Years ago I used B-Line movers to do a local move. I was very impressed - but anyone can have a good day right ? I decided to give them a try again this week. This time I was planning a cross country move and felt a little uncertain of the long distance company that I had hired. Because of this uncertainty; I hired B-Line to come "stage" the home to get everything ready for the long distance company to load the next day. Rhain and Morgan called ahead as promised and then arrived just on time! Both men were polite and treated my items as if they meant as much to them as they do to me. Everything was packed with blankets and wrapped with plastic wrap. They even showed me how to wrap the things myself that I wanted left out for the next day. They then went above and beyond and measured an area in my garage that matched the exact area that I was allocated in the moving truck the next day... They staged all of my items in that measured area... Reassuring me that the long-distance moving company would not have to leave any of my items behind. Bobby was awesome from B Line movers. This is the best moving company we've ever used. We currently moved here from Nashville Tennessee and had the absolute worst experience with another moving company. From the minute they picked up our things until they unloaded, it was a nightmare Several of our more important items were damaged and the boxes were just horribly smashed. After they loaded it into our storage unit, we could not get to anything because they put all of our heaviest things on top of the boxes. It was too much for us to try to get to our items so we needed to hire Bobby to help us reorganize. After hiring BOBBY, they moved everything out of our storage unit and repacked it like we wanted it and it was easy to get too. I've moved several times in the last 20 years and I've never had such respectful courteous and hard-working individuals. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a small move or large move. I talked to Bobby more than once before my move date. I had to reschedule twice and he seemed fine with it. I felt bad, but he acommodated us. No rescheduling fee or anything like that. I called another moving company before i called B Line and they said they charge a deposit and said if i changed the date, that i would have to pay more. Well, i was at the mercy of other people as far as the exact date that id move. Well, when that time came, Joey, Brandon and Will really did take care of us. They were quick when taking things apart. They were thoughtful in wrapping our furniture. Careful when carrying things out. Joey was masterful when loading their 2 huge trucks. Very kind gentlemen, as well. Respectful. After reading through all of the Yelp reviews for several different moving companies, I and across B Line Movers. They had nothing but 5-star ratings and glowing reviews from all of their prior customers. Because of this, I decided to give Bobby a call His team was absolutely amazing. They loaded everything that I had in storage onto their truck with great care and wrapped anything that wasn't done already. They even wrapped items that needed a little extra care. Once we made it to the final destination they took great care with all of my items. They wrapped the banisters and door frames to ensure that no marks were made on the walls or my items. This is the BEST and very AFFORDABLE moving company! They moved some office furniture I purchased from a private party in Gilbert to my home in North Scottsdale. Bobby gave me a great estimate over the phone, and when it came time to pay, the total was less than the original quote! When does that happen?! The two movers, Richard and Jamal, were polite and professional. They wrapped everything well to protect all the pieces, and took great care to carefully bring it all into my home. My husband tasked me with the responsibility of finding movers for us and i guess i just got lucky! I booked with them last month and Bobby was my poc. I spoke with him twice and he answered all my questions, leaving me with no doubt that they would take care of us. The guys arrived on time and wrapped all of our furniture up before moving stuff out of the house. Its been 2 days since we moved and we have unpacked almost everything. I have moved around quite a bit in my life and very few companies meet my expectations... B Line Movers not only met expectations, they exceeded my expectations! This moving company is exceptional! Bobby was more than accommodating with our scheduling conflicts. His understanding and willingness to help us out, made our move so much easier. I can't say enough good things about the movers, John and David. They took excellent care of our belongings, some of which were very heavy and had to be carried up a flight of stairs. Searching for good movers can be tedious but after a bunch of calls I spoke with Bobby and he made sure I had all my questions answered and his rates are really reasonable based on the size of the move. Leading up to the move Bobby kept in touch, and on the day of the move Andrew and David were our movers. They were Amazing! they made sure everything was taken care of safely, nothing broken, and allowed our 4 year old to feel like he was helping while still maintaining a fast and steady move. I would recommend B Line Movers to anyone! I had a multi-phase move with some items being moved to a new home and others needing to be packed into a large trailer. Our team of three movers was exceptional! They were polite, friendly, professional and took great care when moving my items. The team at B Line Movers is top notch. They moved our house today and did a fantastic job. The care they took to wrap everything was incredible. They put blankets around everything and then wrapped them in plastic wrap. The moving team of 3, Cole, Daniel, and Jason were courtesy and efficient. They called before arrival and then work hard for 7 hours taking only one 5 minute break. The price was fair and Bobby, the boss, was up front and honest. We never questioned his integrity. The best ive experienced. Robert the owner showed up prompt for our scheduled time and called the day before to make sure the time still works or needed to reset the time. Robert showed up with his employee ready to work. we did a walk thru to see what we had and 2 hours later, they had my 3 bedroom 2 bath house packed up in the uhaul ready for me to go with a smile on my face. STOP looking for a better moving company. There is not a better moving company in the Phoenix Valley!!!!! Bobby and B Line have moved us two times and we couldn't be happier. The attention to detail is amazing. Richard and Chris wrapped and padded everything. Recently bought a new home, and heard about B-Line from a family member who had recently hired them to move a heavy recliner couch up the stairs. I called and got a quote that was far better than the other movers I had called. Come moving day, David and Rhain arrived with smiles on their face, and tackled everything in a timely manner. They wrapped and padded everything, and made sure that everything was safe for the 30 minute transit to my new home. best movers I have had in Arizona. this is my 8th move in the Gilbert/Chandler area and it was by far the smoothest. They called to confirm the move multiple times before the move day. - On the day of, they arrived promptly. we had three guys, they were super polite and respectful. They took two trips (planned) with the truck per the amount of stuff I had ( portable basketball hoop) These guys moved us super fast and efficient... literally the fastest move I've done so far. Have not seen movers like them . So professional and careful. I was very much impressed that they were not only careful with all of my stuff but had such great moral values. They gave me an estimate of 8 hrs but ended up in 10 hrs which to my surprise they did not even charge me for extra two hrs. Since we were on a time crunch they did not take even a single break and were as quick as possible. The rates are also reasonable as compared to others.
