yard, stained concrete bench and planters, fixed an outdoor concrete step pad, and now a major front yard (fence, concrete, pony wall and composite decking). I've had 3 contractors so far work on my backyard and M and J outshines these other companies. The main difference is again quality, flexibility and trust.
