One busy Saturday morning, after a HORRIBLE experience with another company (that lied to us for 5 hours and never showed), I called B Line Movers in a last ditch attempt to help my girlfriend move. I asked Bobby if there was any way they could help us out with practically no notice, and he was nothing but helpful. His team (Michael and Jo Jo) had just finished a job and we're scheduled to go home. They all agreed to work overtime to help us out. Within an hour they were at our doorstep and got right to work. They finished the job in record time keeping positive and up beat attitudes the entire time despite the fact they were working in the hottest part of the day, in the middle of summer in Arizona, during the time they were supposed to be off. Michael and Jo Jo did an amazing job carefully packing and transporting our items without damaging anything (including a large awkward shaped dead tree in a planter). All in all, we ended up spending less than we would have if we went with the previous Angie's List recommendation, even though they offered a great coupon. If you're looking for the best deal just stop and use B Line Movers. Their rates are fair, and the quality work and incredible service are invaluable, and hard to come by these days. We have moved 7 times and every time used different moving companies. These guys were by far the BEST! They showed up on time and they wrapped all furniture, doorways and stairs. Tyler and Eric worked extremely hard even though it was 107 degrees outside. The owner showed up to help move things along and therefore it was less money out of our pocket because they moved faster. These guys were awesome!! They were like I hired friends to help me move- if my friends were skilled, professional movers. I needed a rental truck full of all of my stuff unpacked. Not only did they unpack it safe and efficiently, they did it in such record time that we had time for them to help me start setting my house up. Nothing was damaged or broken in the process. So I have used this company previously and they were awesome. I called them again to move my home. They were moving my stuff from a 2 story home to a 2 story home. I did not have a lot of stuff, the normal bed for each room (4) and two sets of couches, washer/dryer, fridge. They were there 4.5 hours and did not move all my stuff. A couple of the guys complained how tired they were during the move. I provided waters and hydration supplements for them as it was over 100 degrees outside. I tried to be supportive and help as much as possible. they couldn't fit all of my things on their truck and would have to make 2 trips. It took them so long that I told them I would move the rest of my stuff (patio furniture, exercise bike, and some shelves in my garage). They still charged me full price. When I called to ask about timing and price the owner was not very understanding and hung up on me. I definitely won't be using them again. I know they have a bunch of 5 star ratings, which is confusing to me after my experience. read more

Bobby of B Line Movers knows how to organize and communicate and runs a sharp moving company; we would recommend B Line to all our friends and family so we thought we would share this review here for folks like us who are stressed out by the thought of moving. In the past we never asked for a quote for a full service move because we always thought it would be too pricey, but because of personal circumstances this time we did that and are so glad we did. B Line provided absolutely all of the materials -- padding for the entryway and floors, rolls and rolls of great packing tape (they use a special technique to tear it), wrapping paper (for packing up plates and glasses for example), brand new boxes for everything, wardrobe boxes for clothes, mattress bags for bed boxes,super-clean blankets to pad and wrap furniture, shrink wrap etc. -- every last thing we used to go out and buy on our own or borrow or scrounge up using our own towels and bedding, and then spend days wrapping and packing and unwrapping and washing and inevitably we had some breakage or tears in fabrics for bedding, etc. This time was different - we simply lived our lives as usual until the early morning of the move. Then they arrived and started packing us up. Everything got packed up in the morning. Then in the afternoon they moved us and unpacked. And the kicker is not a single item was scratched, broken, lost or damaged in any way because they did such a professional job of the packing. The pricing was so reasonable and included ALL materials used and ALL labor. They even offered to come back and pick up any boxes for all our books - which we wanted to unpack - later when we were done so we wouldn't have to deal with the guilt and trouble of recycling the cardboard. The move came in under the B Line Movers "Not-To-Exceed" price which was surprising to us considering we forced them to take a break for lunch which increased the time spent and for which we paid and got for ourselves and everyone on the team at a takeout sandwich shop nearby. Pricing was very fair and barely above what it would have cost us buying or borrowing our own packing materials, packing ourselves, and using them only for the straight labor at an hourly rate for loading and unloading -- in other words the packing was so worth it. Strongly recommend this mover. EDIT: Forgot to add that the B Line team did all of this work in a drizzly to pouring rain during the day of the move. The reason I forgot to add this is because we forgot about the rain like it never even happened for us -- nothing got wet or marred or had a single problem -- because of the outstanding professionalism of the team and how they protected everything for the move at both locations and while loading the truck. Cannot believe we forgot about the rain. The team was just that good. Bobby knows how to pick great folks and get them the tools and materials they need to do their best work. Everyone should be using this moving company. They moved me from Tempe to Gilbert and worked quickly and safely, wrapping everything and protecting my house entirely. I wasnt charged anything that wasnt quoted over the phone. A lot of companies charge you for stairs and wrapping of items, etc., but these guys do not. It's all included. We had two storage facilities of household goods in Safford that we needed brought to our home here in Chandler. They left me a center aisle as requested in the storage unit so I can locate things over the next 6 months while in my tiny rental house. The B Line Movers knew what they were doing and took excellent care of my stuff. There were a couple of items I forgot to warn them about that were broken prior to the move and they were very good about bringing the "damage" to my attention. Perhaps most importantly, they were so very kind when I forgot important information due to the stress of the move - like where I'd stashed my purse and the PIN to my storage.
