We've been using Carlos Tree Service for the past five years to maintain our two large Japanese maple trees, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Beatrice and their crew! Year after year, they deliver exceptional work. They're incredibly responsive, professional, reliable, and take tremendous pride in what they do. Their attention to detail is outstanding, and they always leave our trees looking beautiful while preserving their natural shape and character. What really sets Carlos Tree Service apart, though, is the people. They're a family-oriented business that truly cares about its customers and the surrounding neighborhood. They go out of their way to be considerate of our neighbors, keep everyone comfortable during the process, and treat our property with respect. The entire crew is friendly, hardworking, and always has a smile on their faces. Their pricing is extremely fair, especially considering the quality of their work and the level of care they provide. While nobody necessarily looks forward to the annual expense of tree trimming, I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Carlos and his crew every year. It's refreshing to find a company that combines excellent workmanship with genuine kindness and professionalism. . read more

Carlo's Tree Service - I didn't know blue sky existed?!?! - Tree Services Near Me

Carlo's Tree Service is top notch and efficient. The initial request for an estimate was very easily handled, and did not require a visit to estimate since I provided a picture of the smaller tree that I needed removed. The price quoted was fair and I was able to get the work scheduled in a few days. The crew of 4 that came out was very efficient in removing the tree as well as the stump. As they removed the stump with the grinder, they put up a tarp to prevent debris from flying on to our property. Upon completion they asked me to check if the stump removal was sufficient. The crew also cleaned up the work site and surrounding area very nicely! Will definitely used Carlo's for future tree services! read more

Absolutely deserved five stars. From scheduling the quote to the final cleanup, Carlo's Tree Service made the entire process easy and stress-free. Their communication was fast and efficient, shout out to Beatriz, and they left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Great service and fair price! They provided a quote based on photos, they came on time and did the job accurately and efficiently. They cleaned after they are done. I strongly recommend this business! read more

I picked them out of six offers, because their price came in $200 lower than the next best for "trimming all palm trees in the front and the back of the house". Just like their competitors, they had come to the house in my absence and made an offer through Yelp chat. Lesson learned for me: don't assume everyone knows how to count trees. I was not present when they came to the house to do the work and they did the bait and switch on my wife, saying "your husband said 10 trees" (I never did, have the Yelp chat log to prove it) and our offer was for 10 (they didn't specify, the offer was for 'all', again, I have the log), "but it's really 16 trees, so the price goes up". With what they actually ended up charging us, they would have dropped to #5 in the ranking of offers and would have never gotten our business. In essence, they won it only because of either false pretenses, or because they failed at the basic task of counting trees. read more

(There are 2 Carlos Tree Swrvice so make sure you have the right one -) Called Beatriz on the weekend (Sunday morning ar 7am) and her team (Angel and crew) helped removed a pine tree from our backyard: super quick (10 minutes). Very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended! read more

5 stars service, quick response, easy to work with and very reasonable price- highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with Carlo's Tree Service from start to finish. After getting several quotes, Carlos offered the most competitive price without compromising on quality. The crew was punctual, professional, and worked efficiently. They did a fantastic job removing the trees, and their cleanup was impeccable--you'd hardly know they had been there. They also hauled everything away, leaving my property spotless. One thing that really stood out was the stump grinding. Carlos ground the stumps down to approximately 18 inches at no additional charge, which many other companies either wouldn't do or wanted to charge extra for. It's refreshing to work with a company that does exactly what they promise and takes pride in their work. If I ever need tree service again, Carlos Tree Service will be my first call. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work, outstanding pricing, and outstanding customer service. read more

Nothing but praise for their promptness, professionalism, and friendly service. They came to quote my tree cutting job, both with and without disposal, and even though I didn't make a decision on the spot, the quote was no hassle and no pressure. That said, I'm so glad I went with Carlo's Tree Service. They showed up promptly the day of the job and boy did they bring a crew (I believe it was five people at one point). They took care to avoid damaging our wooden fence which was right under the tree. They made quick work of the tree in about an hour, including grinding down the stump. After they were finished, they cleaned everything up (you would barely know that they took down a tree) and replaced all of our rocks. Also, I was in a meeting at the time, so Beatrice and the crew left, and she just contacted me afterward to settle payment. It was all so easy and seamless. I have already started singing their praises to others and will recommend them to anyone needing tree service. If nothing else, do yourself a favor and get a quote from them, you won't regret it. read more

I had a great experience working with Beatrice. She was friendly, easy to work with, and offered a reasonable price for trimming a large oak tree, along with some additional work. Despite this being a busy season, I was relieved when she called to confirm the date and time the day before. Her team did an excellent job. They communicated clearly about the plan--especially since the tree belongs to my neighbor--and took extra care in lowering the cut branches from my roof safely. The cleanup was thorough as well. I highly recommend them! read more

We came home after Xmas to find that a very large tree (70 ft?) had fallen across our yard/driveway. Carlos responded within minutes of my yelp inquiry, and was able to submit an estimate using a photo. The estimate was the lowest among four I received. They arrived promptly on the same day and removed the whole thing in less than one hour. \ Excellent service at a fair price. We would not hesitate to use this company again, and are in fact considering having them proactively remove some other dead trees. read more

I got quotes from 9 different tree companies for service and Carlo's Tree Service was the winner. They provided the a fair price, fast service, great communication, easy payment, and were the cleanest company I've used for services in general. The tree they serviced has droppings on two of my neighbors yards and they cleaned their backyards better than it originally was! Batriz was easy to work with and made the experience seamless. Looking forward to reaching out to them again for any landscaping I may need and recommending them to my family and friends. Thank again! read more

I needed to trim a tree in my front yard. Reached out for a few quotes. Carlos Tree responded very quickly, and offered to complete the work a couple days later. I was having the exterior painted, so I asked if we could hold off a week. They were super accommodating. We exchanged a few emails on what kind of service I was going for. They did a fantastic job, even cleaned up leaves that had fallen from the tree before their arrival. They also neatly stacked the trimmings on the street for pick-up in accordance with guidelines. Will definitely use them again. read more

Beatrize and her team are amazing! They are very easy to work with and schedule and know how to cater to different requirements especially when it comes to trees that cover multiple properties. Our neighbor wanted the tree to be trimmed such that it would make the tree have an imbalance as we wanted lesser number of branches to be removed. Beatrize was fantastic at communicating with both of us and ensuring she found a happy middle and all of us loved the quality of work. Her crew was on time and worked on 2 trees ( a walnut and a Chinese tamarind tree) both different from each other in half a day. We have also worked with them when one of our trees branches fell and they could come help us immediately. They are also very good at cleanup after. We have gravel in our backyard and they swept through and got all the tree debris out. Will use them on repeat!! read more

I have 2 liquid amber trees and had one of the tops break off. I needed both of them trimmed asap since it became a hazard. I called 6-8 companies in the Bay Area and Beatrice came out and gave me a great price on trimming the trees. The crew trimmed off all the dead branches and thinned it back. Trees looked great after they were finished and they put all the trimmings in the street since we have street pickup on yard waste. The crew was fast and did an awesome job! I'll be calling Carlos for all my tree trimming jobs. read more

We had three dead pine trees that need to be cut down. We didn't need chipping, removal, or stump grinding. Just cut them down, and then cut branches to size for the town to pick up. Of all the bids we looked at, Carlo's provided the best combination of competitive costs, responsiveness, and demonstrated history of customer service. They were easy to talk to and easy to deal with. They were flexible in scheduling to accommodate our needs, showed up exactly when they said they would. The crew worked very diligently all day long, and was careful to not damage our fence and other vegetation. They also further cut the branches, trunks and stump to the sizes we need; stacked them where we like them; and then cleaned up the whole area. Carlo's was exactly everything we wanted for this tree project, and we absolutely will not hesitate to reach out again for our next tree project. read more
