Professional tree service is amazing! I called in the morning and by later in the afternoon, Francisco came out and looked at my tree and gave me an estimate. I had a lemon tree that was swarmed with bees and it was also scary looking at night. I just wanted it removed. I was given a reasonable estimate and proceed. Francisco and his crew came that weekend to cut the tree. They picked up everything afterwards too . It doesn't even look I had a tree in that spot before . There was also this ugly rosebush that I did not like either. I had asked Francisco if he can also take that down too. He said yes and took it down that moment after the tree. A lot of other companies don't like things added or they come out another time. I was very happy with the service. Friendly professional crew. Francisco even gave me advice about weeds that were growing around my yard and told me about stump removal. My husband and I didn't even know stump removal existed! I was so thankful for his advice as I'm a first time home owner. We have a huge (over 200ft) tree that desperately needed service. We wanted to save it but other companies quoted us over NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS, just to trim it and 9,500 to cut it down. We really wanted to save it, but we weren't sure we could for that price. We came across Professional Tree Service in a free ad with the Wednesday mail and we got a quote. It was less than a quarter of the cost to trim it up and make it safe. Their prices were very reasonable and they are extremely affordable. I was in need of some stumps being ground out and was wanting it done ASAP, called one day left a v/m which the voice message wants specifics like address etc, I left a very detailed message. No return call. I call again a few days later. Leave another v/m got a call back the next morning at 8 am, I missed the call but the guy left me a v/m saying he would be out that day to give me a quote. No one showed up, or called or anything. I called again in the afternoon again no answer, left another voice mail, called again today left another v/m. Never got a call back. I asked them for a estimate for two small trees in back yard. They did not come when I was home but looked over the fence. They said they could do it and get rid of the stuumps, which was main reason for having them cut down so they would not return and keep destroying my fence. The first day came and cut down one tree, left the stump and other tree, never came to my door say they were done or anything. The next day I finally called them at 9:30 am to see when it was going to be done, they said they would get back to me, well 2 hrs. later I had to call back leave a message. Finally called me back said would be out shortly it was lack of communication, came at 3;00 finished cutting but then told me was unable to take out the stumps. If I knew that I would not have had them cut down, that was the whole thing! Now I am left to do it, they tell me oh you can go get stuff to put on it so in a few months it may die out!
