I originally found them when I needed to move a piano and quickly realized that, based on the quotes I was getting, it was almost as expensive to move just the piano as it was to move the whole house. Thankfully they handled it with no problem. Both moves were smooth, the crew worked quickly, and everything was handled with care. Moving is stressful enough, so it's always a relief when the team you hire is organized and professional. Another reason I'm happy to keep giving them my business is that they volunteer their services for a food drive at a nonprofit I'm involved with. Seeing a company show up for the community like that really means a lot. Great service, dependable team, and a company that gives back. Hard to ask for more than that.

The fridge is just a dent, but the TV is rendered useless as the imaging is completely destroyed, won't render anything on the screen other than fuzz/distorted images. I would suggest paying the heaviest additional insurance/coverage if you're going to use them as their default coverage is ridiculous (which is sort of aggravating when I already paid $2K+ for the service to move 10 miles). They offered me $39 to replace my TV. Absurd. Might be a rare occurrence for the company to damage property, but I won't use again based on this. Mike and his guys were phenomenal helping us complete our move. They fit our entire 2200sq ft house in a single trip after an impressive game of Tetris. Not only were they professionals but given we spent a whole day together they were fun to chat with as we worked thru the move. Very friendly and fun to work with. They put everything exactly where we wanted it in our new house, and moved things around as we got all furniture in and situated. 10/10 - these guys are the best. Let's just say I have some attention deficit issues that cause me to set things in various places without any rhyme or reason because I'm always looking ahead. This was exacerbated by two epic moves that required trucks loaded full of junk, some of which had to be stored in my office. Originally, that was supposed to be temporary, but with the pandemic, it became years of boxes gathering dust in forgotten corners. So with a great deal of contrition, I began searching for a professional organizer who could make sense of my chaotic work environment. Having worked previously with another organizer, I found that the ability to lift and move things was a skillset that not all organizers could handle on their own. They were able to organize without actually doing much of the actual organization due to a lack of physical strength. So with those needs in mind, I came across Bonnie aka the Organization Genie. Bonnie is like a bundle of firecrackers. She is very friendly and enthusiastic about organizing. At the beginning, we did a walk through of the office, set our objectives for each day, and then off she went. Every couple hours or so, I'd check in with her. What once felt like an unsolvable puzzle was miraculously untangled and sorted out. Bonnie's magic spread across the office and warehouse over the next few days. The amount of our commercial and demo products as well as random equipment in the warehouse required a bit more labor, so she brought in a helper that day. Bonnie requested that we purchase some shelves, which I went out and bought. They put the shelves to good use, taking a lot of things off the ground and utilizing the elevation of the warehouse. Bonnie made time for me on short notice, which I really appreciated. We had a lot of co-workers and management visiting from our overseas headquarters, so the timing of the organization was crucial to creating a favorable impression on them. With Bonnie's help, their visit to our office was a good overall experience for everyone involved. Since then, I've also hired Bonnie to help out with my parent's house, where she was equally helpful. If you are organizationally-challenged like me, Bonnie can probably save you too.

Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was. We all think we can pack but the precision and carefulness that Cheryl and her team took was fascinating to watch.
