Unreliable. Look elsewhere... Wasted my time two days in a row after saying he was going to come to trim my bushes after giving me an approved bid. His price was higher than a couple other companies, but he showed up for the bid and said he could do it tomorrow morning and would be there by 9:30am. Tomorrow comes and he doesn't show up on time or at all: I reached out to ask where he was around 10:30am as I had an appointment I was now running late to get too. He responded later saying he couldn't make it, but would be here the very next day in the morning. It's now well passed noon and he never showed up a 2nd time! No call, text, no communication whatsoever. As I business owner myself I know how important communication is, it's almost just as important as the job itself. It's crazy how many people don't realize this. Some people just don't know how to run a successful business I guess. Your word is all you got! I was looking for a tree service on Yelp and I seen they had pretty good reviews, I still decided to get quotes from other tree companies and another one actually came in at a lower bid but Chavez tree service said they'd match the price . But when the workers came out to cut the tree they said "oh that's a bigger tree than what we thought for the price ." But as I was taking to one worker another worker hit my garage roof . And while they offered to fix it for free they only fixed what they could and I'm still left with a damaged garage . And while they were cutting done the tree they let the trunk fall so hard and the ground that it broke some of my brick walkway. To me it just felt like they were irritated for having to cut the tree for cheaper and for hitting my garage . Not very professional. read more

I had requested to clean my lot in Tracy CA , and as I live in Newark CA (60 miles from site )I cannot verify the work . After Shauna Chavez verified that the work was done I paid her $150 the agreed price via Cash App as how she told me to pay her . After 4-5 days I went to Tracy to see my lot no work was done , what a ripoff company. She forgot you can only do this once , next time I'll just get some more honest company . read more

I contacted them looking for Cedar firewood, which is hard to find. They said they did. A friend was looking for it so she tried to call them. They never returned her call. I tried again with a message on Yelp! I asked for pricing. He said 1/2 cord delivered was $300 and would be mixed wood. Two weeks later, they couldn't understand we were looking for Cedar, not mixed wood. $300 is an insane price for 1/2 cord of mixed wood. With this interaction, I would definitely not trust them to do any work for me. I would be worried they wouldn't be able to understand what I needed, or that they would be timely. read more

I gotta be honest i was kinda skeptical because he said 11am then that changed to1:30pm which ended up being about 2:30pm but he showed up with a couple of guys and dropped them off. The knocked it my huge tree down in a couple of hours to my liking but they sat around waiting for the chipper truck for a few hours. Kinda of frustrating because they didn't speak English so i just offered them water. The truck finally came with 2 more guys and they knocked it out and cleaned up better than expected. Unreliable, unprofessional. Agreed to a lot clearing bid of several thousand dollars on May 4. Calls and emails not returned. When they finally answered their phone over two months later, the excuse was, "oh the owner isn't good with technology, we will do the job this week." Which became "we will do it next week." Which then became "next week but pay us half up front." The owner's response to declining to pay them half up front for the job was to hang up. Zero stars, one is too many. read more
