Our server was friendly and the atmosphere was great; unfortunately, that's it. We sat down at 6:30PM and we ordered the 70 oz. Beer Tower. Unfortunately, it arrived at 7:10PM and the restaurant was only half full. The server kept apologizing for our wait. She said another server took our Beer Tower. The Philly Cheese Steak was very small. The Green Goddess Chopped Salad did not have any dressing so we had to ask for more dressing. Unfortunately, the new dressing tasted awful. It tasted like fish and plastic. The server said she will bring us a different salad. We waited 20 minutes and so we told the server if the kitchen did not start on the salad they could cancel it. She returned and apologized that the kitchen did not start on the salad. The server kept apologizing to the tables around us for the wait on the food and drinks. Very disappointed with the food. I wouldn't have fed the "Burger of the Month" to my dog. Cold, overcooked, and served with onion rings so done they broke when I ate them, but they still managed to leave a pool of grease. Between the hosts, servers and chefs, all around poor service. They are making money off the first timers but not likely return customers.
