After many year's of doing business, this is how R's Tree Care left my tree. He provided a quote and halfway through the job, he quit!! Rosario, had promised to top the trees and after 5 years of paying for the job (sight unseen) he got mad and decided he had done enough trimming and left the job site. My pool was full of debris and the area was not cleaned. My gate was broken and when I asked him to go back and finish the job, he wouldn't. He's eager to collect the money though. I trusted him to do the job and because I wasnt on site, he didn't hesitate to take advantage of the situation. This job cost me $600.00 and another $550.00 to replace the broken gate. We needed 6 tree's removed from our property. Rosario quickly responded and arranged to come by our house to look at what needed to be done. Once he showed up and checked out the job he was able to give us his quote. We arranged to have him do the job and we are glad that we did. They are professionals and did a nice job. When I initially contacted him for an estimate, he was quick to respond and was able to meet within a few days. For all the work he had to do, it was very well worth the price. On the day of service, he was punctual and did everything without question. You can tell he knew what he was doing. They cleaned while they worked so there was never a mess. We had two huge cottonwood trees to remove in the back yard. Since they are tall, very close to the fence and 6"-8" below grade as close to concrete as well.
