Loved the Pandan matcha, so I had to go back to try another flavor. Which I did, and the Corn matcha was just as delicious. I had to reduce the sugar, but it was still delicious. It's such a cute and cozy cafe with a handful of seating plus a patio. The staff is very friendly. There's plenty of parking in the lot

Came back to try more drinks. First, download their app. Ordering was so simple and I didn't have to wait for my drinks this time. Just picked up and go....AND free Vietnamese coffee upon download. And that is one tasty drink. I also ordered a panda matcha and loved the flavor.

Stopped by after lunch for coffee. Charming little roastery. My son immediately pointed out the teddy bear baristas and asked to take a picture with them. The service was super friendly. The menu has a ton of really good coffee and non-coffee options. I got the Brown Einspanner and the strawberry cloud tea slush for my kiddo. Both drinks were delicious. Will definitely be stopping by frequently to explore more of the menu. I stick to coffee only, but I might even try their fruit slushes or refreshers next time!

Yummy Taiyaki and sweet Matcha Einspanner! Went to Blets around 9AM in the morning. Quick and easy to get out of the parking lot. Plenty of parking lot space. I ordered 3 taiyaki flavors (ube, custard and nutella) and the nice sauce that came with it is a must dip! The Matcha einspanner is on the sweeter side so if you don't want it so sweet, it would be safer to request to dial it down. The cafe space is pretty nice, have some aesthetic sit down and chat and some tables that's good for groups of 1-2 to work on their laptop. The staff are friendly and polite through the entire process. Restroom? Yes; didn't use it though. Parking? Yes; plenty in the morning.

I took the kids to B'lets Roastery this morning at around 11:30 a.m. while they were getting haircuts nearby. The kids were thrilled to see two enormous bear dolls, and the location looked good for pictures. I got the Matcha Lava Cream, which is Unique Crafted with ceremonial Uji Matcha and a hint of Jasmine and Boba, Egg Coffee, which comes with Bold Coffee with condensed milk, egg cream, and finally Cookie & Cream. I'm addicted. I have been here 2 or more times a week since I've discovered. All of the drinks are so good and don't get me started on any of the Phin drinks cuz omg those are GOLD. I've tried all of their fruit teas and all I can say is go get them all, one each day of the week even. They really have so many options and right off the freeway so why not, stop in - grab a drink on the way to work or home from work or whenever. Just like me. Im not really a fan of the tayakis but that's because I like to have different flavors and here you get a 3 pack of all the same. They were good but just not my fav because I want to have different flavors.

Ube Cream Coffee ($6.50) - Close Up - "IT'S SUPERB!!"

I had a magical experience at B'Lets Roastery (South El Monte). I ordered the Ube Cream Coffee ($6.50). It's Vietnamese Coffee with Ube Cream. I felt literal tears fall from my eyes as I sipped one of the best coffees I've had in a long time. I found a cup of happiness. I arrived at B'Lets Roastery (South El Monte) on Monday (around 11:53AM). Parking is simple because the lot is wide. However, the nearby parking spots say, "30 Minute Customer Parking Only." Staff (receipt says Ngoc) is extremely friendly, smiley, and welcoming. Ngoc communicated cheerfully and brightly despite the limited English. Ngoc used pre-scripted phrases, but Ngoc maintained her calm and confidence. Ngoc worked very hard. My drink took three minutes and 58 seconds. Good time. As mentioned, I absolutely adored the Ube Cream Coffee ($6.50). It's masterfully balances utility and flavor. This coffee woke me up, but it also made all my stress fade away. I felt my shoulder slump downward in happiness. This coffee is not bitter nor too sweet. Rather, the flavor of fresh ube and coffee blossomed brightly. This drink is fresh and light, and I'd argue that it's a slightly better version of the Da Vien Coffee. B'Lets Roastery (South El Monte) whisked me away on a magical coffee adventure. Regarding ambiance, B'Lets Roastery (South El Monte) has a very charming and adorable interior!! The decor is sleek and modern. There's two giant teddy bear baristas! And the furniture looks well-maintained and attractive! If I were to nitpick, the location feels a little stuffy/humid, but the air carries the scent of lavender and freshly brewed coffee. B'Lets Roastery (South El Monte) also has utility. There's customer internet with password; details are taped on the counter's glass. There's also three electrical outlets. I appreciate how they used an orange extension cable to help customers. There's also a gender neutral restroom for customers. The interior also has 11 shiny small tables, and the outside shades patio has a couple more spots for seating. The music also made me laugh as it played slow romantic songs. Overall, B'Lets Roastery (South El Monte) offered an exemplary experience. My huge, dumb smile didn't vanish even as I drove away. I am so happy!! If you love coffee, I excitedly recommend! 5 out of 5! "GO! GO!! GO!!!"

At first glance, it's located in a small plaza with other small shops, so I wasn't expecting much. But the moment I stepped inside, I was pleasantly surprised. The interior is renovated beautifully with a natural, eco friendly vibe. The decor is thoughtfully done, and the rich coffee aroma really enhances the overall ambience. I ordered the Vietnamese phin coffee, and it was absolutely delicious. I love strong coffee, so I added an extra espresso shot, which made it even bolder just the way I like it. I also got it half sweet, which really allowed the espresso and coffee profile to shine through. I enjoyed it very much. The tables are fairly small and round, so it feels more like a spot for takeout or casual sit down sipping. There's enough space to relax for a bit, maybe even play a small card game, but it's not a large group setting type of place. The rest of the menu looks amazing, and I honestly want to try all the drinks. I think I saw a pistachio latte that definitely caught my eye, so that will be next on my list. For now, though, the Vietnamese phin coffee is top tier. Service was great, prices are decent, and overall the ambience, service, and taste are all top tier.

definitely my new favorite spot to get coffee outside of the oc area.. I really enjoy the pandan coffee and ube one. The location offers little seating and wifi, so get here early if you're trying to get some work done. Staff here have been super friendly for every time i visited. Parking is decent, the plaza doesn't get very busy, so there should be enough room.

I think I might have found my new fave matcha. So let's see if they're pretty good eh or ew. I got their coconut cloud matcha, corn matcha, and taiyaki to try. The coconut cloud matcha was super pretty, smooth, earthy, and not too sweet. Could definitely tell they're using high quality matcha. Wasn't getting much coconut flaves tho. The corn matcha tho. MNM. Plenty of those roasty, toasty, sweet corn flaves complemented by that good quality matcha in the background. Pure deliciousity. The taiyaki had crisp exteriors with chewy mochi like interiors and some were filled with nutty, earthy, vanillay ube paste and one was filled with gooey stretchy savory mozzarella cheese. I think they were deep fried cuz they did taste a bit oily. But Overall this place is lowkey pretty good Coconut cloud matcha $7 Corn matcha $7 Taiyaki $6.50

I noticed that a new cafe opened in 626 so I had to visit. I had the best experience. The staff were super sweet and helped recommend me drinks. All four drinks were amazing. The refreshers were refreshing and you can taste how natural the fruit flavors are. You can adjust the sweetness without compromising its flavor. The coffee is strong and fragrant which is what is to be expected with good Vietnamese coffee. The einspänner had such a nice cream top. Also the cafe itself is super cute and aesthetic. If you want good pictures this is the spot to go. I can't wait to come back and try out more drinks.

Upon entering, nice greetings! Very cute interior. It's giving the minimalist vibe. The girl was very nice, she took time to make sure I am getting what I like. I ordered the egg cream coffee and she asked me if I'd like to adjust the ice amount and sweetness. I ordered regular ice and half sweetness and it was perfect. She even told me if I didn't like it she can adjust the sweetness when she hands me the drink. I'd definitely go back. I hope this business stays!

Beautifully decorated Vietnamese-owned matcha shop with lots of drink and pastries options, plenty of seating, WiFi, and restrooms! I got the matcha einspanner which I enjoyed and I loved that they check in on you to make sure the drink is to our liking! Amazing 10/10 customer service!!

Only had their brûlée(egg) coffee and their savory Bao's. The coffee was delicious, it was sweet but not too overpowering - you can still taste the coffee. When I first ate the Bao's I said to myself these tastes like the Bao's from yummy in OC turns out they are from yummy brand. Anyways, really good Bao's my favorite is the quail egg one. The people working were really nice and attentive. They seem to know what they're doing back there it shows thru the drinks they make. I was looking for an egg waffle and saw this place also do what looked like fancy stroopwafels as well. Well not exactly. So first, yes they had egg waffles and I got the pandan favored one. They give you some whipped cream but I didn't really need it because the egg waffle was sweet enough for me. The egg waffles was nothing to write home about. You can get it just as good or better elsewhere. The other waffle, their studio waffle are the thin cookie-like with the waffle pattern on it. This is what, from pictures I thought was a stroopwafel. However, there's no filling between the two "waffles". One did have a bit of chocolate between it but it was the same stuff that was drizzled on the outside of the "waffle". The top is beautifully decorated with various things depending on the studio waffle you get. So imagine chocolate drizzle, sprinkles...that kind of thing. It looked very delicious but it was just too dry. It really needed something in the middle like caramel. And having 2 "waffles" stacked together didn't make sense if there was nothing in-between. If you do go here, make sure to take a look at what they have in the display case and not just the menu because they are different. It was confusing, with it being my first time. read more

Nice decoration BUT ordered ube coffee with no ice (i don't pretend cold drinks personally ) . I order no ice and they left it less than half way ,reminder it was $6.50!! They also left the "ube foam" on the side to add yourself.It tasted bitter and was like the instant coffee. Won't recommend and rather drink coffee at home. read more

The decorations are cute inside. The food and drinks come out quickly, we only waited around 15 minutes. We got the dragon lichi and ube coffee. The Dragon Lichi was SUPER sweet, i wish they did sugar adjustments. The Ube Coffee was perfect! It was a good mix of both coffee and a slight Ube taste. For the egg waffles we got 2 orginals and a side of sesame cream and an egg waffle with toppings. The waffles are soft, i wish they were a little crunchier, I think its because they don't let it cool. The waffles still taste good! I really like it with the sesame cream. read more

Giving this place a 4 cause it's cute and staff is nice. Place was decorated adorably and desserts are whimsical. Selfie place for sure. Came in for the first time and was whatever about the prepped cookie waffle we got. I'd rate it a 2 and I'm sure other ones taste better but the flavor just wasn't pleasing to me. But I did love the Thai Tiger Milk Tea drink we got. That I'd give a full 5 stars. Loved the chunks of Oreos in it. This is the closest tea shop to our office so we decided to give it a try... and I am so glad we did! It was soooo good and the interior is so freaking cute. They had a buy 4 get 1 free special so we got 5 drinks total. - House Salted Coffee - Matcha Brulee - Avocado Coffee Blended - Fresh Taro Milk - Dragon Lichi I spilled my Taro Milk as soon as we got back to the office, so I only got to try a tiny bit, but it was delicious. I was super surprised at how good the avocado coffee was. It seemed like a weird combination, but I wanted to give it a try. This was easily my favorite drink. It was soooo smooth and creamy and delicious. This is definitely one I will order again. I also tried a sip of my coworkers matcha brulee and it was tasty. I haven't tried the dragon lichi yet, I put it in the fridge for later, so I can't say much on it other than it looks so pretty. My other coworkers got the salted coffee and said it was great. Next time we will probably order ahead, though, because the wait was pretty long. We were probably waiting for about 30 minutes. There was a large order right before ours and then our 5 drinks, so it is completely understandable... but if you are trying to grab a quick drink on your lunch break just be prepared for a bit of a wait. Overall our experience was great. Everything was so delicious and we will definitely be back! read more

Came back here for our boba fix. Unfortunately this time was bad. Milk tea was too watery, waffle was soft and not crunchy. They still offer buy 2 drink and get one free. We didn't want ice on the free drink and the guy Dylan was telling us that they can't not put ice on it. Wtf? You don't put ice on it what's so hard about it. He was pretty rude about it too. Also over heard him talking to other customers. The lady brought two drinks and she didn't get the free one and he was telling her that he can go back and show her the camera that she didn't tell him about the free drinks. dude just give her the free drinks it's not a big deal. Poor customer services like this no one would want to come back. read more

Live near by this place in Rosemead always saw it passing by waiting for it to open!! I went today with my husband and it was soooo good! The sesame coffee was delicious and the strawberry waffle was so fluffy in the display case it looks deflated but when it came out fresh it was full and air not overly sweet either it definitely compliment the coffees and tea my husband got the boba pudding milk tea tea it was delicious but I think we both liked mine better go for the sesame coffee!! On the board it's called sea same coffee but it's the same thing lol definitely will be back read more

WaffleStudio has everything you could ever want for a Cafe in the 626! They have the BEST Vietnamese coffees and have a variety of boba drinks if that's your typa vibe, they have a variety of Taiyaki and Bubble waffle flavors I didn't know which one to choose! When I last went here I ordered an oolong milk tea with boba. What immediately threw me off was the texture of the boba; it was clear that it had come from a vacuumed sealed plastic bag as they all still had the pressed-in texture on them. The boba tasted ok, but the texture really threw me off. The drink itself was also very mid. In the end, I couldn't even force myself to finish my drink. If you are a fan of good boba and tea, perhaps stay away from this place. I hope my experience was only an anomaly. read more

Get the same food and drinks somewhere else! Service is sooooooo sl0w! Whoever was making the bread that day she was taking her sweet time not caring that people were literally looking at her and she was just staring into space with no care in the world. This Waffle Studio is so cute and the menu has various different options to choose from. The store has cute decorations & plenty of seating - nice for hanging out with friends or studying! We ordered the velvet melon w/ honey boba, fruity peachy w/ lychee jelly, & strawberry smash w/ pudding! The velvet melon is so refreshing, light, and has a strong watermelon flavor but the honey boba was a bit hard (I should probably try the regular black boba next time..) The fruity peachy is good, especially if you're more into fruity drinks than milk teas. The strawberry smash is so yummy & you can really taste the fruits in all of these drinks! The lids on the drinks were adorable & I love the little heart stopper. The egg waffles are soft and light but I really wish they were warm. It was even better with toppings though! They've been importing, growing, and supplying tea for over 80 years. There was a time when my ex was considering opening a Thai restaurant, and we'd go to LAX-C outside of downtown LA to make sure we could get Cha TraMue tea leaves in bulk. I actually like their rose drinks quite a bit too. And their choice of plastic cups are at least more structurally hardy - unlike places like 85'C that have cheaped out into using the softer, malleable plastic cups that have a higher tendency to leach microplastics under heat. I will say, I wouldn't deviate from the sweetness level for Thai tea too much. This location is a bit inconsistent so it'll taste off if you try to go to 70% or 50%. I usually avoid boba, but I make it an exception to get their pandan boba. Although again... sometimes their at this location is inconsistent, and it'll be missing that pleasant, aromatic pandan essence. Plus the they've also been too chicken shit to call out my name. You know, you enter your name: "Fat Boy." But when my order was ready, they'd only say "Boy!" Now I don't feel so guilty tipping only 15% instead of 20%.

I was passing by this area and decided to stop by Waffle Studio for fun. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this place is! They have a variety of delicious waffles, teas, and coffees to choose from. I ordered the strawberry waffle, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. It was so good that I almost finished it by myself. I also tried the house salted coffee and the coconut coffee blended, both of which were smooth and flavorful. Yummy Treats at Waffle Studio! If you're looking for a yummy place to eat, Waffle Studio is the spot! I tried their chocolate waffle puff, and it was so good! With a cup of coffee, it was the perfect breakfast. Their Ube coffee was a tasty surprise too. It's creamy and has a unique flavor from purple yam. It's definitely worth a try if you like trying new things. And don't miss out on their Hello Cutie drink. It's a fizzy soda with pink lemonade and a little lychee flavor. It's super refreshing and fun to drink! Besides the yummy food and drinks, the people at Waffle Studio are really nice and make you feel welcome. Overall, I had a great time at Waffle Studio. I was surprised that the city of south el monte has a stroopwaffle bakery. This is my favorite wafle I haven't eat in long time. the shop is decorated very cute , my kids really like the atmosphere here . I'm really happy and excited to be able to eat fresh waffle near my house. I order blue monster (sparkling lemonade ) it's so good and so unique. And some stroopwafle. Highly recommended this place. The decorations are adorable. The employees very nice The egg waffle so great. Highly recommended CACAO CONDENSED MILK EGG WAFFLE. And FRESH TARO MILK. That are soooongooooddd. Love the taro paste texture. I wish i could ask for extra extra. Hehe. We will comeback soon and will brings our family and friends. New Grand opening Boba place : Waffle Studio : 9328 Garvey Avenue, South El Monte, CA 91733 . They haven't had menu or info on YELP yet but will soon. Regular Waffle, Egg Waffle and drinks are super good with reasonable prices. Decoration are cute , very nice for family or friends gathering. Highly recommended! This was our first time at Waffle Studio. The inside of the store is so cozy and cute for pictures. We ordered the blended sesame coffee, ube coffee, and tiger Thai tea. We enjoyed each drink. Each drink was special in their own way. If you love Vietnamese coffee, this is the place to go. We checked in and got the mango panna cotta. The dessert had such a fresh mango taste. Love their UBE COFFEE. The taste were fireeeee. So so so good, right amount of coffee and wake me up for a day. The store so cuteeeee. This amazing place is really cute. Their waffle is very unique and its was my first time to try the waffle like that. I would come back to get few more boxes for my family. Their coffee is a bomb, not too sweet, but it keeps me up all day long. Highly recommend this place. read more
